This location is very convenient, efficient and offers many moving supplies and storage options. The customer service was great and the staff was courteous when I had to extend my rental. I would highly recommend this location. I didn’t have time to research, but if they offer loyalty points, discounts to veterans or coupons, that would be great.

EDWARD LI am reaching out regarding my recent reservation, #77196541. Upon picking up my 10' truck, I noticed that the furniture dolly and furniture pads I had reserved and paid for were not included in the vehicle. I was charged in full for both items during the reservation process, yet they were missing at pickup. This was an inconvenience during my move, as I specifically included these items to protect and transport my belongings safely. I would like to request a refund for the missing equipment or an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience and unmet service. Please let me know what steps are needed on my end to move forward with this. It took over an hour out of my pickup time because the app was malfunctioning and not allowing me to pick up the truck then the equipment was missing, the truck kept pausing and hesitating while driving, putting my safety at risk on a highway, I brought it back at the exact mileage, took pictures but they attempted to overcharge $36 anyway which also prolonged the drop off process. It was a horrible experience for $850 worth.
Westiny HI experienced a series of unfortunate events with this company. They were an hour and half late, which prevented me from picking up a stove and refrigerator I needed. I had to get in contact with them and ask what was going on. Upon arrival, the owner Pierre was very professional, fast, and he got the job done. He's not the issue. His downfall is the workers who work for him. Im a single mother of 3 kids and entrusted them to move me safe and sound. My washing machine was broken and my mirror on my brand new bedroom set was as well. I called and told the owner, Pierre, that the repairman was charging me $250 to fix my washing machine because it was dropped. 1 suspension was broken, 2 fell out of the washing machine, and one was laying off to the side. The repairman said it was undeniable dropped. I called Pierre to get a resolve and he told me that he would have to get in contact with the mover who helped him. He hangs up and about 8 minutes later, his mover calls my phone and proceeds to talk to me like I'm the issue. I tell him that my washing machine was not broken and that the 2 suspensions was hidden inside the dryer and if i didnt open it up before they left, i would have never known. He then gets hostile, telling me they do this year round, and not owning up to his mistakes. He cusses me out, tells me he was helping my ass out, calls me b*****s and h**s. I go back and forth with him, hang up, call the owner who apologies and tells me that he wasn't supposed to do that. I tell the owner that I have no issue with him but very much so with his worker who dont need to call my phone ever again. After paying them, I was attacked because my washing machine was broken and after hearing my story and actually seeing what was going on the repairman was nice enough to only charge me $162. This whole ordeal was ridiculous and I hate that such a hardworking owner has lazy, incompetent workers. If i was told that my things was damaged in real time, before me looking over the property and asking questions, I would have known it was a honest mistake and not something that was trying to be hidden. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company at all. I have not received a call back from the owner, and I do plan on taking this to small claims court. I honestly believe if I was a man, or even white, his mover would have never called my phone and cursed me out like he did. Do not use this company.

I feel as if the people there were not as friendly and welcoming and they didn’t explain the terms of that particular facility well because they were so anxious to leave work like the doors were locked and they had shut the office down 30 minutes before closing, which don’t get me wrong I understand that there are closing procedures that need to be done but when you have 5 people outside waiting and they can physically see you walking around in the office don’t ignore them especially when it’s windy and 40 degrees out. I basically had to figure out where my unit was how to get into it how to leave. When I arrived I assumed I only had to have my access code but that was incorrect I needed a key card to be able to get in luckily they gave me one all while pushing me out the door so I was able to access my unit. But again overall very nice facility in terms of physical appearance.

As you walk thru the corridors, the overhead lighting follows you, turning on in front of you and turning off behind you... Very nice touch... I love this place... They're more expensive than other storage facilities, but you get what you pay for... I'll give this facility and the staff responsible for it 6 out of 5 stars...

When I accessed online reservations there was only one location that had a 26foot truck for the time we needed. We met Ms. Claudia Wilkins and her husband and they were instantly a blessing. We got our vehicle and storage in a very short time. She even had a ice machine for ice chips that my wife loves. They were not only concerned about us renting the equipment but personally as well. The facility was clean and well tended to. We connected with a brother and sister in our faith. We really can't say enough about your professional and personal care for your customers. If I have to use U-Haul again the Storage of South Bluff in Memphis will always be my first consideration. May God continue to bless you and your team.

After speaking with Rob over the phone from Georgia I informed him of my research & he appeared to be the friendly person that I had read about. When I arrived at the facility on December 22, 2021, I was helped by Rose. She was very professional and helpful with showing, answering questions, and taking care of the rental. She stated that Rob was taking care of another matter outside. When he walked in I got the chance to let him know that it was great putting a face with the voice. This place has a great team and even though my plans didn't work out, all went well during my check out on January 3, 2022. I met Claudia and made sure she knew about my experience. She was very helpful as well. She state that they are just like a family, and I totally agree. If, in the future, I need a storage space, this location will be my choice, Cheryl Elam Memphis, TN

My self and many others were very confused once we got to the elevator. Thankfully, I believe her brother was there and he politely explained that we must swipe upon entering and once we were done to ensure access. I share that knowledge with several guests as I was there loading/unloading on trips. The young lady didn't say a word about the use of the card.

Felisa S | Expérience généraleClaudia and her team did all they could to make my experience better, but the facility is just horrible. I reserved a 1st floor 10x20 climate controlled unit. When I arrived, all they had was one 10x9 unit on the 6th floor that was not climate controlled. The elevator was malfunctioning. At one point, I was trapped in the basement on the elevator. I had to use the stairs. The stairs are not locked, there is no camera on the 6th floor, and anyone can use the elevator to go down without a key card. Thus, anyone can walk in there and steal stuff (there are no secure roofs on any units) and take the elevators down. After I filed a complaint with Uhaul, Claudia suddenly had more units available and could help me more. When I came to the facility to close my units and move my stuff back out, she was no longer friendly. My complaint was not so much aimed at Claudia, but at Uhaul itself for allowing folks to reserve units and trucks that aren't available. Also, why did Uhaul allow that facility to open when it is clearly unfinished? I will never use Uhaul's services again!

Thankfully, the manager tried his best to assist. He even attempted to located another location and aided in extending my U-hual truck for the morning due to the inconvenience. This experience was horrible, I was over changed for the truck and still had to go to another storage center in which only one person was working thel line thus still making me late for the arrival time. want my money back and I want to spek with someone in corporate for an immediate refund.

Tish saw the trailer we were hauling and asked us if we were sure we had the right size storage unit. When she showed us what we had reserved we realized that it was way to small. No problem - Tish helped us to upgrade to one that was just the right size. She then quickly and efficiently showed us everything we needed to know about accessing the facility. We really appreciate how friendly and helpful she was!
