I would recommend that customers get a clear sense of expectations when they rent a vehicle. The rep that processes your rental says one thing, when you pick up the vehicle that person says something else. The person that processed my return was not the friendliest and had a horrible attitude.

If a person makes a reservation for a truck with a ramp, then your representatives should make sure the customer receives a truck with a ramp. No ramp made my moving harder and cost me more time. You get no stars for that. That easy check in from your phone was a joke and a hassle. The time I spent trying to upload my ID was just that...extra time wasted. She checked me in faster without going through that.

First off the truck was absolutely filthy but that's little much the situation now we had a family emergency my father passed so we kept the truck longer than intended however I brought the truck back close out the contract signed done deal was told I will get a refund call the extra charges in 3 to 5 days I was charged 33 and 95 dollars some days 33 and $65 other days appointment is every single day I was charged shuffle charges in case the mileage was over whatever whatever the reason was I don't even know cuz it was not consistent however bottom line is it was over $1,500 in charges over the bill which is almost $1,500 so my refund was to be $1,500 U-Haul got paid 1500 nearly and we move on well unfortunately not U-Haul then falling Sunday decides to charge me an additional 14 something almost $1,500 on top of owing me 1500 well you are reaching family tragedy expenses I don't have that kind of money I was already depending on my refund I have a family to feed instead of that happening they overdrew my account so now a $1, 500 truck turns into a $5,000 rental the contract was closed truck was returned on September 24th today is now October 5th 2019 I still have not got my refund my account is still in the negative my bills are still bouncing and I'm still getting insufficient fund fees every day why because when my contract was closed in my account was concluded someone reopened it and charge me $1,500 which is a legal contract was closed and concluded you cannot then go and take my card and charge what you feel like and sadly enough is now October 5th as I said earlier and it's occurred on the 24th of September and no one has done anything to return my money I got the 1400 and change their charge me double but I have not got my refund for all the charges during the time of rental which is over $1,500 and because of all these fees and all this crap I was told I would be credited 11 days on top of 1,500 which would also be refunded to me I called customer service and they can't seem to find a refund issued other than the reversal of the 1400 and change they took from me illegally so I'm not waiting on over $1,900 or close to 2,000 and if I get my account soon negative I'm still bouncing all these things because of the initial fees and things I bounced from the first 1400 no one seems to be to urgent and getting my money back what is going on with U-Haul you have millions of dollars in there stealing from customers you have put us in a terrible spot again this is not one day or two days this has gone on since the 24th that's a long time to have someone's account in the negative and make them broke and I seem to care enough to get their money back to them in a timely fashion it was supposed to be refunded in 3 to 5 days anyhow so what the whole of his I don't know but this is sickening it is cost me so much money I can't even explain to you attention U-Haul someone please take action do something I called customer service for hours we've been on

The staff on the lot were not responsive to the customers nor the retail staff. We had to go find the van ourselves... in the huge lot. In addition, I ordered the rental furniture pads but the van didn’t come with them and there wasn’t an attendant around to ask for them. Upon returning the van I was charged for missing equipment not given.

My experience at U-HAUL wasn’t a great one. When I asked Marvin D. about the promotion with the first month being free, he showed no type of interest in explaining. He wasn’t helpful at all. Horrible.

I requested my Ubox to be available at 9am. UHaul didn’t have it ready until 2pm. Also, they bolted the door of the Ubox shut and never removed the bolt, so we couldn’t access it when it was delivered
