When we picked up the UHaul the gentleman working the counter was VERY rude, not a people person at all, and didn't seem he wanted to be there. We didn't get the right equipment, but left with what we were given bc we am we're already late getting going. I know times are rough, but it was not good to get there in a stressed situation and him now make it any better! Now, when we returned the truck, then gentlemen was very nice! Definitely made up for the previous day. So. Thank you to him for making a horrible situation a good one!! We need more people like him!Jamie O.

Don't bother with the outside vendors. Go straight to the uhaul store. The app took half an hour and no one ever helped. If you book something make sure you have a lot of time. Nothing moves fast.Ray F.
Didn't include the furniture pads or dolly that I ordered and then didn't take them off my bill. In general, there was a huge disconnect between what your website indicated it would cost me and what it actually cost me, by about 200 $. Although I reserved the vehicle and trailer by calling UHaul, I was never provided an itemized total billing until I arrived at the location in Pueblo, when much to my surprise it was a lot more expensive. Then my drop off location was changed from New Castle to Rifle and the places where I was supposed to drop it off in Rifle either weren't available for me to drop it off or didn't call me back to let me know if I could drop it off. Finally called Uhaul and got permission to drop it off at the original location in New Castle and the manager there was extremely helpful. A lot to be desired with the ease of this rental and turn in of equipment. Next time I will look at other options.Godfrey B.

I don't know if it was internet scheduling or the location.. I went to the first location (Carrith Ct) and was told unit was available. Online Scheduler directed me to another location ( Pueblo West). That unit was not available when arrived to location. That location (Pueblo West off Joe Martinez Blvd) did help me locate and secure a unit back at the original location.. Kudo's to Pueblo West location..Raymond H.

Just cause someone says the word FUCK doesn't mean shit. Treat customers better and they wouldn't cuss. You are right I never rented U Haul equipment from that location, but I have used U Haul in the past and I don't see why I need to provide references that HAVE TO ANSWER THE PHONE before you rent to me. NEVER HAD TO DO THAT BEFORE, BUT TO SHOW HOW BIG YOU ARE IT WAS THEY ANSWER OR I CANT RENT THRE TRAILER TO MOVE!! A move planned for for a month. So MY OPINION IS FUCK U HAUL. FUCKING CEO MAKES MILLIONS AND TALKS SHIT TO CUSTOMERS. SO AGAIN FUCK U HAUL!!!!!!!MARK C.

My original pickup location was overbooked and the rescheduled pickup location required a 1-1/2 round trip trip time to pick up my rental trailer. U-Haul needs to do a better job have equipment available when its reserved.John G.

Be careful. When I made the reservation to have a u-box delivered to my rural property on the U-Haul App, it was accepted. I only learned that they would not deliver to my house AFTER they had delivered to the nearest location an hour and a half away. I had to make three 3-hour trips (1,5 hours each way) to get my stuff out of the pod. Luckily the Pueblo U-Haul staff was friendly and helpful.William H.

My reservation was changed not once but twice. I did not receive the truck I originally rented. I had to wait about 2 minutes to get the truck after arriving due to the check in process and due to overbooking back to back I was unable to extend my rental when I needed too because my prior reservation being changed so many times interfered with my moving plans. I was very disappointed Not to mention I never received my 59 $reservation credit after my rental was not guaranteed.Ariana G.
I reserved an enclosed trailer only to be informed they did not have available. Offered me an open trailer but did not do anything to compensate for change. Ended up having to spend another 75$ for tarps and straps to cover my load due to not having an enclosed trailer. Also had to make 2 trips instead of one due to size limitations on available trailer. Also employees forgot my appliance dolly and had to return to store only to be told it was my error. All in all lackluster experience and easily could have been remedied by better customer service and/or offering to discount available trailer or throw in tarps and straps due to not having equipment I reserved.Andrew N.

We reserved a 26' moving truck and was notified 2 days before our move that it would not be available. After a conversation a 15' truck was made available to us and we were given some extra miles to help offset the need for extra trips. We still paid mile overage fees. At least we got moved.Ronald Y.
I don't understand how I ended up paying almost 100 when my initial quote was for 19,95 for 4 hours. I added 10 for collision insurance and it was 0,59 cents a mile which I ended up going about 30 something miles. The insurance was doubled to 20.00. I was charged a 19,95 fee and a 39,95 fee and then the 20 for the mileage. Plus taxes and other fees. So I am not at all happy with this and would really like a explanation. .Dennis S.

The staff at the Carruth Court address in Pueblo, CO are fabulous. George stood out as they helped above and beyond when we were removing our items from storage. It was very hot, our moving helpers canceled, leaving my 13 year old and I to load in the desert heat and sun. George recognized our plight, and stepped in to help. I was suffering from heat stroke so George gave us a place to rest and plenty of cool water to reduce our symptoms. They were life savers..the help i was supposed to have wasnt able to come. They were nice enough to help unload ny grandmas china hutch taking extra care to not let the rain get it. I was stressed that i wasnt going to be able ti get stuff unloaded in time but the worker was very calm, told me not to worry they would help me and wasnt upset or rude about my situation..which made things go much better. Friendly store staff they were amazing best I've come by! If it wasent for that staff I would be blowing up the bad reviews......but overall UHaul was a mess Had to make 3 different truck rentals all at different locations because they would reserve me a vehicle they didn't have available! And than on top of that was overcharged for accessories. I have waited on hold to talk to someone twice for over 50 mins even tho the wait time said 20 mins. You should let your customers know that you don't have access cards and cannot access storage . I drive 3 hrs one evening to get something out my storage. Your web page and notices outside say access cards, access storage till 10pm. I was there at 6pm. You seriously need to address that problem. Otherwise a great place.Tammy B. | Expérience générale

The main problem I had was with billing. I kept getting emails and letters claiming I was behind in my payments and owed late fees even though I was current and had receipts to prove it. Very hard to get hold of, actually impossible. Manager gives away storage you reserved. Corporate communications are also unavailable. Cancelled my reservation before I even moved in. Gave away my reservation! What! Local manager blamed it on Corporate reservation problems. Not my problem. Moving is stressful enough without a national company giving you the run around!! Horrible experience with Pueblo Co location! Josh needs to go as a manager. Also rude when I had to ask my 71 year old mother to go to check on my reservation. I was told that I would have GROUND-FLOOR ACCESS I was told that the 1st month's rent was FREE I was told that it was an 8X10X5 I asked if the truck and the storage unit were going to hold all of my furniture and other belongings. Nothing I was told were actually TRUE! I had to scramble to get another storage unit because the Truck AND the storage unit WERE TOO SMALL! Nothing the first representative told me WAS EVEN CLOSE TO THE TRUTH! My family is their friends made trips IN THEIR OWN PRIVATE VEHICLES to help finish my move. I want a full refund for the entire "UHAUL MOVING EXPERIENCES" of one lie and additional Fee after another.
