Christina is very rude and demeaning. Her tone when speaking with people who do not look like her is very degrading. I watched how she spoke nasty towards an elder African American, a Chinese American, and myself and figured she was just mean spirited until I saw the care and politeness she offered to an elder white couple and a younger white male. Christina was rude from day 1 checking out the vehicle, to day 2 return of the vehicle. I will not rent from this location ever again, I actually received more help with Penske so I will be referring everyone I know to Penske. Such a shame!Bria A.

Andrew is bad for business, he is highly unprofessional and unaware of what is going on. When I walked in he was sitting at the desk with his cell phone and his eyes glued to the screen. He didn't even bother to look up to see who had just entered the store nor did he bother to put his phone down while checking me in. He was loudly listening to a podcast which consisted of several curse words, it was a conversation about Kanye West in particular. While I was taking pictures of my ID and had finished he was so distracted by his phone he didn't even know I was done I had to tell him I was done. There was a mix up with traffic scheduling the day before and he informed me that the in town arrangement I made with traffic would no longer be necessary because they had a one way, as I requested for my oeiginal reservation. But he then informed me that it would be $200 additional to honor my existing reservation. I knew for fact this was wrong and he stated there was nothing he could do as he stood clueless with his phone in his hand. I stepped outside and called the traffic off and the lovely Emily who had been assisting me all along told me Andrew need to keep the price as per my original contract via the system. When I returned into the store Andrew was helping someone else and the amazing hard working Christina stepped in to assist. I told her the situation and she instantly knew what my problem was and was able to fix it immediately no problem at all. She even proceeded to tell Andrew how to keep the original price and this fool actually said "yeah I know", while listening to his podcast loudly as Christina checked me out. I was embarrassed for him because he is a serious joke. I arrived 30 min early for my reservation as I was on a time crunch and this whole ordeal made me late picking up the truck and getting to my destination, all due his lack of care. He was so distracted listening to his phone and being on his phone my entire customer experience he messed up my reservation. People like Christina don't deserve to work with lazy unprofessional people such as Andrew, it's unfair to the customers and his colleagues. Andrew need to be fired like Kanye.Aerian R.

I went outside to attempt to find the truck had no idea what code and number they was talking about had no idea where to even look. First time booking a reservation at that specific location and the staff didn't want to come outside to help me locate the truck. The worst loadshare experience ever!!!! 1st off I had to pay cash which was almost $700 with $100 deposit that I was told my a manager I would get back in cash once in Virginia then on the phone with loadshare rep texting me no I will have to wait 3-5 biz days. Then arriving at pick up in Asheville nc trailer was not at store but the warehouse different location causing me to drive farther back n forth to wrong address and I had to find it myself and hook it up sadly I grabbed the wrong one then had to take it back again then got the right one. Then the destination in Maryland cost me more fuel than the $250 pay I feel like it was a losing situation for me it cost me more than what they paid and I feel I should be reimbursed for my inconvenience of their giving me the wrong address and unnecessary run around I would like my fuel cost reimbursed or I will spread the word on how horrible loadshare did me I am very upset and when I texted my issue to your rep he totally ignored me I will be reaching out to corporate, vice President & President all the way to the top!!!! The internet is out defense against scams like this and I will expose you. I finally got my $250 in fuel cost which it cost me an additional $150 for the run around you caused me with the wrong address. Then just yesterday I called the Virginia u haul drop off location and then they tell me I can come get my $100 deposit back in which I was lied to saying I couldn't so I could've gotten it back the Sunday on return but again was inconvenienced by your staff then had to drive there burning additional gas in my own car and I am very disappointed in the unprofessional treatment I received and it has to be addressed ignoring my issue is going to get worse for you.Kelvin H.

Attendant was too busy chatting with a customer that had already been helped and basically said just leave the truck and went back to talk to the other customer. I was charged $80 for not filing blankets. They tell you there is a charge in the contract. But they don't tell you how much. $80 to fold blankets?!? They have to clean them and fold them a certain way to wrap them in plastic for the next customers I'm sure I wouldn't have folded them the correct way. Ridiculous. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have my 20' truck available. Caused a HUGE scene, lied and told me the manager wasn't in when she was clearly right there. The woman at the front desk was AWFUL! She wouldn't even look at me when speaking. I stepped away to call 877-673-3704 to find out what the hell was going on. The person on the phone had to tell the associate where my vehicle was located on the lot. No apology, NOTHING. The truck was disgusting in the cab, dirty everything, even ashes in the ashtray!!!! I see that you also charged me another day, my original reservation was to drop the truck in the overnight of October 5th. I was told there was no issue and there shouldn't have been an extra charge. NO ONE that I spoke with throughout the entire experience was truthful, did their job correctly, handled issues correctly and I see you also charged me. By the time I was done unloading the vehicle, it was late, and I was at the mercy of my movers to drop me off, so there was no time to put another quarter tank of gas in to bring it up to the 3/4 mark. All in all, I will NEVER use Uhaul again. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from start to finish. And you had zero solution for the problems you created. There should have been no extra day charge, it's on whomever took my original reservation, that's not how it was quoted to me or explained. You need staff that actually give a shit about their jobs. When I arrived, I had to take a photo of myself and the front and back of my license. After 12 attempts was finally able to do so. My phone kept timing out. The time needs to be longer. Some phones are slower. It put me an hour behind. This needs to be addressed. I also was told only 4 gallons of gas was needed to bring the fuel up to where it was to start with when I checked the truck back in. I discovered on the final bill I was charged for 9 gallons -5 gallons more. $20+ extra dollars shouldn't have been charged to my card.donna C.

As important the truck needed service in my driveway to start the battery. The previous day ,I rented a 26 footer. The male attendant on duty â€˜Aaron Borders' had a real nasty attitude and was hostile to the point he called me a BITCH three times during an exchange when I asked the price of bubble wrap. I moved at night and the cargo dome light didn't work. It made life very difficult. Also, the site was unclear and I was under the impression I'd have 24 hour access to my storage unit and that was not the case. Very disappointed by this as I was still loading things into the unit when I was locked out. The truck share return process was confusing as well, the website had a photo of an orange key return box so after 15 minutes of looking for an orange box I saw the hole in the door. Also the one working light in front of the store kept flickering. I had hoped to have an easy move but the biggest issues were with loading into the unit. The doors are also bent and I had to pry the door open and it slammed into my foot and, in doing so, cut my toe. The whole process is very convoluted.Michael B. | Online Move In

Most disappointed that with a truck rental, I was only offered one-month's free storage for a 5 x 5 unit. My rental office in Springfield, IL said that I could expect a free rental for any size unit. I called the Snellville location on 1/10 and talked with an agent at a remote location. I reserved a 10 x 10 unit. We tried calling multiple times over two days, waited for 10-15 minutes each time and never got an answer. We finally reserved our unit online. Instead of a 10x10 that I reserved I was given two separate 5x5 that a matter was doesn't fit in. When I tried to handle the situation the employee went and helped other customers and never returned to help us solve the issue. We were given two 5X5 spaces as there were no 10x10's available when we turned in our truck. We were told we could consolidate both units into one and at that time would only pay for one unit the following month. However when we informed the employee we wanted to pay for the following month for the one unit we were told by the employee and his manager that we could not do that and would have to either move to another unit or pay for both. We were given two different prices and No One, including the manager even bothered to apologize for the misinformation their employee gave to us. My reservation couldn't be found on the computer until I showed the reservation I had on my phone. The young man was truly helpful but as I heard him talking to his manager to help him with working the system the manager was rude. When he asked if I can get the free month she adamantly said no and I still had to pay extra for the additional storage. With all the aggravation the least the manager for this location could have done was work with us better to help instead of sounding irritated with her employee for contacting her and not honoring the first month free promotion online. I wasn't able to physically be at the storage unit the 1st week I purchased it. And employee told me that they would lock the unit and have the key at the front office when. I came in to get the key to load up the storage unit and waiting in line for an hour. Once I got to speak to an employee, they told me that they couldn't get the key that was supposed to be at the front desk for me, I had to wait for the other employee, who was currently practicing horrible social distancing skills by using customers cell phone to get information about booking a storage unit. Instead of just giving me the key, they told me that I'd have to wait longer than the hour that I already waiting, for a key I already paid for, that was supposed to just be at the front office. I left. I had other pressing matters to handle on top of dropping off all my clothes to the storage unit I already paid for. This has completely altered my moving processes.
