Albert RI had to drive to another location to get a utility cart and a furniture dolly. In addition, the exterior to the vehicle was dirty with bugs. Windshield was hard to see through. Rest of the vehicle was clean though.

SUSAN YThe facility does not open very early to access belongings. The gate malfunctioned twice. Manager not available and rude on multiple occasions. Garbage dumpster in back not available when cleaning out. One employee said key to dumpster was lost and another manager/employee said no access to any customers ever even though sign is clearly posted. Voicemail was left and not returned regarding cleaning out locker and needing access to dumpster as I live out of town, 6 hours away, and had to make three trips to clean out because of this issue. I've paid over 10,000$ for this unit and this is unacceptable. Manager on final day of move out was unwilling to unlock dumpster and was dishonest about policy, was not polite, and was not helpful as a manager. Because of this, I will not be using storage at uhaul in the future.

Sharla TMy unit needed lights replaced. I reported it three different times to the office. Each time the information was taken down. Someone was to give me a call in order to gain access to the unit. Well it never occurred. When time came for me to move out. There were no light at all it was totally dark, the office has no backup light available, and the single female that was working did not know how to change them.So we had to move out with the use of my cell phone light. I was not able to clean my unit until the next day after having to purchase a portable light to see what I was doing. Other than that it was ok not other problems. The manage did assist me in getting a refund for the month I paid and did not use. For that I am grateful.

LUIS BI don't like the paper with the milage don't match with real. I pay 30 dollars additional for miles I don't use. I'm not happy.

GREGO SClosed out account on Jan 7 and my checking account was attempted to charge on Jan 10. Called facility and was told by an assistant manager that there was nothing they could do to stop this from happening and that I needed to just tell my bank to block transactions. I'm very disappointed that your system is still trying to charge me and your answer to fixing the problem is I need to contact my bank. Why not see why YOUR system is still charging me?. Why am I being made to do YOUR job? I did what I was supposed to do on my end. Staff was very unhelpful and assistant manager told me I can speak to his boss Cody but he is sure that he will tell me the same thing . Unacceptable

Also when I finally got the back door open after waiting almost 2 hours the dollys I paid for were not in the truck. Had to return the next morning to pick up the dollies.

Antoni B | Premières impressionsMegan was a good CSR--a keeper. The truck was sub-standard. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke; i had to change clothes after driving. The windows were plated with cigarette smoke residue and hampered visibility. The windshield wipers need replacing. The brakes and transmission need work. The backup lights were too dim to be of use. I got less than 5 MPG, which is horrible mileage for a 1/3 filled truck. The tie-downs were mostly useless because of the metal brackets over the top, which prohibited passing rope or other materials through them. This van is substandard and unsafe--shame on you for having it in your system. Worst of all? I asked for a location 5 miles closer (each way) in order to save time and money. You said you sent notifications of the different location, but they never arrived. I paid for an additional 10 miles I should have avoided. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH WAITING FOR YOUR WRITTEN REPLY.

So the next day I went to the front office and the gentleman there switched me to another storage and I received my lock while I was in there with no problem.

LATRINA MThe only problem I had was poor communication with the young man who set me up on 2/9/23 for the U-Haul on 2/10/23. He never told me I needed to go to another location to pick up the truck. That was very poor having me to drive to one place wait 20 minutes to be told I need to pick up some where else. When I got to the 2nd location, the young man who waited on me was so professional and very nice very courtesy. He made my day good and I felt better about all the miscommunication between the first guy at the other U-Haul business that's something that your company needs to train your people to let them know that you will not come back to this location to pick up you will be going to another location to keep someone from traveling out of their way but to sum it all up it was a very well experience because that young man that I went to the location to get the U-Haul was very very kind.

The only issue was when I had to put my code in at the gate I had to get out of my car even some times in the rain being that I didn't want to pay extra for the remote access gate key. I would recommend this location to relocate the gate code post so No one has to get out of their vehicle. Beside that my experience was superb! Thanks UHAUL!

I was in a hurry to move items temporarily while changes to my house were being made & all items removed from the floors, including closet floors. Uhaul was perfect. There is no lighting inside the individual spaces so one depends on bright hall lighting (good enough for me).

Marvin TWould have stayed storing my things there. The unit cost increased and I found another storage place for same money, bigger unit and climate control. Then Having things damaged from another customer hitting my unit with their vehicle was the end of interest to stay there.. I know it was an accident but very unhappy having damage to a couple things that are not replacible but hope I can find someone to repair. Mr.Cody Hill was on top of it and had unit door fixed quickly no complaint there.

Martha BI just wish there was lighting in the unit. Lighting from the hallway is not sufficient even with the door open enough to read the writing on my boxes. I'm certain it's a fire safety issue, but with todays technology, one would think it's possible. Other than that, I have NO complaints!

Marian DWhen pickng up the equipment the gentleman helping was awesome and very helpful but the boy that was on when returning the uhaul definitely shiould not be working in customer service 1) i was trying to call to let them know i was on my way but still had a few item in the truck that did not fit in my other unit and did they pissibly have a small unit i could rent. After 30 min of calling and him picking up and putting on hold finally spoke with him when i was 5 mins from the store and was told yes they have a small unit but they are closing in 5 mins and i could leave the uhaul and they would dispose of my items. I literally pulled in at 4 pm and tried to go in not only was the door lock he got in his car and drove off smiling at me. We can all follow are schedule and turn customers away or we can all do exactly what we was trained to to do but the best customer service is when an employee goes beyond what has to be dobe and schedule to assist customer and this boy failed. But if we based this review on the first gentelman who was there when i picked up it would have been perfect!! theirs always one person That ruins it for everyon
