I was told that I was able to fit my refrigerator in the storage unit but that was not true when I brought the refrigerator to the storage because it was not the correct size. Other than that it was nice to store the rest of my belongings just next time make sure your workers know what is able to fit and what unit thank you thank you.

Collin DBetter communication. I called prior to renting and was told one thing. When I arrived to the location I was told something different. Conflicting and inaccurate information.
sherley w|Charged for mileage overage, but did not deviate. Also, had 85 miles left on a 100 dollar gas up. But no credit for gas overage. Think about it?
John WThe driver side door did not want to stay closed all the way. When leaving the location, going over the railroad tracks. The door literally popped open, but after slamming it hard, it stayed closed. Other than that the truck served its purpose. It did run well and was decent on gas.

Patrick BAt the last minute, the van was changed because the original van was fenced in by other vehicles. During the switchover, dashboard indicators did not get reviewed. After getting on the road, the vehicle got a flat due to low tire pressure. It took over 2 hours to get a tire change and the store I needed to go to was closed. I paid over $60 and was on the road for 3 hours, but couldn't pickup my item. A complete waste of effort.
Jeffery TPayment for the Credit card swipe didn't work, operator (lady) in there took the physcial card and entered into the system. Later, same day, PAR*SMOOTHIE KING SK for $21. 56 fradulant purchase attempt was made on the credit card. Luckly, the card declined the charge. No where else the card was used after the U-haul rental. Please investigate this and do necessary follow up.
Sudhakar KThe van I had 3027, the transmission felt like it was slipping. Also, I left $440 in cash in the center console under the cup holder and if the employees found it, they stole it, and if they didn't find it, it confirms they don't clean the equipment as thoroughly as they should. I rented another van from this location and it was dirty and had garbage in the same center console.

David WHonor your quotes. When I made my reservation on 3/12 /24. The collision insurance was $11, but when I went to pick the rental I was charged $15. The only explanation I received was "It just went up!"路♀️ That explanation just doesn't settle with me~

Kevin RRented an auto transport trailer. Upon pick up, the trailer was covered on hard snow/ ice. Aswell at the tire straps were frozen solid. This made it very difficult to load the vehicle onto the trailer and strap it safely and properly

Patrick BWhile the facility is well maintained and staff is friendly, the cost of storage for a small space increased from $74 to $79 to $85 over the course of 2 years. Understandable that U-haul is in business to make a profit, but a senior discount or rate freeze for seniors over 80 who have stored with U-haul for more than one year would have been helpful. Respectable experience overall, but there are other facilities offering small spaces for much less.

Sebastian CAlthough my experience went well, the driver side door would not latch unless you slammed it extremely hard, and the wiper blade were in terrible condition.
Wayne VCommunication. As a first time U-Haul renter I was not explained anything. I know it was 20 min before closing but I was not explained anything. I asked if I could return to a different location and I was told NO. With no explanation or other possibilities. I have U-Haul place 3 minutes from my home, and I had to drive 15 miles back, plus my actual vehicle, to drop it off. In the middle of rush hour and rain. Wasn't even given instruction on how to return aside from drop the truck and key. Christopher A was no help. I will never use U-Haul again.
britaney gi didn't move out. The office charges me twice for my unit and then gave me a 20-dollar late fee. The manager was supposed to fix but I never recieved.bank charge me twice. I am now getting a overdraft charge on my checking account.

Eldred CThe cost per mile is ridiculous... For a simple 30 mile move of appliances, I was charged over $90... $20 for the rental, $11 for insurance, $7 for the dolly... And I broght it back with a little extra gas and clean... Over $50 for milage... A bit much but the staff were great and the vehicle clean...

Kevin jBe more attentive. Easy transaction, but didn't ask me if I wanted coverage or additions before giving me my total and telling me to pay. Materials and trucks were not well maintained at all- dirty and dusty. Staff was immensely uninterested and did not make my experience welcoming at all.

FELINA PAfter starting the rented van, two warnings displayed on the dashboard regarding low tire pressure for both the right and left rear tires. These items should be resolved by U-Haul prior to renting out their equipment. Upon pressing the information button, I saw that 3 tires were in the mid-50's and one tire was over 70 lbs. Per the actual tire, they s/b inflated to 80 lbs.

William RThe staff that this location is extremely rude. Name tags were not worn so not sure who the guy is but he is the most unprepared person. Picking up boxes at 9am and nothing was ready and he says oh I didn't know you would actually be here at 9.... why schedule a time if I'm not going to be there. The girl behind the counter has a totally shitty attitude and doesn't bother to lift her bed out of her phone. All while I'm sure management is just there sitting on their asses
