Danielle L. | Premières impressionsOverall we are pleased with our experience with this storage location. But there are a few things we would like to mention. 1, is the access to the unit. There was an "after hours access" box by the door. But it was never mentioned or offered to us about the ability to access our unit after hours. This would have been nice because we both work later in the evening/overnight and are asleep most of the operating hours. 2, is that the siren/alarms would constantly go off while we were attending to our unit. That was very annoying and very distracting.

I've rented about 5 in the recent months and that was the worst trailer I received . I think it was even smaller then the 6x12 that is advertised. The other traliers I got with the split doors had more room for sure . The location for pickup and drop off both great customer service !

Stephanie E.The trailer I rented had a violent bounce that occurred at any speed randomly, unloaded as well as loaded. Also, the wheel bearings/brakes felt as if they were locked up and I was dragging the dam thing. Very bad trailer. Will never rent again!
Bryan B.First of all, I didn't know if that employee was an employee because he was wearing a Pink Floyd sweater. He didn't tell me if he gave me my military discount or not and then when he gave me a trailer, the trailer had a big giant dent over the right fender I called around at night to report it because he never told me anything about it. He only took a picture of the hitch and that's all he did. I don't understand why he would give me a damaged trailer. Especially when I'm putting my scooter on the trailer it's a $9000 scooter that was very bad for him to do that and he never even brought up that the trailer was damaged and I'm sitting here going crazy because I don't need you guys thinking that I'm the one that did it that's wrong that you do that the customers

Adrian U.Spent several hours at this location due to issues with the computer system not allowing staff to assign trailers to u Boxes. Ordered two more boxes than I needed but was told that they'd take care of it. Ended up paying rent on those two boxes a month later. Was told that the manager would look into it and still had to call back to cancel rent on the two boxes a week later. We did get a refund, which we were grateful for, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Eskew W.Picked up a truck at 9 am only to get to my location and it's a lock on the truck. Called the place several times only to be put on hold and literally had to turn around go back to see the two girls sitting there doing nothing but putting customers on hold. They literally had to drill the lock off the truck (pic was taken) just for proof. Worst experience ever. They need to check the trucks coming in and going out and they would have noticed the lock prior to renting the truck. Wasted my time and money.

Every cent then the elevator been out of order I have to walk up three flight of stairs to get my stuff. I try to move but couldn't elevator was down so I have to wait I had three units all on the third floor. So when moving day came I had to buy eight dolly so I can move my stuff all the dolly was gone when I moved in there was about eight mattress dolly and eight flat carts now there only four total. So I'm not happy .

I returned, I told him twice the truck was defective, stopped at every red light and had electrical issues. He said 'yeah that sucks' and told me there wasn't much he could do. I also warned him not to rent it out again and he shrugged at me like he had no choice.

The list is kinda long to state here. Customer's are being really inconvenienced when your moving items normally on a time schedule and you get to the facility and the elevator is out or the access sign in is down. Yep this happened just Saturday and I believe the after hours sign in has been down for over a week.

Too many trips up down 23 stairs because of lack of access to storage unit elevator Paid way too much $$ for this I am still really steamed 48 hours later

We had to find a hotel in Cypress and spend the night only to go back to resolve the situation. Other customers came after hours to find the elevator not working and had to turn around as well… I understand that the elevator breaking down was nobody's fault but alternatives should have been offered.

I was trying to get help with my storage number using the intercom on the third floor because the storage that was giving to me had a lot on that I could get in, only to find out that I was given someone else storage. The worker came after seeming frustrated cause it was time for him to be off, he made the comment this would happen when it's time to get off as if it was my fault I was given someone else unit. So he found another unit only for that one to be for someone as well. Here I'm there with my help with my things unloaded awaiting for the worker to act and say nothing he can do but extent my truck rental, like I done unload my things in everything really. I ask for a bigger unit he said there was none I'm like well can I have two 5by5 cause I can't load this stuff back up and come back tomorrow I have help now and work tomorrow. Finally he was able to give me the two 5by5 but this was a big inconvenience and not good on y'all part. And plus the elevator was extremely slow. And my helper didn't expect to be that long nor myself. Crazy experience

One person seems to know a little bit but can not access the computer to give any information. The manager has not returned my calls. I get put on hold and never have my calls answered. I heard an alarm going off and ask an employee if they go and check on it and his reply was "why would I do that". There are only two of us here holding down the fort. He was walking out of the sliding door when I asked him. My unit was broken into and I can't get insurance paperwork from y'all. My lock was not cut. I was told that I had $10 000 in coverage and when I reported it I was told I have $1000 in coverage. No-one wants to give me any paperwork, because they can't access it. I calll every day to no avail.
