Always friendly and courteous staff. Units both exterior and interior units are clean and dry. Temperature controlled interior units are very helpful and useful. Well maintained facility for the year or so we were there till we found a house

We did not realize we could not LEAVE the facility after 10pm. Our truck was locked inside over night. Maybe have flashing lights jusr prior to 10pm closing so customers know the gate will be locked

We first called the 800 # and spoke to someone who was only interested in signing us up but not giving us any truthful information. The call center is terrible, absolutely NO customer service . Almost did not go to the location but took a ride. Robert Wagner the manager was VERY helpful and straight forward. It was because of him and the spotless facility that we rented and purchased some supplies.

I used a range of U-Haul services over the past two years during my transition from my home owner to renter to a condo owner. U-Haul helped me every step of the way from transport to different storage options to my recent shipment using U-Box containers and arranging helpers to unload. Scott in your Calverton site was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me and my family during this transition. Being as I am a current monthly renter of a storage unit at this facility I was hoping for a possible discount on the truck rental. What is the incentive of renting from this facility compared to another facility that would have been more convenient? I was trying to give my facility the business and they couldn't even throw in a free appliance dolly or moving blanket rental. Uhaul should really reevaluate this policy, next time I will simply borrow a truck from a friend.

I returned my uhaul in the morning before a work event. Rob the manager called me as soon as I got to my event and told me my garage key was in the uhaul still and the store closed at 5 which was the same time my work event was ending. I was so stressed out because this was my only way to get into my house. Rob helped me out and made sure my garage keys were in lockbox so I could get back inside my house. Thank you so much for helping me Rob. Would recommend anyone to come to this uhaul store for their great costumer service!

- Truck I drove was loose/sloopy probably requires some type of service. (Lots of play in sterring wheel) - I had to use a much larger truck than required the forced extra cost should not be passed on to customer. A home depot rental would have been less money.

The drop off location was changed without notifying me, and this caused major inconvenience when I arrived at the incorrect location without knowing about the change. I will seriously avoid using uhaul in the future due to this major inconvenience.
