My receipt says Kayla Steele - she made it clear in the most insulting tone that the restroom was for employees only. The young man was the opposite. I hope to never encounter her again.

He told me if it was him he'd cancel the reservation and wouldn't leave the state . I really wish some representative would call me from u haul about this I'm very unsatisfied

GAURAV C.I estimated return time at 6 hours (it's the same price up to 24 hours). When I was picking up the trailer - I asked if it's a big deal if an an hour or so late - they said, not a big deal. I was 2 hours late, and they charged me double the rate (for 2 days). This is outrageous, taking advantage of customers like that. When I asked the attendant when dropping the trailer off - he suggested "next time book for 24 hours - you'll just pay for 1 day". That's something that should have been discussed at pickup, not at drop off.

michael M.I booked weeks in advance on a location close to my home. Less than 48 hr ahead of the pick-up it starts a nightmare about no trucks available at that original location or anywhere around. I had to drive 45 min to pickup the truck and back to get my own car that was left there. Customer service tried to help with no avail. Lost time and money. Would look for a different option next time.

The one running the site was found sleeping in a uhaul truck, after screaming to make our arrival known since arrival. Terrible customer service. The attendant had me waiting over an hour to process the drop off.

Robert S.On 4/2/2022 I rented a 9ft. Van #1923 for 1 day from 2153 Richmond Terrace, S.I., N.Y. 10302 UHaul center and returned it the following day at +/- 3 p.m. on 4/3/2022 to same Richmond Terrace UHaul center. I drove locally. It was approximately 80 miles driven total in truck # 1923. Upon return of rental the attendant was acting erratic & possibly on drugs. He then attempted to steal my phone & my wife's wallet from the van. When we told him to return the wallet or we will have to call the police, he ran back into the UHaul office and produced my wife's wallet. He then threatened harm and said "now get the @$!# out of my store". Later in the evening I checked my bank account and noticed 3 charges from UHaul. 1 amount was +/- $162,17 the 2nd was +/- $89,37 and a final charge of $4 063,67 which is IMPOSSIBLE. I want a full refund & UHaul Cirporate Security to respond a.s.a.p.. I also want to file a Police Report. Will Padro
