I picked up the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank of gas and returned it with 3/4 of a tank ,I put almost 12 dollars in gas in it and was charged an additional $9 for fuel. This is basically stealing from your customers.

The older white male who was helping me at first gave off a feeling of contempt and condescension. He said my card was denied, he asked my zip code twice. He said my card was declined. I called the bank, they said I need to use my zip code not 44717. He went away never to be seen again. Another guy helped me, I think his name was Drake, he was awesome. Took 5 minutes to set me up and get me going after waiting 30 minutes for Mr. ask my zip code twice, then not get close to what I told him and disappear to "the restroom or team meeting " as I was told the 2 times I asked. The lady that helped me on return was good too. So Drake and her bring yall up to average. Merci.

Scheduled a mobile pickup for 7am. Showed up at 7am and there wasn't a pickup option on the app. I called customer service and was told no one setup the truck and to go back at 9am when they open…..showed up at 9 am, stood in line for over 20 minutes, finally get to the front desk only to be told they “accidentally” gave out our Pre scheduled truck to someone else. We had scheduled this rental a week in advance. The supervisor said we could use a different truck that was for someone to use the next day, but we had to return it same day. He definitely seems more worried about this other customer than us who had just been screwed over…..returned the truck later that evening. We dropped the key in the nightly key return box and left. The next morning, we received a call from supervisor questioning us about the key we had already returned. He was demeaning and accused us of being dishonest. We reiterated numerous times that we had left the key in the box. The supervisor (I believe his name is Abe) in a threatening tone stated if he couldn't find the key, he would call us back. We never received a call back….I guess they found the key. We will NEVER use U-Haul again nor will we recommend U-Haul to anyone due to this entire experience.

My time needed for the rental needed to be extended they was very helpful when I needed to do so. Yet when I returned the truck I did leave my garage door opener in the truck, tried to call up to the building to see if they found it. Could not get no one to answer the phone, ended up going up to the location. They garage door opener was not found. I feel like if they cleaned up the trucks it would had been found, I even explained to them where it was. They said they would call me if it was located, still have not received a call.

We notified the staff at the drop off location about the tires and the leaks. They said the trucks are not guaranteed not to leak there was nothing they could do about that.

The trailer provided had an issue when I stopped to check on the load. The back door rolled up so fast, I could not get it out. I had to wait for a man to come help me get it down, Other than that, It was great.

Need more people there with customers as their primary function. One poor young lady was trying to handle a hard call and no one else around. You all have great equipment and at a fair price. You just forget that the customer is always first because that is how you stay in business!

Poorly organized- not all equipment available had orders that should have been with truck. Fleet mechanic is obviously not involved & they are not inspecting trucks for safety overall. Batteries that do not work when people enroute on roads- head lamps/blinkers not working. Fuel tanks leaking. Have used this company numerous times over past 20years & will not chance it again. Needs on point management who has attention to details & safety for everyone involve.

Need to look at the gas gauge because I put $20 in it when I got to Amarillo and when I left my hometown I put $20 in and it picked it up above a half a tank to where it was when I picked it up so when I got here and put the $20 and it didn't even get it up there so I put 10 more dollars in before dropping it off so I believe I put more gas into it then what should've been put it in

Customer service at this location was terrible. Would not recommend this location. I interacted with two different people and both acted like they did not want to be there. Would not look me in the eye, both were short when I asked questions.

This is the worst U-Haul I have ever encountered. It took 40 minutes for me to get the truck key. They left a spare tire on my vehicle so it looks like my vehicle needed maintenance the whole time I had it which I was not able to use it and Ithey think they should give me my money back. They were rude one of the girls got up and slam the door when I didn't agree with what she had to say. The manager tried but he has much to be desired and management skills. This is the worst run business the worst equipment the worst everything I have ever encountered and I myself am a business owner this is the most ridiculous place I have ever had to do business with in my life and I will never do business here again and I will tell everybody that I can not to do business with this company or with this branch. I don't even know how they can call herself a decent business. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to everybody that I can. All I have to say is do not use this company and especially this branch. Les deux

I was bounced around both by online reservations and at the locations....I had to pick up a truck at another location and get my storage unit at another location while the reservations on line gave me another location...wasting my time and cost me hundreds of dollars for your computer and reservation system which the attendants do not know how to use

8 had an amazing experience. Upon arriving we found the unit that customer service assigned us to be to too small so I went to talk to Daniel and he had no problem upgrading us to a bigger unit.

Our stuff was stolen from our camper, the person there took pictures and said they would look at the cameras. When I checked back a couple of months later they forgot to even record the incident or check the cameras. The manager seemed to have covered the fact that it wasn't taken care of by saying "they never check cameras for stolen incidents"

They only had one size unit available which was still too small I called their other location they had even a smaller unit only available then right at the last minute as I was in the parking lot they informed me at the location I was at that they were able to get me a slightly bigger unit that one had just become available instead of letting me drive off they took the time and consideration I greatly appreciate it I would highly recommend U-Haul for storage and moving it was an interesting experience for the fact that the employees actually cared about someone even like me to walk in and still find me a better unit and not giving up in doing so that is an act of service you do not see too often anymore to go a little above and beyond goes a long way thank you don't stop hiring employees like that and continue your services as is

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. Moving into my unit should've been super easy because I had a reservation, but when I got there you didn't have a unit available in the size I reserved and your employees tried to railroad me into paying more for a bigger unit when I didn't need more storage space. If someone makes a reservation you should always be prepared to honor that reservation, or at least honor that price, without customers having to argue with 3 different employees.

The first guy that helped me reserved everything but told me that the first month wouldn't be free and that that has never been a "thing" then told me that I could turn in the truck late after hours. Then came back in and another employee told me the exact opposite. It would be great to have all workers on the same page with the company policies to reduce confusion. Other than that my experience with uhaul has always been good.

On u-boxes, you are great but vehicle storage is horrible. My Motorhome was vandalized and catalytic converter was stolen. It had only been in storage for 5 weeks. You refund my money for July storage. Then texts are sent to me about not paying and late charges. Received several of this texts from Dan Somers. It took multiple calls to straighten this out. Poor customer service.

After dealing with a number of uhaul "facilities@ this is the ONLY one that had any clue about anything. The two young men there were friendly, professional and very helpful. Ian and Jaden? They were great. Don't use another facility.

The door to our unit was broken & took several complaints from us before it was fixed. The staff were rude, hateful, & unhelpful on multiple occasions. Most of the time I felt like they were inconvenienced just by being there. I would not recommend this facility.

Most of staff very helpful. You have one guy who flippant and rude to customers in the store and on the phone. He also wasn't a team player. He tried to show his superiors over other workers. He refused to get the assistant manager. I know him when I see him. His attitude could cause the list of future customers.

I have never had a bad experience with Uhaul outside of every time I visit or use this location it takes so long for me to helped or get anything done. Staff are very helpful and kind, but facility is very understaffed. All I needed to do was check out of my unit and I waited 35 minutes just to hand in a lock and get a receipt. My need was less than 2 minutes long and I waited 35. This is not the first time I have waited here. Great place, but poorly staffed.

We had our camper burglarized and have a loss of over $3,000. UHaul failed to notify us that there was already a prior break in at their facility. The lot is not secure and should have razor wire installed.

Uhaul has served our community for many years.its hard work for your employee's to take the time to generate your paperwork on top getting what the customer needs. Purchases like boxes take way to long. I feel sorry for your underpaid employees.

The only complaint I have with U-Haul is in regards to the processing automatic draft payments and the $15 dollar processing fee associated with deactivated debit cards. In this modern electronic banking world in which we all live, fraudulent activity on one's debit/bank account is very common occurrence. Fraudulent activity almost always triggers one's debit card to be deactivated by the issuing banking institution and requires the holder of the debit card to contact every entity that has an automatic draft or auto pay associated. Rather than offer a courtesy call, email, etc. when a payment is declined by a debit card that has been deactivated due to fraudulent activity, U-Haul simply adds a $15 fee as if the account was overdrawn. The storage facility to which I moved to does not tack on ridiculous fees and offers a courtesy call when payment cannot be processed.

Had a vehicle in storage for months and turns out this location leaves the gate open all hours of the day and night and pays no attention to customer belongings. I decided to have the car shipped to me upon finding this out, the truck driver was able to enter the facility, work with a local tow driver, get to the back where my truck was, load it and drove off without so much as a gate code. Had also been trying to get in contact with the employees on location to help set up the shipping and for over a month all I could reach is corporate customer service because the location refused to answer or return any calls. I also ended up paying an extra month because of the same issue. Do not reccomend. Search elsewhere for a storage facility.

I had no choice but to move from Uhaul to another storage unit because my monthly payment went up. I got the same size unit for $40 less a month. The pricing is ridiculous.
