most u-haul facilities have a cart or a dolly to transport the items being stored, however they had none and everything had to be hand carried.

As a customer who works for United airlines I have been moved by and have used U-Haul many times as that is who United uses I have always been satisfied but at the location in port Richey not at all

Upon pick up in KY ,confirmation was made but driver did not show up until 2 days later. No reason given. Storing facility in FL caused roach issue. Customer service was rude when service terminated.

The truck I got smelled like someone was smoking a cigar in it and there were ashes in the cupholder! I told the person about this when I returned the truck!

The manager charged me for gas after their employee changed the amount and intialed the contract and I left the contract infront of the gas gauge and took pics and showed him and still ripped me off!

The facility I had my unit at was the original office. Without notice the office moved, the manager changed but I was getting sporadic billing statements (every other month) with the old managers info

A young female employee, show no respect or empty when I was told I wasn't in the system and asked me to leave after someone cut my lock without consent, apparently looked like a break inn, nightmare!

Low rating due to it took two days after they said shed was available to me just to get them to open it then when they did it has someone else's stuff in it while my stuff was getting rained on
