Everything went well for over a year until this last month when I was checking out I still haven’t received my closing papers which was supposed to be emailed to me I don’t know if they closed it or not they was very rude .

Went to the uhaul location at 10 mile and groesbeck no one was there. All the doors were locked. When I called someone answered laughing put me on hold right away without saying anything. I waited almost 20 minutes before I hung up. Went to the one on Gratiot and frazho lawerence took care of me and was a pleasure to work with. It went smoothly from there

Web site did not work for making reservations. Phones did not answer at any location. The gentleman that check me in and hitched me up was excellent despite computer issues that hindered him from the main servers which other employees indicate is a constant problem. You have to give your employees the tools to succeed or they will lose motivation. I think you need to revise your customer and employee sites.

Staff was excellent. Too bad our movers never showed up. I would recommend screening the companies that offer moving services and make sure they are local. We ended up loading and unloading a 26' truck. Ridiculous!

Very nice man that helped me. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I am leaving a domestic violence situation and had to move fast. It was great having uhaul available.

1st reservation they did not have any vehicles available. They said in the notes i came after 9am, which is a lie, i was there at 830am. Only 1 counterperson for MANY customers over 45 minutes to try n get a vehicle ,only to be told they r out. Nice business approach!

I was shown a 10×10×10 open space unit. When I reviewed mine, there were two side by side w/divided wall unit(separately #) When I questioned the young lady she replied with " that's what they gave you" I'm not sure about everyone's opinion but I was under the impression that you get what you pay for. Had I nor had planed to move that day I would have canceled everything down to the truck rental that was another disaster.

I brought my truck in the representative says your all set will send you and email, 5 hours go by no email. Call the store and the truck was never checked in still never got the emails

When I 1st got there To pick up my car hauler trailer The lady at the desk did not even acknowledge me while she played on her personal cell phone For at least 10 minutes before the gentleman came in who was the manager and he helped me....but then I left To go hook up my vehicle I noticed the tire had metal belts poking through So I had to stop what I was doing and go back to the location and they put a new tire on it for me.... Then I returned home to load up the vehicle once again And I noticed that the ramp's safety latches we're not there and we're broken off... So instead of putting other people's lives in danger on I75I had to use my straps to hold in the ramps from the slideouts.... I had mentioned it to the employees and all they said was oh well we'll have to fix that... I saved the company hundreds and thousands of dollars from not hurting somebody with the metal ramps coming out on the freeway... But they still charged me full price... And all I got was oh well I guess we'll have to fix that on Sunday when I returned the trailer..... They were too busy in the back room and on their phones.. Customer service was horrible.... And I've used this company probably a 100 times....

Never rent out equipment that's not cleaned as well as how can u charge customer for collision damage when the equipment you rent out has major collision damage

Customer service is slow. No sense of urgency. Way to hot in there also. After hours drop off is sketchy. Multiple People just hanging around yelling and upset about various things

Service was good but pick up truck smells and needs to shampoo seats and wash floors. Maybe even details tha inside of all vehicles after each rental at least once a week.

I informed them my gas was not where the paper stated and they wouldn't revise it. They told me to go online and fix it myself but I couldn't figure out how to change it. I found a way to edit it but it said my order was already processed. I have to pay for gas I never had and did not use at 6 plus dollars a gallon.

Turn-in was a problem due system being down. Which was continued referral to website which took almost 30 minutes to clarify assistance or received help with turn-in.

I just dropped off the truck there. The Gentleman was very helpful. He was very busy but greeted me right away.

I did have a significant problem trying to schedule the delivery of my box, with a phone wait of 38 minutes followed by a disconnect. When I called the next morning I was able to get through immediately and complete my request. Overall very good service, delivery windows, etc.

Make scan & go easier. I still had to stand in line to get the key to the truck. It was pointless for me to use mobile option & didn't save any time.

Great location, however, the rented truck should have never been running in the fleet. Damaged driver that never closed fully and I got rained on while driving. The box leaked on the passenger side and wet some of my property.

The service is so ridiculously slow.. you see 3 or 4 workers coming in standing around and only one working each time I went there the same thing No one is friendly or smiling its just bad service

A little casual in explaining the truck details and mechanics. These trucks are relatively self explanatory but a basic overview of the mirrors etc would be helpful. Overall a B and I would use them again

There was only one person working the store, he stated they had many call outs. It made the process extremely slow and it wasted over a half hour of my time waiting for my reservation for a truck. I didn't receive my truck due to it being so slow until a half hour after my time.

There was only one gentleman being extremely overworked. Which of course lead to wait times of 1-2 hours. I had reserved a 10x15 unit and you gave me 10 x 10 and a 10x5. That made storinfmy lsegee items much more difficult. If I had wanted 2 units I would've reserved 2. Of course I couldn't request one unit because I checked in on line to speed up the process while I waited in line for 1 1/2 hours. I also had to come back to get locks because they were not inside my units. Which meant another wait while The employee checked in trucks. I'm not happy with how it went but that is through no fault of the employee. That man deserves some recognition!

Have more Staff available on the weekend.I made an online reservation to pick up a truck .But I still had to come in and wait 20 minutes just to get my keys .That put me behind my Schedule.

I returned my truck on time, in fact early.. they didn't check it in for days?? I was concerned I'd get charged extra, thankfully I did not. I called and spoke to employees 6 times all of said they would do it asap. It finally got dime but 2 days later isn't okay

Rude customer service, condensing, arrogant man. Online order stated that my truck was in the front of the store, walked around twice. Went into the store there was a rude, condensing, arrogant man. I originally rented for 6 hours totalling $68.00, returned it with only driving 16 miles within 3 hours and I only saved $4????

Improve your online ordering experience so it doesn't go to another location when you want it to be stored in Ann arbor. You made a mistake on that end because it should've been stored in Ann arbor. It was being stored from the 7th of April til the 12th. Do not lie and say Ann arbor cannot store it because then where was it from the 7th to the 12th if not in Ann arbor. I will never use uhual again for anything this is atrocious service

I have never had a rate increase at a storage unit. I have two one in Florida One in Oklahoma for over six years. You raised rates after one month.

There is a sign in the store that said get 1 month rental free if you rent a truck or trailer. When I asked the manager about it he said it was for a one way rental. I personally took a picture of the sign and it did not say that. I think that is false advertising and misleading I have used uhaul rental several times over the past 2 years and I don't think I will be using this company anymore or recommending your company to anyone.

This storage facility seems to have problems with the overhead doors. I have problems beckoned January when I 1st Purchased my storage unit. They still seem to be having problems with the same doors.

Calvin the manager was nice and showed me the security proccess. Inside loading and unloading was hampered by inoperative (3) garage doors especially on Jan 19 on myove out. All 3 garage doors were inoperative.

The dumpster was full, an employee was VERY rude to me as I'm lugging my sectional couches If I'm paying rent and it includes dumpster access. How is it my fault you have no room in your dumpster also I asked the same employee if he knew where I could he was pretty rude and told me he had no idea. Absolutely unacceptable. After I don't need a storage unit anymore I'm heavily considering never using a U-Haul storage unit again after this experience I had to dispose of them off-site which caused me to go over my time with the U-Haul. Again very displeased!!

I stored my belongings there while i was in transition of buying a new home. My items where the for ONE MONTH and when i came to retrieve them, my belongings were covered with all sizes of roaches.

No other experience to compare to. Door near my unit not working and no sign. Nobody answered intercom so had to go i the office. Office staff extremely helpful and nice. Offered to look for a different unit but I said if the doors were being repaired it was ok (move in more difficult because further from door but If they work (expected after repair) the location was good so I told her it was fine. Lower stars were due to no intercom answer and no sign indication that set of doors were not working.

The uhual was clean and nice. The only thing is the bathroom in the storage unit should be unlock for the customers. Other than that I will use them again. Oh and the staff is wonderful.

Great interaction with the manager/owner. He was awesome! But facility was dirty my storage room was extremely dirty dirt trash and tape all over the floor when I first opened it. On top of that they gave me a unit that was sealed and ready for a new renter once I opened it it was full of stuff had to go back up front and get a new one. My time was wasted. Bad organization, laziness, lack of cleaning. Plus the bathroom was locked in storage area! Pros... staff is friendly?

False advertisement online listing units that are available, but when you go to into the store and inform the employee about renting the unit that you reserved online and then your told that unit is not available and they only have 10-5x5’s units available🤷🏽‍♀️

The Staff weren't very friendly neither eager to help, I was made to wait to be called to the register, but there was no other customers in office. The staff was very slow and more focused on doing nothing! Also I didn't like the fact that a rat box was in my storage didn't feel that was appropriate they should be placed out in the facility! That should be readdressed at how those rat traps should be if there's a rat caught it's goo to die and then who's going to pay my cleaning bills due to the ODOR!!!!

Calvin and team were the bright spot in a series of misfortunes for me! At first glance I took a chance on this location moving from across the state. I'm so very grateful to every member there. It's safe, secure, temp-controlled so I didn't have to worry about excessive temperatures. AND, during the move-out, I was given special attention to my situation. This is such a cool venue. I even witnessed a stressed out client that Calvin handled with respect and courtesy. I cannot say enough.
