Requested a 10' truck-$843.00-it was not available ended up with a 15" truck-$1107.00 ended up paying more than 300.00 more! I asked if the truck had been inspected as I was traveling oneway from Atlanta Ga to Pueblo Co. and was assured the tires and all liquid levels had been checked. I ended up with 2 bad tires. one blow out and one with a large bubble. We were stranded for 3 hours in the middle of New Mexico before road side assistance got us back on the road. The repair man was supposed to bring us cold water but didn't. Not happy with any of this transaction. No one has reached out to accommodate these errors. Not a satisified Customer.

When someone return an rental you should check them out not have the sit it on the floor while you clean up and tell them have a good day. Just so a week later someone can call and ask did you return the things.

The air was hot and probably needed freon. Even though I purchased safe move, the truck became stuck with back left over the curb into the corner of my driveway. I was told because there was accident involved I would have to go thru my personal.indurance for that back tire to be lifted back into the street. Almost 6-7 hrs later we finally got it unstuck and back into the street. I spoke with Fizzy who directed me to the website. Being with you all since 2014 & this was by far the most negative experience I have ever had. Praying that consideration of circumstances with any mover will be regarded as serious.

Employees need better customer service, you have guys by the name of LEE telling ppl he's going to the back to do nothing when you clearly have customers in line. My card was charged twice they charged me for the hold they put on the card and after I return my truck rental. After talking with Lee a few days after my rental I noticed my card was charged extra, he told me that my money would be returned on my card 3-5 business days.

I rent from this location regularly without issue. On the latest occasion, I was charged a $25 cleaning for returning a clean truck. The assistant manager, a male named Sally, was the worst performing employee I have ever come across at any Uhaul location.

I was quoted $20 for the insurance coverage, but charged $30. The fuel level was at a 1/4 of a tank so I had to go straight to the gas station which put me behind. Even though I had already done the online- pre-checkout, I still had to wait on a another customer ahead of me for 20 minutes in the store only to check out with Customer service that which took another 12 minutes! When I returned the truck, the process had changed from simply dropping off the key in the box to taking pictures, verifying parking location, verifying fuel level and cleanliness..... Uber drivers don’t understand al that! I really want to know why Uhaul doesn’t have a frequent renter point system that allows perks for frequent users. These rentals are too expensive by the mile. I’ll start renting with Alamo or somewhere else that offers free miles. It was just a bad experience all together! This is like using antiquated “minute” cellphones!

I went in at ur office located on highway 85 August 24.2019 paid for a uhaul & storage the storage unit i paid 123.00 for lock was broke i waited 45 min to hr for mgr to come to fix the lock it was 95degress outside me& my children had to stand outside while he fix the lock i was on the phone with several different reps..it was dang near 2hrs & then they charged me twice & didn't refund my 100.00 deposit. I had to put down i had to keep calling it was HORRIBLE& I WOULD NOT USE THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE

I had reserved a truck for 24 hours, when I went to pick up the truck, I was told I could only have it for 6 hours. My reservation was at 12:30, it took over an hour to process out. Unacceptable
