Had a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone almost every time I called. Staff was friendly except for one guy can't remember his name but it started with a J. He needs not to work with the public, very rude!

Robert R.Sara Bundy was very unprofessional. At first she tried to refuse accepting the truck, even when we showed her the computerized contract from Uhaul that clearly stated the drop off address. She said she could not fit the truck on her lot and tried to get us to drive it over 40 minutes out of the way. After we refused, she insisted we would get a charge for drop off at wrong location, even though we were at the correct address. It was not until we took photographic evidence of the odometer, gas gauge, license plate and building showing the address, that she seemed to relent. She was very insistent that she was not taking the truck and said it wasn't her problem.

LUANNE C.The gentleman who checked us in referred to the town we were moving to a shithole. You rented us a truck that was on empty but told us it had an eight of a tank of gas. The 30 dollar credit didn't cover the amount of gas we left the truck with as we thought it would be irresponsible to return it on empty also. The check engine light was on We inquired online with a chat representative about extending the return time a few hours because of the issues. She was rude and unprofessional and couldn't spell common words correctly, a bad look for a chat representative. She was of no help. Her name was Anitra or something of the like.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. If I am ever there and in need of something I will always stop there first.

Michael K.We had originally reserved the ubox online and had the option of loading on-site at a location in Kingston, MA. I received a distressing call a day or two later (and only a few days before move) informing me that I could not load the ubox at the Kingston, MA location and that I would have to drive an hour to get to the next location available. It was extremely stressful because I wound up paying about $300 more than I had planned & budgeted for in order to arrange for the ubox to be delivered to a family member's driveway (we were coming from an apartment that did not have a space for it.) Please remove that Kingston, MA location from the website as apparently it's some sort of car wash and not really a loading location. I asked for a manager to reach out to me but no one ever did. I also still haven't received one invoice with all of my ubox charges on it, just some random receipts here and there but not one nice easy to read invoice. Not looking forward to reviewing my bank statement as I think I was charged an extra storage fee when it was advertised that storage for 30 days was included and that's all we stored for. Technically less. Some of my items were damaged upon arrival but nothing dire. Overall I'm very disappointed.

George H.I was told I did not have to look at photos to approve but as I find out it is required. I find the off hours check out hard to do. I would like a receipt sent to my email so that I can print out. There was accident damage to the vehicle from a prior renter. The truck wheels were unbalance. I did not have to drive far so it was fine. But if someone was taking it a distance it may of been a problem. the inside windows were very dirty as were the seats. Your staff is nice though very welcoming.

Jason molock was very aggressive and cussed on the phone. He said he lives there and is always there…. He may live there but not there for business clearly. They completely lost all my information and I could not get to my unit, he did not attempt to apologize. He blamed it on the system they use, we spent 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. Will definitely not be recommending this business.

Also when I was trying to cancel my storage I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the store itself even though it was 2 hours before closing, I called multiple times as well as my mom, I was always transferred to someone in customer service. I don't know why I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone at that location. Other than that it was good.

Mark K. | Online Move InAfter being a storage unit renter for over 2 years, using auto pay on my credit card, and a frequent renter of trucks by me and my son who own a business that requires truck rentals i checked out of my unit on the 29th of April, 2 days before the first. The employee gave me a receipt, showing no charge due for May. I advised him I was on auto pay and was worried that it might be taken out. He said no. Well, auto pay took the $170 for May. I called the local Uhaul number, talked to same employee, he said he was sorry but he couldn't do anything about it, and the manager was not available. I called the 1-800 number, and they said the local manager would call me within 72 hours. He did call, gave me the run around, said it had been more than 24 hours, so he couldn't do anything about it, and wouldn't do anything about it. I asked him if the unit was going to be rented now that it was empty, and he told me because it was no longer rented by me, it was available for rent. Wow. By the way, it took me 2 months to rent that unit in the first place, the larger units are always in demand. So I called back the 1-800 number, and was advised it was up to the local manager what would be done, and that was policy. I told them I wished to register a complaint about it, they advised me they would do so, and the local manager would respond to it within 72 hours. So far I have not received that phone call, which is just as well, it probably would not go well. I will NEVER use Uhaul again for anything, and will advise anyone who asks how poorly I was treated and how I was ripped off for $170 by Uhaul. Thank you for the opportunity to leave feedbakck.
