On this end, it was wonderful. The young gentleman handling our return caught the drop off mistake and quickly corrected it for us. They were great!

We enjoyed talking with them and they were very helpful in the pick up of our rental. I would highly recommend this location, mostly based on helpfulness and friendliness of the staff

I had to pay additional for my movers to walk three flights of steps with contents from a 2 bedroom apartment. When I spoke with the woman in charge she simply said haven where else to put trucks.

The manager was thorough and clear in his instructions on how to use the car carrier that I rented, and the young man who checked in that same car carrier made sure that I was comfortable in placing it back in its proper spot. Overall, it was a positive experience--
Richard YDidn't go inside so can't rate of it was clean and inviting but it won't let me rate without checking something . Just pulled in he said are you ok with an email receipt and he walked away. As a whole I would recommend using a different service to a friend. I was very disappointed.
Catherine GI rented a van. I drove a total of 11,6 miles. When I returned, I was told that I could leave and receive a receipt through e-mail. Once I received the e-mail I noticed that I was charged for the miles which I understood, but at a rate twenty cents higher per mile than I expected. Additionally, I was charged for 3 gallons of fuel at $15.68. I only drove 11,6 miles. According to the internet the vans u-haul uses should be getting about 18 miles to the gallon of fuel, I got less than four. So basically, it cost over thirty-five dollars per hour to rent this vehicle. I would not recommend renting from u-haul at all.

RAYMOND SMultiple vehicles in return line. But stated I would charged if not returned to proper spot. Where else would you like us to park once return lane is full? On 51 to block traffic lane? Also returned my equipment on Friday (9/20) before closing. Not 1 worker came out to assist with return as stated on sign. They all were packing up to leave for the day.
KELLI AI used your storage unit for almost 3 years and was very convenient and nice. I closed my unit 9/17/24 and I will ask the manager for a Pro Rata refund for the unused time, since I was paid till 10/6/24. Thanks again. Mike
Michael C | Expérience généraleI rented the truck for a day and returned the truck the same day and the lady said if they were closed just check it in with your phone and I did that got my statement from the charge card and see that they said it was not in on until the next day ( do you have cameras on the lot ), Also they charged me for 50 miles on the first bill and then 62 on the second bill total 112 miles any we only went 62. We put $ 25 of gas and they charge $ 25,00 also for gas, that's $50 worth of gas for 62 miles, I think there is some credit due me.
ETHAN WI was charged for 10 extra miles. When I got in vehicle the CHECK OIL light was on and I couldn't figure out what the mileage was actually. After traveling 2 miles to my destination I saw that they gave me the vehicle with 10 less on odometer than actual. They also said I had a half a tank when the fuel gauge actually read less than a 1/16. I was in desperate need of a vehicle but felt I was ripped off.

JOEL WWork on intrapersonnel communication. For example, if I'm told to expect a phone notification as to when my car would be finished, then I plan accordingly around that notification. It never came. Not a big deal. U-haul did a world - class job.

Lorann P | Expérience généraleApril 22, 2024-8:00pm - The first day that we tried to move our items into the storage unit, there was a bit of difficulty getting to the building due to returned vehicles and trailers blocking the entranceway. There was barely room to drive the car past the office to the building. We had difficulty entering the storage unit due to the two step process. I was told to enter my unique code but was not told that I would have to do it twice and the sequence of using the two keypads. We also found that the sliding doors would not open and we could only use the manual doorway. April 28, 2024-4:00pm - Our second move day went much smoother. The entrance was clear, the sliding doors opened, and we now knew how to use the keypads. The interior of the building and unit was clean. The loading dock and carts were accessible.

Then to send my children yesterday to pick up the items uhaul still had their red lock on my unit even after payment had already been paid making me leave work just so uhaul can remove their lock very inconvenient. Terrible. Do better.

A moving blanket was destroyed by the mice. I haven't been through everything to see if anything else was damaged by them. Other than that, everything was as I left it 6 years ago.

Meaning rotten and rats can move from one unit to another. You can smell the malt balls odor throughout the storage facility. The facility looks clean and orderly. Please request and ask to see these units. To see my points. I can't recommend this facility to anybody. They certainly have a rat problem at this location. This is the honest God 'TRUTH'.
