Over all the customer service was great and helpful in explaing the setup and use of the car dolly.

PATTIE WThey changed my reservation twice, and promised a free truck upgrade with extra miles that we never received. When we arrived to pick up our U-Haul the larger truck they promised wasn't available. They made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.
Susan CI stood in line for 15 min and no one said a word to me. There were two workers. One helping another person and the other ignored me. He could have at least said hello and that she will be with me on a few. I ended up doing it online while waiting .

One of the final steps required waiting for confirmation - it would be helpful if some sort of time estimate could be provided and that there be an acknowledgement that my request was being processed. As a user, one is never quite certain if my request has been lost and is not being acted upon.

RICHARD NWill never use this joint again. Didn't have entire order on the truck, then charged me for the rental and then missing when I came back. Couldn't get manager on the phone to get my money back so had to drive back in to find out that they would refund most of my money. Drove 51 miles total and put gas in the truck to where needle but they say needle was more towards full. Terrible service and 0 stars!!

mark sThe truck had a leak that I noticed right before I dropped it off. We had almost everything out when a small rainstorm came through. It wasn't a lot of water, so nothing was damaged, but there was a puddle in the back of the truck. I let the associate know about it so it could be looked at before the next person rented it, and he said most of the trucks have leaks and they just mop it up before they rent them out again. I'm glad I had most of my stuff out before the storm hit because I had musical equipment in there from the early 1900's that is irreplaceable. I doubt anything will be done, but it would be nice for tour customer's peace of mind. Other than that the whole experience was great. The associates at the store were kind and helpful. The pickup and drop off were so easy. I've rented from Uhaul before, and will do again.

Christopher AI was asked about a Dolly missing in the truck that I rented. It was never in the truck to begin with. So now I'm paranoid that I will receive a random back charge. I specifically said no dolly needed when reserving the truck and hopefully cameras show that there never was one in there. Besides that, everything went well.
Jonathan RAll good with the entire experience. Provide staff member at phone in the facility to answer phone calls during busy season. I understand labor shortage, so this may not be achievable.

When returned the Van I had just added fuel with receipt in hand was told I was 3 gallons short, also was charged for 100 miles (@ 99 cents per) when a I actually drove 84.

Staff are not quick, nor really knowledgable. Takes forever to look into things. They do not give prorated rent back if you move out shortly after month end, but they do start process of renting it back out on your dime. Renting a trailor was straight forward. Better ordeal.

My problem is she restricted my entry into my unit until her staff of THREE came out to take the second lock off. Only to find a 3 ft square of wood shavings that got wet were leaking. I never signed a contract giving you permission to lock me out of my storage unit. Under any circumstances. Period. So here we are now, in fact ill be scorned from my attorney if she finds out I am taking to you about this pressing issue.

paul m | Premières impressionsI usually paid for my storage unit in person, or over the phone, either way any time I called or went in directly, the staff was always professional and polite, for example I bought a house, and my husband went over to our unit to remove what was left there, however I could not find the card to access getting in, I called & the staff was very quick to help my husband when he was there, the staff promptly took care of what he needed, which was helpful because several of our friends were helping to remove everything from that storage. I can only wish that other companies and retail stores had staff's as amazing as u-haul, if I need storage in the future, it will only be u-haul. Thank you for the superb help in anything I may have asked or purchased, to make my experience every time I called or went to u-haul in person. I would recommend any of my friends or family to use u-haul, there are a lot of storage places, however if you want everything to go as easy as possible, U-haul is the perfect place to handle your storage needs, and their staff is nothing less than courteous and professional. Hamed I | Expérience généraleI put my experience as average because it wasn't excellent but it got the job done. I scheduled this storage unit over the phone on May 9 and confirmed with Christina one week before loading in. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were told our space was not available and had been "given away" prior to our arrival. I felt startled and upset, as hours before U-Haul trucking called me to ask if I could move my moving day to later in the week as they did not have my requested truck (made and confirmed same days as storage unit) to then called me back 10 minutes later to say they would have my vehicle. This call woke me before my alarm and concerned me, but as the job got done, we met our mover helpers and put everything in the vehicle. We drove from an hour away to use this storage unit for one to two months. After 5-10 minutes of the worker being in the phone with a superior, I was told I could be given a size up from what I ordered originally, if I was willing to pay more money (after a 20 % discount) than I was originally quoted and confirmed for the week before with Christina. I asked to speak to that superior when they arrived, which was explained as 15 minutes away. We got the storage unit assignment and were taken to the unit. A superior met us out there to reiterate the offer of 20 % off with the price hike as well as that our original storage unit would have been more expensive than I was quoted. When I asked about my original price, they said "prices go up $5 once a year so prices are higher than you were quoted." This concerned me as I was so recently quoted the 149,95 and left me feeling confused and questioning if I was being taken advantage of. It wasn't until we had to reiterate that we had scheduled and confirmed the space and wanted the same charge we were quoted for and that the only reason we went to another unit was because of their mistake that we were guaranteed our originally quoted price. My preference would be that this sort of situation does not happen to anyone else by more clearly communicating what unit will be taken up by whichever reservations are made in real time. I would have rather not had the experience I had, which was not good, and definitely not excellent. I would rather have an excellent experience and know that this experience could have been avoided but was not due to disorganization, poor communication, or flawed company policy. Sophie G | Premières impressionsRats from this storage area ate my Fulton sofas x 2 and other materials in my storage- I didn't have rats in my belongings before just in case anyone wants to know - I even found a died one on the floor in the storage area. I lost a lot of my storage and had to throw it out because of the infestation. Staff did not disclose that mice/ rats was even a risk at that facility.
