The employees at this location were very helpful on advising what size truck would work best for our needs. When we returned the truck back to U-Haul Jessica waited on us. Jessica cared about her customers and it showed in the way she treated us with respect. We would definitely rent from this location again.

WE returned the trailer THE SAME NIGHT put it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ALL OF THE RETURNED TRUCKS when the workers came in Monday AM they would have HAD TO MOVE the trailer to move ANY of the other returned trucks at all not to mention it was RIGHT OUTSIDE THEIR DOOR AND UNDER AT LEAST 3 cameras. I got a call/voicemail wanting to know when we were returning it - I called no answer waited over 25 minutes talked to a girl somewhere said she'd note the account and message the location they would call me shortly - THEN I called back talked to another woman said no notes she tried calling the store straight to forward - she left notes on account and sent them messages (I am out of town for work) MY CARD WAS CHARGED A 2nd DAY - my wife had to GO TO THE LOCATION where some asshole got all smart with her and told her when he had time he'd have to watch the video but it if it was there it was my fault I returned it to the wrong spot on the lot or my fault the maybe gave me the wrong trailer ALL THE WHILE TREATING MY WIFE like a low life that stole the trailer then went in to argue about it - she insisted on waiting - he found JUST AS WE SAID it was returned COULDN"T EVEN SAY SORRY just kept acting as if it was our fault - THAT KID NEEDS FIRED AND WE NEED AN APPOLOGY ALONG WITH MONEY BACK FOR MULTIPLE UNNECESSARY trips not to mention HOURS on the phone Make sure you video and photo your return AND be ready to have to go back there cause they will not answer the phone OR return a message and just keep charging your card

The location itself and the staff were great. The next time someone has a changed pickup location, an email or text should be sent. I lost out on time due to a change in location despite everything I had stating to pick up the truck elsewhere.

Staff should inform the customer before turning over the keys that he or she will receive a link via sms for a checklist to be completed before leaving the store, including gas tank levels or any existing damage to the vehicle. Staff should then remain to assist or direct the customer with a review of the vehicle condition before departure.

The box truck was not cleaned before I took it. There was mulch all over in the back yet I was charged a cleaning fee. I'm willing to bet every customer is charged a cleaning fee until they call in and complain because they don't check their vehicles between rentals. I also never received a refund report/final statement. Please send it.

We arrived after hours to pick up our truck but the find my truck feature was not an option when I logged in. This was very frustrating. However, luckily an employee was still there named Bre. She stayed late and took me inside to get my truck ready for me. I'm so glad she was there or I would have been completely flustered.

The windows had some kind of weird sticky ness on it and the inside was ok in the cab but not the best. Seats had some animal hair on it as well that was not mine nor did I have any animals in the vehicle either. I know it's a Cargo van but needs a little more attention to detail. Overall service there was great! Super quick in and out.

This location is awesome, as are the people working there. The have all gone over and above in taking care of their customer. In this case, Josh and Karl. My complaint is first with your website and, second with the people on your 800 number. While trying to navigate your website, it alternated by kicking me out before I could get pictures uploaded and telling my password was invalid. While I was attempting to navigate thru that mess, I had an operator on the line. They eventually left before my issue was resolved. The second attempt, I was disconnected and the third, no solution was reached before Karl arrive to start the day. I hung up when Karl began to assist me. This is third time I have had issues with both your app and your website. One was while trying to return a vehicle and the other 2 were while trying to pick one up. Seriously considering one of your competitors for August when I require another van.

This Uhaul location has a 'Rodent' and 'Rat' problem. I scene a very large 'Rat' when I moved out. These units are not sealed. Meaning rotten and rats can move from one unit to another. You can smell the malt balls odor throughout the storage facility. The facility looks clean and orderly. Please request and ask to see these units. To see my points. I can't recommend this facility to anybody. They certainly have a rat problem at this location. This is the honest God 'TRUTH'.

Love that UHaul Self Storage has the large flat rolling carts to help bring your items inside. We had 4 kayaks to store and the carts were a tremendous help.

A lot of dirt on stairs and in hallway

My unit had mouse droppings in it. When I showed Jessica, she said she would have some one clean it. Whoever cleaned it didn't clean it all up. There were several locations in the unit with mouse droppings. I loaded my belongings on one side of the unit and will see if someone can clean the remaining droppings. Or I may do it myself. I know many storage units have mice, but at least TRY to make it look like you don't. . The locks don't work well on the units either. I have to go back up to have them drill a bigger hole so the lock actually works. The unit should have been cleaned and inspected before I checked in. I wish I could say I'd recommend it, but I can't right now. Fortunately, I will only need it for a few months. If this were going to be a longer term rental, I think I'd look elsewhere.

The unit was a little pricey, would have been nice for long term rentals to get a discount. The reason we moved out because the rent increased and did not like the fact that you had to pay extra to get in after 10 PM.

The only negative experience is that the larger unit is located on the 2nd level and there is no ramp for moving bulky, heavy items. Walking the steps with these items was difficult.

No one explained to me that there were steps to get to the unit which we found difficult but our main issue was the height of the unit. We had a truck full of furniture that would have been too tall to fit in this unit and also a fridge. I was never told the type of storage I was offered was short. So only a small load of stuff was brought there. I had to rent another place Saturday from A normal style storage unit. The uhaul storage was free to us however the unplanned mileage put on the uhaul truck cost me extra money. I will be contacting uhaul about this because not only did I have to rent a unit elsewhere I now put an additional 20 miles on the truck. And ontop of that I'm going to have to pickup everything I did put at the uhaul facility another day.

Half of the storage units in this facility are accessible only by stairs, including the unit I rented. I will not renew and would not recommend this facility to anyone, in fact I would warn them if the wanted to rent here.

I made several trips to move out. Once, the sliding doors weren't opened. This was around noon, so it wasn't because it was off hours. This made it very difficult to move out using the door, which is down a narrow hallway. I called to let them know it was locked and waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Apparently, you get kicked over to a hotline when you call. She was no help, said to just go inside and tell them. I said I will not, that nobody wears masks that work there, even though it's required by our Governor to wear them in businesses. Once, I came a little after 7pm, and access to the storage units were closed. Online and on the sign, it is posted that OFFICE hours close at 7pm, however it states that access to storage units were to be until 10pm. Wasted trip all the way down there. Because of that, I had to scramble to move out the day of. There is always junk in the parking lot, at least by the loading dock where I frequented. Because I made so many trips every day to my unit, I noticed some used band-aids a little further down in the hallway. They were there for days and to my last day, were still there. Everything is so dark and dingy inside, also. Rent kept going up. Once, I received a notice that they were painting, so they needed to raise the rent to keep it maintained. When they painted it looked fresh and new. However, it was not maintained. I noticed when I was moving out, that several holes were patched all around, but never painted over. So, all you see are all these spackled holes everywhere. Lastly, as I mentioned, nobody there wears masks. It took me over a week, making a total of 30 trips to move everything and so I saw several times throughout the week of employees talking close to customers with no mask on. Whether it be showing a customer a new unit inside, behind the the counter at service, or them showing or receiving storage trucks from customers, they never wore a mask. I saw all customers wear them. There is even a sign in their window to please wear one upon entry. I understand it's inconvenient, I know, I moved wearing one the whole time. Some days were very hot, and yet I kept it on for respect of others.

The unit was clean, but I was extremely disappointed to find that my large storage unit was located on the 2nd floor with the only access to the unit was to carry large, heavy items up steps. There should be ramp access. The unit door height is also very low which made getting oversized items extremely difficult to get into the unit.

PSA - Remove your belongings from you unit BEFORE the start of the new month. I cleared mine out four days after I had paid the monthly fee. U-Haul doesn't pro-rate (so they can rent the same unit out to someone else that I'm still paying for)....

My only ever complaint was that I was told initially that I would have a first floor unit. I have severe arthritis. Instead they assigned me an upper level unit with stair access.
