For the Third time, at this location, I received a call a couple days AFTER RETURNING the equipment asking if I was going to return it. I mean if the guy on the lot returning equipment cant perform a simple function as closing a rental he should be fired. 3 TIMES This location has misplaced my rentals AFTER returning them! Get your shit together. The first time this happened they threatened to call the police and report it stole!! That has nothing to do with me.

I think this location needs to implement a process for dropping off the trucks. When I brought mine back there was an employee in the parking lot who said he would take the keys and “take care of it” aka checking it back in. The next day I receive a call saying that the truck key is lost (they thought *I* misplaced it..) and that the truck is still under my reservation. Instead of watching the camera or looking harder / asking employees who were there I they chose to call me and give me a heart attack in an already stressful situation (as I imagine moving ALWAYS is.) I explained the keys were given to an employee / gave a description of him. Maybe ten minutes after getting off the phone I get a call back that they found the keys… Unnecessary stress added for no reason..

All the staff were helpful except for onw who rold me there were no 5x5 units available. I asked again with another agent agent and found out there were units available. Every other assoicate were very helpful.

I suppose all locations are similar. We had a bad experience, however, when driving down the road and the trailer we rented came off. When we picked up the trailer, we were told by the associate that HE had to attach it and he did. However, he obviously did NOT tighten it enough. Thank goodness for safety chains and that we were not on the highway anymore when it happened, because that could have been really bad. The trailer came off and hit the back of our truck. We had to come to a stop in the middle of the road. I would recommend more training for your associates or some type of tightening tool to use.

There were several things that happened where U-Haul failed repeatedly to uphold the contract and services I paid for. First, the truck I rented was not ready at 5am, unlike I reserved it. It was scheduled for a hand delivery and I had to wait until 7am when the location opened. Besides going against the agreed services I expect from U-Haul, this had an impact on my small business. I rented to U-Haul to transport my equipment to a farmers market that began at 8am. The failure from U-Haul to have the equipment ready at the reserved time caused be to be at the event late, for which there is a 50 $fee. Additionally, I wasn't able to start operating until around 9 a.m., so I lost revenue from the morning rush of customers, an estimated 300 $loss for me. Then, the rate that U-Haul charged was 0,99 $ per mile, which was against the agreed upon rate, which was 0,69 $. The rep who spoke to me at the store said he didn't understand why my truck wasn't ready for pick up at 5 am, and that I should request this be investigated. I'm requesting an investigation on what went wrong. And I want a full refund for the 49 $I paid for this reservation and a full refund of the financial damages U-Haul's failure cost my business of 350 $(this doesn't account for the damages to my reputation and brand, by the way). Please escalate this request immediately and contact me to follow-up asap.

The staff was unprofessional. They never asked to see and ID or went over all the info they had on file in ase anything was incorrect. When I told them something was incorrect after seeing it on the printed paper, i was told "oh just come in one day and we can fix that". I mean come on, I'm standing right here just do it now. Very lazy…

Reserved a 26 foot truck 2 weeks in advance. The day I picked up a 20 foot there were 2 there. I ended up not fitting everything. And then charged for going over millage after explaining my drive the lady told me I had plenty of miles for the trip. Very disappointed

Unnecessary charges were charge to my account. Car was returned, was stolen and I was charge with the fees after seeing it on camera that was clearly stolen and it was reported to the police. I was charge with the gas etc. that the thief has caused. I need to talk to costumer service ASAP. I was not satisfied with my experience.

There is no name on any door that says uhaul. There 3 doors to the building, very confusing. The key drop for 24/7 checkout is not easily accessible or even pointed out where it is.

We only wanted to rent the U-Haul -NO extras. The U-Haul showed up with a dolly and a large bag of moving blankets. This wasted a lot of space we were planning on being able to use. We also used 24/7 truck share and found the key drop slot to be very hard to find - all the way around the building. We had to wander around a dark parking lot at night to find it. Please post a sign in the front door if the business biting where the key drop is.

Only thing I don't like if you out on the 2nd of the mouth you still have to pay for the whole month meantime if you move in before the 1st of the month you have to pay for the days before the 1st that should work both ways

The setup in the parking lot is confusing, mostly due to no actual sign where to enter the facility, thus no idea where to park. Put a professional sign on your main entrance, not paper signs on all the other 3 doors and nothing on the actual entrance. You are a national recognized company and don't even have your name on your front door. The 24 hour dropoff process was very frustrating and not discussed at time of picking up the truck, even when I stated that I will be dropping off the truck after hours. This would have not been an issue if the online directions were correct, but they were not. The key drop was not where the online directions stated it should be and did not look like the drop box pictured online. Attempting to communicate with the number provided on the window of the store saying manager in charge was no success. It was only after attempting to drive behind the building where the key drop was finally located on the side of the building, where the online directions stated it was at the main entrance. That was frustrating. This location has been there for years, this is the first time I've used it, and was rather disappointed at the return process and lack of professionalism the location presents by not having proper directions for after-hours truck return and not having your name or simply the word "entrance" on your entrance. The truck was 100 % nice, no issues and I appreciated the fuel economy meter installed as well. Thank you for your service, please fix the above issues and this would be a recommended place to rent a truck. Unfortunately I cannot recommend at this time.

I would only suggest they pay attention when a customer says what they are moving. I told them we were moving a piano which should have been obvious that we would need a ramp. We originally rented a 10ft truck which does NOT have a ramp. Luckily we thought to check before leaving the parking lot and went back in to switch to a 15ft truck.

The return process was not clear for open hours. The sign said to pull up, park and wait with the equipment…. I waited for over 15 minutes, then went inside…there was a line I waited in for another 10 minutes. The lady at the counter, when I finally got there was indifferent with a response “oh, you just dropping off, did you need something?” I wish I'd have known that they were not expecting to speak with me. I didn't even know where to drop the keys or what the expectations were for me on the return of the truck..

Too expensive doors are broken The door was broken so when I try to get some of my clothes out of my storage so I can go to work I was unable to get inside so I had to purchase new clothes and shoes and I work during the office hours my pin did not work then they gave me a card and it didn't work also I was overcharged

Staff was very clear and thorough when explaining where everything was located and how to access the facilities. I was very pleased. The only downfall was that 2 out of the 3 doors were out of service which made moving in a bit more difficult but that is on the facility, not on the staff.

Went in to get my unit and even though there was a very long line and about a 30 min wait....the gentlemen behind the counter were very nice and helpful. However, when I went to move into my unit....it had a sticker stating "needs cleaning." So I went to the office to inquire. When I walked up there; I asked a young african american male to assist me.... he replied back with "yo no hablo espanol." And began laughing (In front of another customer) I repeated that I needed help and he said it again. Not sire if he was being racist or trying to be funny but I thought this was being very disrespectful. I need this unit but I will never recommend this place to anyone for that type of service.

Very spacious and clean from the parking lot to the storage unit. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the company and answered every question perfectly. I forgot his name but he's the black guy that was there around 11am on the 25th, that's who helped me.

The staff = very good. This is however a former H-depot or Big box store and so you cannot easily drive up & unload big items . We had a 3 bedroom house & my 2 children and I TRULY struggled to get our stuff through a smaller (like a front door width) back door of facility. I was told ALL the front units near the double doors were 'in use'. They should advise location of doors & size in the climate controlled areas. It's COVID times and everyone needs storage - but not a great choice for me . I advise go and "see" units available FIRST! It IS however SPOTLESSLY clean.
