Inform customers that 2 delivery fees will apply if containers delivered on different days. I was never informed this would be the case, the information would have let me make an informed decision and know to expect 2 charges on my credit card for same amount.

Store was supposed to open at 7AM and no one showed up until 8AM. Supposed to get $50.00 credit but haven’t seen that yet

For starters maybe it could open at the correct time. They should have opened at 7am but no one arrived (after multiple phone calls to multiple managers) at 8:30am. We had set our rental to be in the lockbox outside to get it early, but it wasn't there and no explanation was given. The truck was nice and clean but had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. This location needs new managers and new staff that actually care about the quality of work, reputation, and customer satisfaction.

Staff was very helpful! Navigating parking area was a little difficult. Setting up the UHaul - staff was wonderful. We were residing in an area impacted by Hurricane and due to the change of closing date on our home had to reschedule our pick up multiple times. Staff was more than accomodating and very helpful.

The handle that rolls, down the window was missing. Mirrors were hard to adjust but mainly because I am accustomed to being able to adjust mirrors from the inside of the vehicle.

This rental facility is actually slightly out of my way, but I come here because your staff are so polite and this facility is vastly more pleasant than the others. I've rented 3 times in the past 6 weeks and will rent again next weekend. Moving is stressful and exhausting. Not having to deal with a rude person or long waits with customers being helped out of turn is priceless.

When you say guarantee stand by your word. I was told I would have it on a Saturday but didn’t get it until Monday. This caused a delay and stress on my family since the items shipped were for my disabled mother and I was counting on a weekend arrival due to my work schedule during week days. I had to take days off and make other shipping arrangements. Your staff gave conflicting excuses for the delayed arrival. They even said “your new guarantee date is Monday” which defeats the meaning of the word guarantee. Then tried to offer me $50 as a courtesy. Said that a field rep would call but never did. I filed s complaint via uhaul and no response. I told them I would take it to court for reimbursement and all they could say was “I understand, I would do the same” but made no attempts to resolve this matter. If this is how you treat a return customer I would hate to see what you do to new customers. I will be seeking compensation in one manner or another either through uhaul directly or filing a court judgement. This is ridiculous. .

Latching mechanism was confusing. Had to figure out how to open. Unlike I’ve ever seen. When the trailer door fully opened, the latch prevented me from closing the door. I had to blindly reach my hand above the opened door to manipulate the mechanism into position where I could then close the door.

Justin Brownell, from the uhaul facility on Rivers Ave in Charleston SC, was the light at the end of the tunnel, he went out of his way to make up for multiple issues with Uhaul/ubox in San Francisco

The box was scheduled by your staff for delivery between 10:00-1:00. It was delivered at 4:30. Talking to someone took 3 calls and transfers to others who knew nothing. Sorry you were so busy.
