Everything went well for over a year until this last month when I was checking out I still haven’t received my closing papers which was supposed to be emailed to me I don’t know if they closed it or not they was very rude .

When I called someone answered laughing put me on hold right away without saying anything. I waited almost 20 minutes before I hung up. Went to the one on Gratiot and frazho lawerence took care of me and was a pleasure to work with. It went smoothly from there
Danielle G.Web site did not work for making reservations. Phones did not answer at any location. The gentleman that check me in and hitched me up was excellent despite computer issues that hindered him from the main servers which other employees indicate is a constant problem. You have to give your employees the tools to succeed or they will lose motivation. I think you need to revise your customer and employee sites.
mike M.Staff was excellent. Too bad our movers never showed up. I would recommend screening the companies that offer moving services and make sure they are local. We ended up loading and unloading a 26' truck. Ridiculous!

sam L.I was shown a 10×10×10 open space unit. When I reviewed mine, there were two side by side w/divided wall unit(separately #) When I questioned the young lady she replied with " that's what they gave you" I'm not sure about everyone's opinion but I was under the impression that you get what you pay for. Had I nor had planed to move that day I would have canceled everything down to the truck rental that was another disaster.

Sante T.When I 1st got there To pick up my car hauler trailer The lady at the desk did not even acknowledge me while she played on her personal cell phone For at least 10 minutes before the gentleman came in who was the manager and he helped me....but then I left To go hook up my vehicle I noticed the tire had metal belts poking through So I had to stop what I was doing and go back to the location and they put a new tire on it for me.... Then I returned home to load up the vehicle once again And I noticed that the ramp's safety latches we're not there and we're broken off... So instead of putting other people's lives in danger on I75I had to use my straps to hold in the ramps from the slideouts.... I had mentioned it to the employees and all they said was oh well we'll have to fix that... I saved the company hundreds and thousands of dollars from not hurting somebody with the metal ramps coming out on the freeway... But they still charged me full price... And all I got was oh well I guess we'll have to fix that on Sunday when I returned the trailer..... They were too busy in the back room and on their phones.. Customer service was horrible.... And I've used this company probably a 100 times....

Sean B.I informed them my gas was not where the paper stated and they wouldn't revise it. They told me to go online and fix it myself but I couldn't figure out how to change it. I found a way to edit it but it said my order was already processed. I have to pay for gas I never had and did not use at 6 plus dollars a gallon.

Frederick G.There was only one gentleman being extremely overworked. Which of course lead to wait times of 1-2 hours. I had reserved a 10x15 unit and you gave me 10 x 10 and a 10x5. That made storinfmy lsegee items much more difficult. If I had wanted 2 units I would've reserved 2. Of course I couldn't request one unit because I checked in on line to speed up the process while I waited in line for 1 1/2 hours. I also had to come back to get locks because they were not inside my units. Which meant another wait while The employee checked in trucks. I'm not happy with how it went but that is through no fault of the employee. That man deserves some recognition!

You made a mistake on that end because it should've been stored in Ann arbor. It was being stored from the 7th of April til the 12th. Do not lie and say Ann arbor cannot store it because then where was it from the 7th to the 12th if not in Ann arbor. I will never use uhual again for anything this is atrocious service

I personally took a picture of the sign and it did not say that. I think that is false advertising and misleading I have used uhaul rental several times over the past 2 years and I don't think I will be using this company anymore or recommending your company to anyone.

How is it my fault you have no room in your dumpster also I asked the same employee if he knew where I could he was pretty rude and told me he had no idea. Absolutely unacceptable. After I don't need a storage unit anymore I'm heavily considering never using a U-Haul storage unit again after this experience I had to dispose of them off-site which caused me to go over my time with the U-Haul. Again very displeased!!

Offered to look for a different unit but I said if the doors were being repaired it was ok (move in more difficult because further from door but If they work (expected after repair) the location was good so I told her it was fine. Lower stars were due to no intercom answer and no sign indication that set of doors were not working.

But facility was dirty my storage room was extremely dirty dirt trash and tape all over the floor when I first opened it. On top of that they gave me a unit that was sealed and ready for a new renter once I opened it it was full of stuff had to go back up front and get a new one. My time was wasted. Bad organization, laziness, lack of cleaning. Plus the bathroom was locked in storage area! Pros... staff is friendly?

The staff was very slow and more focused on doing nothing! Also I didn't like the fact that a rat box was in my storage didn't feel that was appropriate they should be placed out in the facility! That should be readdressed at how those rat traps should be if there's a rat caught it's goo to die and then who's going to pay my cleaning bills due to the ODOR!!!!

I'm so very grateful to every member there. It's safe, secure, temp-controlled so I didn't have to worry about excessive temperatures. AND, during the move-out, I was given special attention to my situation. This is such a cool venue. I even witnessed a stressed out client that Calvin handled with respect and courtesy. I cannot say enough.
