I have been renting a uhaul pickup once a week for the last 5 months for work purposes and I have never been charged a hold or pre authorization I was not able to complete the purchase I initially rented the truck for because of the hold on my card. A complete waste of my time which could've been avoided had the clerk informed me of the hold policy ..AFTER OVER 3 YEARS OF USING YOU SERVICE I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN.

OLUTOYIN A.I had a reservation to pick up a trailer and empty my ubox. I checked on and paid online and it still took me half an hour just to get the trailer portion completed. After that, I waited for nearly 45 min for my ubox to be brought out. When it came out, the latch that my locked padlock was attached to was hanging from the box no longer securing anything. The person helping me was polite, but this took an exceptional amount of time. Keep in mind, for the 2 hours I was there I only saw 2 other customers so it's not as if they were very busy during this time. I'm still not sure my ubox is closed out in the system since I'm moved out of it. The girl said she would do it, but it was still on my rental dashboard. I put in a message to the manager asking to make sure it was closed out, but have also not heard anything. I'm so glad I won't have to ever go back to that uhaul location and I really hope everything is closed out and I don't get charged again for January.

PATRICIA G.Truck had issues. Tire pressure monitor was on the entire 1340 miles. The suspension was shot. Ended up breaking some valuable items due to the very rough ride. I didn't expect it to ride like a Cadillac, but the was ridiculous. I was going to contact U-Haul and demand compensation for the damage to my furniture, but so upset that I didn't want to deal with it any more.

Alex B.I'm extremely glad this process is over with Uhaul. The entire reservation from beginning middle and end have been the WORSE experience I've ever dealt with. Uhaul really needs to train, have individuals who know the process no matter how many phone calls we as customers have to make not one person could tell me the same information. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I'm relieved that I actually got my things considering the miscommunication from multiple staff members. I did all the work I had so much stress and anxiety and I would NOT recommend Uhaul. Thank you again for the chaos you created throughout my process.
