Not sure if you can do anything about it but cheaper fuel prices would be great when renting a truck..other than that, everything else was great..nice clean place.friendly knowledgeable employee 's...I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely rent from here again in near future..thank you for allTom D.

Very friendly and helpful agents on Dix Avenue in Queensbury, NY. This was my first time renting a cargo van and it was so easy. It was nearly new, with only 2000 miles on it. The van was very easy to drive and got close to 20 MPG fully loaded. I needed it for 2 days and 500 miles and that was no problem, they had several more vans in the lot and many more bigger trucks as well.Theodore S.

Terrible. Had a truck that had a cracked windshield (called in when I realized down the road, it didn't have a sticker) and eventually overheated two miles into our trip when loaded. Took 3,5 hours for a tow truck to get to us, they didn't have an available truck to transfer to, and also didn't get us helpers to unload it as the first customer service representative said we would. This is more on the call center side of things, but we got promised things and then shuffled through service reps who flipped on what the others said. Talked to the tow truck guy, and it seemed he could've been there 2 hours earlier but they were being unresponsive.Trip ruined, lots of frustration, not a great time. It's been a few days and didn't even get a refund.Justin J.

Heather and Cassandra we're absolutely excellent. It was a very stressful four days doing a power move across state. It was so nice having friendly smiling faces on my final destination end of the journey. They helped me out also by upgrading me to a larger unit as the one I originally had would definitely not fit my stuff. They did it so quick because they knew I had paid help coming in 10 minutes. This location is very close to my residence and the employees are very friendly. I usually find the location and equipment ery clean and well maintained. However on Friday, June 17th , I was totally dissappointed with the vehicle that I rented. I was in need of a small vehicle and the only thing available was a van. There were 2 on the lot and I was assigned one of them. After signing the contract I was advised of all of the regulations and I was on my way. Not far from leaving the parking lot and starting for my destination, the most nauseous odor started to fill the vehicle and it was overwhelming for the entire time that I had the vehicle. My first stop was 7 miles away from the U haul location and literally the vehicle smelled like pigs (bovine) had ben transported. I was literally sick to my stomach. My next stop was 13 miles away and the odor was just about intolerable, as was thhe last 4 miles back to the Uhaul location. I addressed my concerns of the disgusting conditions of this vehicle and felt that after paying $54 plus $10 for gas that this service was really unacceptable. The agent was very apologetic and gave a possibility that the van might have been a "drop-off" from the night before and it had not been prepped for the next customer. She also apologized for not being able to give me any kind of a discount. I feel that maybe whoever returned that vehicle the evening before, should pay what I have been charged. I also have a storage unit at this location for which I am paying $145 a month. I am just very disappointed in this most recent experience.CAROL R.

The interior of the vehicle was dusty throughout. The exterior was unwashed. The bed of the truck had garbage needing removal prior to exiting business parking lot. Windshield was covered with bug remains and streaks. Gas was below the 7/8 threshold required at return. Therefore I was required to add more gas to avert an upcharge. Staff was very pleasant and did address any concerns.Toby W.

The return location guy told me just told me to go go and detach the trailer and drop it, the tongue weight on that trailer was to heavy for me to lift off the ball because I'm 70 years old with rheumatoid arthritis, he did come out after and help me, but wasn't happy about it. When I arrived, the location was closed, which I expected. I used the U-Haul app to check in and found it to be difficult to navigate. Despite having five bars on my phone, it lost connection repeatedly. The check in on the app took far longer than it should have. The truck was where it was supposed to be, which was fine. When I arrived at my loading location the back door of the truck was frozen shut. Once I was able to get it open, the inside of the truck was covered with ice, snow and dirt. Clearly, no one had bothered to inspect it when the previous renter returned it. My crew was able to remove much of it, but were left with an ice and snow covered floor, which then got my belongings wet and dirty. When I returned the truck and reported the dirty conditions, the app charged me a $25 cleaning fee, which I had to dispute. All in all not a great experience.Scott W.

The walk around app, is confusion. Picture in app doesn't show damage that exist. When questioned reps, they say they they know and damage is documented. This is a former K-Mart turned into a U-Haul storage and rental, but it definitely needs some work to make it look like a Uhaul vs an abandoned department store. It wasn't clear where the actual U-Haul store part was when I pulled in, or where to drop off the truck.Chris C.

Computers were not set up. Made a reservation for a 10x15 but because it was inside could not use it as I arrived late afternoon after driving 3,5 hours from CT. Inside storage was only available until 4pm so we had to use a 10x10 located outside and it rained most of the time we were unloading. Glen was very helpful but only could do what he could do.
