I reported when I returned the truck that it made a horrible screeching noise coming from the back of the motor under the dash. It screeched the entire 7 hours. Then the day we were to return the truck it would not go into reverse so it took about 20 minutes to get it to go into reverse and we finally got the truck returned. At that point told them about the screeching noise and the reverse issue. I was dumbfounded at the cost and I have used U-Haul several times for this exact same trip. It was 7 hours and it cost me around $700 hundred dollars. Which took every penny that I had. I will never use U-Haul again after this experience. I feel like I was totally ripped off. And then they had the nerve to charge me for $13 on gas.

Had to pick up rental from other side of town to use for our wedding props so they wouldn't get wet in Transit and for storage over weekend. I was told we could drop vehicle off at our closest U-Haul location upon returning. When we went to return I was then told it had to go back to original location 20 miles away or I was going to be charged an extra $173 if I didn't do so! mind you I was charged mileage and had to put gas in a larger truck than I reserved. Completely miss leading and unprofessional.

Newer trucks, neater store. Cheaper prices. But over all, it's was what I needed to get the job done

The furniture pads were not used. They were still in bags. My furniture is scratched up and dented. I have tried to contact uhaul to see what I can do about it but have not received a call or email back. Please advise.

Changed locations twice and second didn't have me listed at all or vehicle. Forced me upgrade to larger vehicle. Charged more. Just horrible. Next time I go to budget

Ensure the customer is aware of having to fold the blankets rented prior to renting as it creates some tension during check in.

When I went to pick up the auto transport, the guy said he wasn't able to put my car on it. He said I could watch YouTube videos on how to do it. After spending the day loading the Uhual truck which was given to me with 5/16 of a tank, I was very tired. It was just me alone- and he must have thought I knew what I was doing to have said that. But I didn't. He came running out yelling to stop and “showed me how to do it”. I was in tears during this whole episode.

I was so excited to see that a bigger uhaul was available. They were so kind and get me set up in only 10 minutes. I will definitely use their service again in the future!

If the customer wants a spare tire please give them one if the customer is confident enough to drive the trailer he should be confident enough to change a tire on the trailer as well as his own car

The back of the truck was dirty had to sweep out before use. I drove the truck 12 miles the gas gauge read full when I left and was still on full when I brought back but I was fined for not bringing it back with a full tank. What ??? The moving blankets where filthy ( they charge extra if you don't fold them when your done) I hated to touch them let alone have to use them on my belongings. To top it off I never got a receipt. Never again for me or anyone I know.

The check in and check out was a horrible situation. I've never had a problem with uhaul in my life until now. The entire process sucked. Other than that, the gentleman at the counter gave excellent service

The inside of the Van needed to be swept out. I made sure the the U-Haul employee was made a where of the inside of the back of Van had some white dust( it looked like fertilizer ) on the back floor of the Van. You knew about and that it was there before we rented Van. He said he would take care of it. Both employees in side when I rent the Van were very courteous and polite. They explained to me in detail all about the agreement. I would highly recommend this U-Haul establishment and I will use them again if needed. Many kudos to everyone there. Great U-Haul store. The guys who hooked up their trailer to our truck were great. We had no problems with the trailer and the one-way cost wasn't bad at all.

It would be nice to have parking at this center for people who have to leave their vehicles, they where kind enough to let us leave ours but there wasn't any areas really for that. Location is easy to find. Just be aware you still have to go inside to speak with them even with Mobil check in pick up during operation hours. Mobil drop off was pretty easy.

Staff at the local office poorly chose a truck to deliver my box on a street that could not accommodate a big truck. My items were 4 days late because staff was unknowledgeable about open/closed dates at final destination. Jason, in traffic and deliveries, was the only one that actually made it happen. He was great.

The entrance to this location was blocked by a uhaul. We called the number listed for the location only to leave a voicemail. We had to return the Uhaul to another location further away.
