I was overcharged for gas.by over $28.The initial paperwork showed the fuel level much higher than what was actually on the gauge but the app would not let me change it to the actual level.Before leaving the lot ,I took photos of the fuel gauge and some additional damage that was not listed and submitted it through the dispute potion per the staffer's instructions and downloaded the photos to Uhaul.I will be expecting a refund of all fuel charges since I actually returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up.I am more than happy to submit the time stamped photos for verification. I BROUGHT THE UHAUL BACK EARLY, I ALSO PUT THE GAS BACK WHERE IT WAS WHEN I PICKED UP THE TRUCK. I HAVE RENTED BIGGER UHAUL TRUCKS FROM OTHER LOCATIONS AND HAVE TRAVELED FAR, BUT WAS NEVER CHARGED THIS MUCH. SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION. ASAP. IM A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

It kept telling me I didn't have a reservation. I was very frustrated. I was there over 30 minutes trying to return my truck. Then after I finally completed all the steps, I was looking for the Dropbox.

Markeisha was her name and she was awesome. But the dirty van is unacceptable. I will use a different location next time . Someone needs to give Markeisha a raise!
Bobbie E.The young lady at the counter was very rude. Had a poor attitude and need some more training or needs to stay at home. We can understand that one where she said not that there was a language barrier. She just had an attitude, but other than that everything else was OK I was very upset that I pay for a 10 x 10 but they gave me 2 5x10 why give me a reservation for something that they don't have so disappointment !!!!!

MAE B. | Premières impressionsVery disappointing ! the 1st part was the "manager, who has stock in U-Haul" on site, swearing towards me yelling towards me because the staff that left did not prep him for us coming to pick up this truck. After listening inside, I walked with him out to the truck as his language was still terrible, stating this truck better not be buried behind other trucks in the lot. He pointed to the truck I was assigned too, said that's for you and walked away. I am very glad I walked around this truck and took the pictures like the app tells you too. Every side of the the truck we rented and the inside along with miles needed to be corrected. Prior damage was all noted. Very terrible experience. I also use the U-Haul on Little Mack, I contacted them the day I returned the truck to the location I picked the truck I used up from, to let them know how please I am with the entire staff always helpful, pleasant to speak with. From the start of making a reservation to dropping of the truck I will only be going back to the Little Mack and Stephens location.

Renee D. | Premières impressionsI reserved a 8' pickup, an auto transport and a 6x12 trailer earlier in the week. Waited in line to pick them up and was told the only thing they had was the truck. The counter person sent me to another store that supposedly had the trailers I needed after I rented the truck. Got to the 2nd uhaul and they didn't have the trailers. They sent me to a 3rd uhaul in which I was able to rent the trailers. All the running around put me over on mileage and made me 3 hours late for my move, my help had to leave and this all caused alot of unnecessary turmoil all day. The experience was very bad. I use uhaul quite a bit and am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere because there is a problem every time I use your company. Dan Balaban 586 873 8535

It's a little farther from home than the location I usually choose, but I'll be returning here in the future just for the added convenience.
Kurt T.Great experience! The only issue was the mixed communications. I was contacted 3 or 4 times to confirm the same things by different people for both pick up and delivery. There was some mixup in the delivery windows as well, but overall a great experience.
Michael C.My only point of feedback is the lack of flat bed carts available. There are quite a few carts with the bars for mattresses. I've been at this facility for quite sometime and have brought this issue up with staff MULTIPLE TIMES with no resolution. This is a simple solve. Everything else was great, but what a pain in the butt this is was over my time here.
JACK RANDALL B. | Expérience généraleThe policy to return truck with the same amount of gasoline (not full tank) as when picked up will generally result in a customer having to put in more gasoline than used, which is not exactly fair to customer. Otherwise it was an excellent experience. Fortunately math helped us, but full out and full in would make it easier for the customer. Merci.

CAROLYN DENISE D.My rental was pretty good and smooth! I returned the truck after hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes early, but was unaware of doing the return process online. When I went to do the return process online later that evening I was not able to complete the process online as I already deposited the keys in the after hours drop box and the online return wanted photo's taken of the truck which I was unable to do.

angela C.Interior of vehicle was very dirty….should be cleaned regularly….vehicle had exterior damage all over but understand why. I reserved auto transport and prior customer did not return. Had to go to other location. Should have multiple transports in case of this situation. Was told only receive $50 credit. Major inconvenience to have to pick up truck and transport in 2 separate locations. This location has plenty of space to accommodate multiple auto transports.

Every little bump on the road would cause me to almost loose control. The brakes wanted to go out every time I would stop. Scariest ride of my life in this death trap.

Would have been nice to be informed that power was out and set me up with new unit. The power was out there 2 days before move. There was enough time to text me, email or call me.

I had covid at the time and was unable to close out my account in person so I did it over the phone with customer service (because this roseville location never answers the phone) and was told it was taken care of. Continuously got letters in the mail with them adding on payments and fees but every time I tried to call to get it resolved, no answer every single time. The last time I was called I missed the call and called back 5 minutes later trying to resolve it and was told no one called me? Unbelievable.
