I will not do business far as hear anymore, we're trying to charge me for stores that I never even got into, and they don't really pay attention to the accounts because if they did they will see that I never gained access to this but I finally got mine situation handle weeks after the incident occurred, Casey was cool but other staff members need a reality check on attitude and work ethic

I agreed to drop the trailer at A certain location and it changed because another location "needed" another trailer. Not my problem. I don't appreciate having to drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to drop a trailer. Next time it will be left in the middle of the street IF I ever rent from uhaul again. I doubt I'll rent from uhaul again after this experience. I would have to be a desperate man to do so.

Paul PTwo years ago the auto transport was $59 for the day. A few weeks ago it was $119 for two days even though I only needed it for a day. Two days ago it was $172 to make the same trip. Again, I had to rent it for two days and I still only needed it for the day. I guess you can charge whatever you want when you have no competition with an auto transport.
davis CI was robbed over$700 because incorrect mileage inputted by a employee of this company. I was told I had to wait at least a week before getting my money back on their mistake.

THE WINDSHIELD AND WINDOWS WERE FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT. Please think about this. The only part of a car that a renter uses ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the time (more than any other part) is the windshield. Your company should drill into the heads of every employee how extremely importance it is to every rental. In fact, you should make it part of the questions you ask in your surveys so they know.

KENNETH DTerrible company I ever experienced. They will lie and chest you out of your money. They tried to draft $800 out my account knowing J didn't owe them anything. They also switch my dates on when I was suppose to bring the truck back. The truck was brought back in excellent condition n has hand was back to normal. I highly don't recommend these scammers

Candace KI had a truly exceptional experience. I was a walk-in customer at the King Street location. I was immediately welcomed by a warm and friendly customer service rep. She was instrumental in helping me to make the correct decision in choosing two items for my project. The staff let me know that a link would be sent with the best location to fulfil the rental in the event the rental items were not available at the U haul Downtown CHS location. I made pick up visit up at the North Charleston store. It too was a squeaky clean facility, with a warm friendly front counter rep. She guided me in the self-scanning of my I D drivers license info into the system from my own mobile device. The whole experience at both locations exceeded my expectations. Well done U haul. I was able to have a trouble free rental experience. Merci.
Douglas HI had a reservation of $115 , when I got to this location, the incompetent man charged me $279 and said pay it now, dispute it later! I've never seen less helpful people in my life.

I had turned in the uhaul autobody transport with Sebastian (who was quite helpful and courteous as well) and had seen how busy they were so Raven came in clutch as she was about to be off. At the end I turned in the 15' truck to an African American young man who's name started with an "A" and he was helpful as well - gave me time to fold up my 2 dozen blankets and avoid the fee. All in all an experience that was handled well on their end from the point of view of someone who had just flown to Detroit, had to pack up a uhaul in the snow, drove it all night down to SC, and then unload it to the storage unit in nonstop fashion. Truly appreciated them.
