I didnt visit the Griffin Store but I had a pleasant experience. The only thing that rubbed me wrong was that everything wasn't clearly explained up front, and the payment systems threw my accounting off so I missed a few bills. In the future tell customers exactly how this works that transport insurance isnt included and that each payment comes out as it progresses. It should be a more streamline service. All employees should be completely educated on the process and be able to clearly break it down with ease.

ELIZABETH BMake sure each rental has a FULL tank of fuel. Who wants to start a stressful moving day with a stop at a gas station to get fuel for the trip they're going to take prior to loading? Each vehicle rental should start & end with a full tank of fuel.
