App needs save my info and pictures for easy rental. App needs allow customers to make changes in profile. I can’t change my license expiration so the wrong one always shows up. Drop off locations need to be based on closest to customer. App needs automatically populate card used to make reservation and add link to probably change if necessary.

One of the best locations I have rent from. I always rent from here unless they don't have what I need. The staff is really nice and helpful. I always try to make sure I make a reservation to make sure they have the equipment I need since it's a very busy place and they might not have what you need. Did I mention is a 24hr drop off. Excellent places.

On 12/5/19, I confirmed a rental for a 15 foot truck for two days, then on 12/5/19, I called Customer Service and changed it to a 10 foot truck for a flat rate fee of $267, one way trip from the Bronx to drop off the truck at Lebanon New Hampshire, plus 300 free miles. On the morning of 12/7/19, when I went to pick up the truck I was charged $541, plus $100 security deposit, which I got back when I returned the truck. What type of fraudulent practice is this where Customer Service locks you into a confirmed contract and then a sales person robs you of $174 over the specified cost that was indicated. Then, Dawn Cofield, Customer Service, is a company troubleshooter who looks for any underhanded reason to deny you a fair resolution of your claim.

Did have the equipment I rented. They said they ran out. Workers where laughing behind the counter for five min before they decided to tell me to move forward. They handed me the keys and told me the truck was on the street. The place is on a corner so took me a while to fine the truck. The lady helping me looked and acted miserable.

I made a reservation at the location on White Plains road by Allerton on 8/27/19 to pick up on 8/31/19. On 8/31/19 less than 2 hours before my pickup I received a call that the truck I reserved was not available. The female that called me was nonchalant and didn’t even care. She was rude. I reserved the 17’ for 9am and she was just like well there’s a 15’ for 4pm other than that there’s nothing. I didn’t need a smaller truck for 4pm, she couldn’t help me. I had to call and search around for a truck that was the right size and available at the time I requested. The woman Tanissha (not sure if I spelled that right) at the service call center was very helpful. I also got charged for a extra dolly that I did not have. I got one dolly and they charged for 2 so I very disappointed!!!

I rented a 20 foot box truck today and I was driving in on the highway the transmission seemed not to be shifting I was gassing the van the transmission was going up but the van was moving at like 5mph It happened again & i could barely drive the van ended up bringing it back earlier than rented because I didn't feel safe driving it.

Sent me to another location that did not have my reservation only to send me back to the first location where the motorcycle trailer was available. Wasted 1 hour driving back and forth. The assigned pick-up location was 20 min further then where I originally reserved for. More importantly, even if you guys changed my pick-up location, you guys did not change my equipment (bed cover) pick-up location. You guys had me to pick up the car at 138th street and pick up my bed cover (equipment) at 117th street. When I called your customer service, they were annoyed when I asked them if I can get a service from a different location that is at least same distance from my place. My number is 3475273977. Check my customer service record to see the attitude of your customer service rep. Such a fun experience, and Im so amazed at how bad your entire customer service management is. Am I ever going to use Uhaul in the future? NO. Not at all. You guys are really horrible in dealing with service, and I will never use you guys ever again in my life. I will convince all my friends living in nyc area to not use your seevice, and I will continue to boycott your service.
