EDWARD P.Rented the truck for less than four hours and drove it 11,7 miles. I put in TWO gallons of fuel at the Cenex station NEXT DOOR to compensate for mileage (6 MPG!!), and was then charged an additional $22+ because the gas gauge reading was incorrect when I picked it up. The response from personnel when I inquired (in person) was it's my fault for not reading their initial text and responding: Too bad, but "Have a nice day!" Fool me once shame on you, fool my twice, shame on me. I won't be back nor will anyone that asks my advice about where to rent a truck (in Minot or anywhere else) LAME!

MARK M.I did not like the fact that the price advertised on line was not the price paid at pick up. The additional fees, and applicable taxes should be included in the price shown. Seems a little dishonest to me.
Todd H.I've been renting vehicles and trailers from you guys and this location and my experience this time around was not good at all. First and for most I given a van that was not inspected correctly. I got stuck multiple of times and had to call my brother to help me push it. I couldn't make it up my drive way and also got into a car accident due to the tires being worn out and no life to them. I have photos if you would like me to provide them to you. I highly recommend not renting it until tires are safe. I let the employees at your 1 20th Ave SE, Minot, ND 58701 know what happened and they could care less. Beyond worst experience I've had. I highly also recommend that you have them put ice melt at the drop off. I almost fell a few times so don't want anyone to get hurt. I hope this issue gets fixed and corrected.

TRAVIS H.The car transporter had a flat... I put my vehicle onto the trailer and noticed the tire was flat on the trailer in -33 degree weather and I had to unload the car and had to wait for them to fix the flat.
JUDY C.The digital check in was awful. I submitted pictures of the driver's license when I made the reservation and then had to add them again, which is horrible to try and do in the car. Then it had to approve me and I had to go in the store anyway to get the keys. Took way longer than to just go in and get the truck. Will not do again.
Thomas S.I do not do cell phone set up that you have. I tried to do internet check in, but it acted like my pc was a cell phone. I did call national customer support and they where only able to note time truck returned.
NOLAN B.Because it snows a lot in Minot and a lot of the times it's negative degrees, the lock to get the key was frozen. Took about 10 mins of blowing hot air on it to defrost it to get the letters in the lock to move. Then the lock mechanism itself was frozen. Another 5 mins to unlock it. I like the concept, but because of the weather it made it a negative experience

Esther R. | Premières impressions7/16th of a tank is oddly specific without a marking on the fuel gauge. Kinda seems like a scam. Make it half a tank so you don't have to overfill it to ensure you don't get scammed.

LENORA D.We were unable to pick up the 26' truck we had reservations for. We were told we could just drive 6 hours round trip to another location to pick up the truck we had reserved in Minot, ND. We were finally able to get a 15' truck in Minot, ND delaying our one way trip a day and a half. This 15' truck was too small, which is obviously why we reserved the 26', so we had to return to Minot, ND to also rent a trailer (2 hour round trip). Delaying our one way trip forced us to travel 18 hours overnight in order to arrive to our destination on time Sunday. Not to mention lost wages and more travel expenses. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. NO EXPLANATION OF THE DELAYS OR TRUCK UNAVAILABILITY WAS OFFERED. THERE WAS NO REMORSE OR EVEN UNDERSTANDING FOR WHAT THE DELAYS MEANT TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER.

BENNIE W.I was a little impatient during my drop off so tried following the directions to wait for someone, but after a few minutes I made my way to the service desk area and was promptly greeted by the manager. She was friendly and helpful and had conversation with me about the facility. If it wouldn't have been for the need to track so one down to proces my return I would definitely give 5 stars and an excellent rating.
John K.They block most of their entrances claiming they don't want people driving through their parking lot. They called me at 9am after I had spent the night unloading the uhaul setting up a bed, I did not get to sleep until around 5 am. The lady told me I was supposed to return the uhaul at 7am and they already reserved my truck for another customer. I informed them that I was not aware of having to return the truck so early, that I my reservation told me I had to return the truck that day with no set time. I told her that I still had 3 pieces of large furniture on the truck and I was waiting for a friend to help me get in the house, that I didn't want to force my wife to carry them inside with me. I also informed her that I only had 4 hours of sleep and I did not have a lot of sleep from the previous days, I should not drive right now. She said it does not matter I need to get furniture off and return the truck as soon as I can. I tried to find someone who would help me so early in the morning, after an hour or two my wife and I got the large furniture off the uhaul and went to the gas station to return it. After fueling up and starting the truck, not noticing the wheel was still turned towards to pump area, the truck jumped forward quickly when given a little gas. Before the wheel could be straightened out the truck easily slid onto a cement barrier and raised the driver rear tires off the ground slightly. There was so resistance from the side panel due to previous damage. It happened so quick it was hard to believe. The return location forced me to pay $350 despite having safe move plus insurance coverage. They said it does not cover "reckless driving" and that this was not an accident, as if I wanted to do it. I told them the insurance covers scraping the top off the uhaul at a gas station and asked them why it would not cover my accident caused by them forcing me to drive while low on sleep and exhausted from the move. They just laughed and told me if I did not pay now it will be more expensive later.
