We were never called the day before we went to Washington PA to pick up sat there for over 30 min then was told that our pick up was changed and it was only 20 min away while that turned into a hour out of our way and we had to pay movers to sit and wait for us. Horrible experience and when I called Uhaul they told me they could only do us $50 refund since they didnt call what about the $100 for the Movers hours they sat there. I have another reservation at the end of the month

We did a after hours drop off at the Pleasant Hills location at 8pm on a Monday evening, The mobile app checkout is great, easy to understand. However we had no where to drop the keys because the lock box was wide open hanging off of the wall, myself and my husband were on the phone trying to figure out what to do, one Uhaul rep said she'd call us right back and still has called and its the next morning, another rep hung told us to hold on and hung up on us and the 3rd rep a 1/2 hour later said we could lock the keys in the van. Also just a fyi for this location your fence with all of your equipment (dollys and rental items) was wide open... seemed like someone locked up in a hurry and left without checking any of these issues. Will not use the after hours checkout ever again

contact your local Uhaul dealer directly. Staff will do all in their power to satisfy your request. The 1-800-U-HAUL number, however, gave us totally incorrect information!

Recommend the mobile versions of your services. The use of a smart phone made the check-out, check-in process so much more efficient than in my previous rentals. U-Haul has made smart us of technology in this area, allowing for maximum efficiencies with location staff.

The trailer had glass and screws that I picked out of it and handed to the employee. The trailer had issues with the axles and at times the wheels locked and bound. I called customer service and they told me I would likely be charged if they sent a technician and couldn’t immediately find or recreate the issue. I offered to swap for another identical trailer but they declined. The overall experience was bad enough that after 14 years of renting trailers from uhaul, I went and bought my own today.

This is the second time we rented from this location. First time it took over an hour to complete the pick up and leave the location. This time I completed all the info online ahead of time and it still took nearly 45 minutes and we were the only ones in the store! The poor woman who was helping us, she clearly should not still be working. She was so slow. Very disappointed.

Was in a pickle, had to pick up furniture that evening from store, battery was died on pickup truck. Able to make reservation and pickup Uhaul truck 2 hours before closing. Save me a lot of money!

My only ever complaint was that I was told initially that I would have a first floor unit. I have severe arthritis. Instead they assigned me an upper level unit with stair access.

Reserved large unit online. I was given two smaller units instead. It took months to straighten out the payment, charging double for their mistake. Manager was unresponsive. Very frustrating.
