When originally set up delivery, it was scheduled for the Walker, MI for pickup. Box arrived 2 days late so had to pickup during the week and was not at the Walker, MI... Was at Byron Center, MI which is much further away. When I asked why not sent to Walker, was told that Walker doesn't handle UBoxes. The people at Byron Center were very nice and accommodating. They helped with everything and we are thankful. Please in future, be accurate with where the Ubox will be so we can make proper plans for pickup.Nanette L.

Manager who I've dealt with before can be really rude, but I don't know if she knows it. almost left. The husband and wife duo that work this location (Deb and husband) were very nice and helpful. The trailer looked fine but had a brake problem, inspected and taken off the road for service at by employee at drop off point.Keith A.

The customer service was excellent. When we booked our reservation we worked with the manager, Kathleen. She helped us figure out the right size uhaul for our needs. She was fantastic and made the process easy. Both pick up and return were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in-and-out fast. The uhaul was in great condition, clean and ready to go. We will definitely use this location again and recommend to our friends.Frank T.

Uhaul 800# is an absolute disaster. Hours and hours on hold and I had to call several times to get things resolved. I was never told that the Brooksville office didn't deliver to my home and I had to pay 200 $+ to moving help company (they did a great job communicating and delivering). So my final bill was much more than quoted original by Uhaul. Then I get charged monthly rental fee for Oct and Nov when it was not applicable (I returned the UBox in Sept so there was no need to charge me monthly rental fee). I called once again Uhaul and after over an hour on hold I get a representative with a very poor and non-customer service attitude when I asked to be given the direct number and name of the person that had overcharged my account. I have been promised that a reimbursement will occur but I have not seen this in my account as of yet. Of course, I will have to call again the 800# and wait for hours before getting back the money that should have never been withdraw from my account. My experience with Uhaul will be shared on social media and among all the people I know to make sure no one else goes thru what I had to go thru.roseanna R.
The U-Haul Agent/Owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Quick to understand my requirements and processing my contract. After I once looked at the trailer I was going to rent I realized it was too small. I had to go back and ask them for a larger one. They did so without any issues or concerns, in a very timely manner. These folks are wonderful to work with.thomas G.

I understand that your employees maybe under staffed at the moment because this place was so busy and everything took so long and they were really working hard to get everything done, I will give credit where it's due. However the overall experience was horrible. If I did ask questions about everything every step of the way I would have been told nothing. I even had to ask hey is that my truck because I guy pulled up and walked away. No walk around no explanation hey this is yours or someone else's, nothing. My brother rented the storage while I got the truck and if I didn't ask about the lock we wouldn't have know its in the unit. We didn't even get the right gate code. On top of that your customer service tells me at 11pm because we work that I am trying to leave my equipment there so I do not need to keep the truck longer come back during business hours you do not have 24/7 access. Which was not close to true. I cannot fathem how other employees are of this is the experience I had with the General Manager. I quite frankly will close the storage as soon as I can and pay for movers than to use your services again. Your employees basic 101 customer service, is not that it's bad it just doesn't exist. Of course like I said it won't because if this is how the general manager was I cannot imagine how much worse the rest of the staff is.luis M.

Ask if all the lights on trailer (Running light) was working and was told yes everything was working. All so the trailer was dirty inside and I believe that the trailer brakes wasn't releasing, I pull a 24ft. trailer back and forth to forth to Florida the last trip was 6 days earlier with 10 miles per gallon, but with this 12ft trailer was only getting 8,1 miles per gallon. Have rented a 12ft trailer from UHAUL in the pass and get avg 14 miles per gallon so I'm not happy at alljerry S.

I was charged for using/renting a Utility Dolly which I did not. I did after hours on line check in, and disputed charge for said dolly. No one called as they stated they would to settle dispute. It's only 7 $but it's the principle of it.ALAN C.

I ended up getting pulled over And I let the cops are severe because I had nothing to hide well come to find out I ended up in cuffs because you're previous renter Brian betterly Left a prescription bottle in there and your employees didn't clean out the vehicle I am on vacation and get embarrassed because a cop has mean handcuffs and coughs on the highway made us late for our date and after what happened I Didnt want to go anywhere! Really put a major damper on our vacation Scared to drive around because who knew if anything else was in there I spoke to who I believe to be Christine the manager at your location and it's like she didn't even care... I'm dissatisfied overall because my vehicle was overbooked and I was sent to a location further away from my home. I had a short simple move and was done within an hour, but It cost me more money for mileage. I should not be penalized for U-Haul's scheduling error.JOSE M.
The first thing is the mileage on my paperwork wasn't the same on the vehicle by a lot. Second the fuel gage wasn't on half as the paperwork claimed which I documented with photo that included the time stamp compared to the time I rented said vehicle. I will say the the young gentleman who completed my drop of was a great help and real reason I'm not leaving a bad review on public platforms so thanks to him.Jimmy I.

The starting mileage was input incorrectly when we picked up the van: 9612 was input as 96120. This made the automated return almost impossible until I entered an incorrect ending mileage in order to get the system To take the 147 travel miles. The Gentleman Tom that rented us the enclosed trailer was great. Helped us hook it up, made sure everything was correct. He was very nice, friendly and could not have helped us more. FIVE STARS. When returning the unit Jacob was equally as nice and helped me unhitch. I Have to say, U-Haul Moving and storage of Spring Hill is GREAT !!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. The enclosed trailer you could tell had recently been service as some parts on the suspension had been replaced and everything was in good working order. THANK YOU U-HAUL and TOM and JACOB. After getting on the interstate the steering wheel was shaking like the wheels were out of balance, Everytime I shut off the truck either it almost didn't start or it had to be jumped. I jumped the trtuck to keep going so I did not have toc waste time to get to my destination. Power steering was making noise like it was empty but I checked it and it was full. The A/C worked great but the blower had only one speed and that was high. I believe that the problems I had warrants I should recieve some kind of refund for my troublesCharles A.

There is a young kid, early 20s, who has checked me in three times. I have a very bad back and this kid did everything to help me. I helped my dad empty out his house just by driving, that's it. One time the kids helping accidentally left a piece of my equipment in the truck. I was picking the truck up the following morning and tgis young man helped me through my dilemma. He always and I mean always greeted me with a nice smile on his face. All but once, this location has multiple customers waiting. The crew made the transactions occur quickly and safely. They kept customers safe by only allowing only one family at a time in the office. I received I think the same truck twice. This truck majorly needs repaired. First the door itself was so hard to close, after we finished our third load, I had to get a stranger to come help to get the door closed to where we could latch it. The ramp was another nightmare! It didn't want to just lock into place on the first try. The other truck I received which was the same size worked beautifully. It rose much smoother and I probably could have opened the door because it only took one of the movers to open it and it was no struggle. When they put the ramp back in, it went all the way in again with no amount of effort I will and have recommended this location. For three of the moves, I actually put on an extra 11 miles. I could have rented from another location closer to where we were working that day. I originally chose this location because it was about one mile from where I lived and a few items were being brought to my house. The other times I was staying in the Spring Hill area and going between two places was a much closer location. But customer service is very important to me and I'm not computer savvy so they personally checked me in upon return. One day I just tired out (Im only a couple months post op back surgery) early and they told me that they could extend my reservation another day. That was a saving grace My only complaint is when I call their direct number, I'm always dispatched through to the call center. I never had less than a 15 minute hold time. This young man I spoke of earlier had seen I called their office and he returned my call. No one else ever did that for meKelly B.

Boxes arrived 4 days later than promised. 200 $was refunded for the delay, however the delay pushed my ability to retrieve the boxes back by another 4 days. This cost me another month of rental, wiping out the 200 $. Also, when I arrived to pick them up, I was informed I would have to rent a 15 foot box truck at a higher cost, not a pickup truck as used and acknowledged by the U-haul dealer in CO. Overall, U-Haul found a couple ways to grab a little more money. I will NOT be using the u-box system again, as too much is not in the customer's control.GREGORY D.
