Easy pick-up and drop-off process. I used the after-hours drop off and it was very convenient. Highly recommend this location and all the representatives were excellent.

I am a really big guy' having been an Olympic Style Weightlifter; I'd have to say that a good portion of people could not pull the right side ramp out and put in back in.

Thomas MThe location and vehicle were clean. The customer service was less than quality. When I picked up my online rental the gentleman at the desk told me the printer was down so he sent to my email, handed me the keys and pointed to the truck that was parked at an angle on steep incline with cardboard advertisement blocking the windshield. No review of existing damage, no talk of gas tank or any instructions what-so ever. I had to fold up the cardboard and put it behind the seat myself. When I returned to drop the truck at 501PM on Sunday, my drop off time was scheduled for 530PM. The front door was locked yet two employees were inside. I pulled on door and showed them my keys. They made no effort to open the door and acted as if I wasn't there. I finally stood at the door until they were exiting to leave and was able to ask a couple questions without their complete disregard. If I need a Uhaul in the future, I will probably go down the street to Spring Hill since I felt as if I was bothering the Cortez staff with both pick-up and drop-off transactions.

James PTruck had problems going up hills. Many times could not get over 40 mph. Truck shook and shimmied through out the entire trip. Never got over 7,7mpg, I was told I would average 10. Needs new wiper blades. Does not seat 3 adults comfortably.

PATRICIA SThis suggestion is for the U-Haul itself. If you could make u haul app more user friendly for stressful roadside help. Keeping in mind incidents are more likely to happen on a highway or an interstate and not always in areas with best reception. Did have 2 separate issues with same tire on car transport. 2nd issue could have been eliminated if tire and wheel were changed. Glad we took out the insurance. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. Merci

We literally drove 3 hours to this place because we are moving. We tried calling the facility multiple times letting them know that we're going to be a few minutes late. Nobody was answering. Today, I received 2 late notices with a $15 late fee tacked on. When I called to explain that we've been out of there for well over two weeks, the lady in the office insisted that they cleaned our unit out, not us, then hung up on me when I asked to be taken off your mailing list. We will never use UHaul again, nor would we recommend to anyone else.

The only reason I'm moved my stuff out of there was because of the prices for their storage units. I found a bigger unit cheaper elsewhere. Other than that, it was great. Merci.

Slavica B | Expérience généraleThe staff were fairly lazy, ignorant and kind of snobby.. on top of that, the biggest downfall, at this particular facility, is the way they store the trucks and trailers!! It is difficult to get to most of the storage units or even enter the lot on some days, because the staff parks the 15', 20' and 26' trucks in front of the doors and block the driveways! I'm a commercial truck driver, and I've never any lot so poorly organized! And I've delivered and picked loads in over 27 states! I've never seen any lot like this one! This U-Hual is just terrible!

DerryLynn H | Expérience généraleThe reason why I put below average is because I have been from U-Haul and trucks and have used their store for sale at least two to three times in my life and I never experienced the fact of getting a truck that was inconvenient I would use that word the truck need to repairs and the staff on the 800 number that deals with the problems with the truck maintenance until 4 hours for them to come and I did not want to drive the truck because it shook so bad the guy that came he just took it less than 50 ft up the road and came back and stated that oh it's travel well all the time when I took this truck over 2 hours from my location to the next location I was hoping and believing that the truck would make it without breaking down with all my stuff in it we did make it to our location thank God for that but I have never rent a broke down shaky irregularly truck but it's okay because God worked out everything but it's okay God worked out everything for my good he sent the young man to help me with the truck and my car people do not have a heart's these days no I would not say that I would say some people are very inconsiderate but God help people out there just for you and I thank him for that so you all have a blessed life God bless you all and I would carry on and be successful in my life no matter what obstacle tries to come my way thank you again
Shirley M | Expérience générale-DO LIKE interior lights in storage units: very convenient. -Staff is pleasant and professional. -"Climate-controlled" spaces & hallways too hot (about 9+ months/year), especially after-hours when A/C is OFF. -U Haul trucks ALWAYS (for a year or more) block access to parking: must walk long distances to access units or your vehicle blocks the ONLY thoroughfare around building. -Building exterior (metal security) door difficult to open and close, bottom drags on concrete landing.
