Great experience. Had to keep our furniture in storage until we signed for our house. Nice, clean, and convenient.

My experience was different for the two locations the equipment was split between. The UHAUL on 3755 Airport Rd rep showed no concern for the inconvenience of not having a dolly with the truck. The purpose of the reservation is to reserve equipment for the appointment. Then the guy told me I couldn't park my vehicle in their parking lot. Now I'm a customer but I cannot park there temporarily. When I raise concerns about not having a dolly to haul my appliances from a 3rd level unit he stated I just need to go find my own dolly from another store. I received not support on this matter. I had to do all the running around myself even though I reserved it. The next split location was in an entire different city it took over and hour to get a dolly makes no sense. I called corporate and the woman I spoke to stated equipment isn't guaranteed so you should expect to not always get what you reserve. I said so inconveniencing the consumers is practice of this company and we should just accept that. She stated I would be contacting in 72 hours. I haven't heard anything as of yet. By the way I paid nearly $300 and that's way to much money to not be compensated or accommodated for anything. Going forward I will not use this company.

The worker was very helpfu getting me checked outl and didn't have to go through that horrible online after hours check in that took an hour to complete.
Everyone was so helpful when I checked out. I walked back to the unit and a nice man gave me a ride back to the front in his cart...also, I left my Iphone at the desk and once discovered, drove back and the very pleasant young man at the desk walked out with a smile and handed it to me. Great people!
The owners are the sweetest, most accommodating people I've ever done business with. I will definitely use this location vs any other for any U-Haul or storage needs.

Yes the location on I-65 service road was so frustrating didn't have what I was I was looking for sent me to the Springdale location where he said he called and checked yes they had one available got there they said they told him no one was on the back a hour and a half later. Overall the spring sale location was good Alana was a d service was in and out and very relaxing

Well normally I have no issue but this time I was twice charged once when I entered my card info online and also when I returned the rental so I've payed near 260 dollars for same day service fix this and I'll give 5 stars

Truck roof repair leaked during rain shower while unloading.
We were not able to use the trailer lights, the connection was wrong. When we tried to call to try and get the correct one, we were put on hold, and the call was never answered. The right tire on the Tow Dolly was Dry Rotted and blew..
Absolutely love this place!! Staff was always SUPEE FRIENDLY & helpful! If I ever need storage space again this will be my go to place!

My children and I needed a truck very quickly to move furniture from my children's fathers house to Florida due to his passing unexpectedly on May 1st in Mobile AL. The couple that ran the U-Haul office were so kind and went above and beyond to help us! You definitely need to keep these folks as it's hard to find customer service like they provided anywhere anymore.

Had a reservation to pick up my truck at 5:30 On Sunday (after hours with the self service check in) . The app said my truck was there, but it was not. After an HOUR of calling and speaking to about 4 different people from customer service, someone shows up and asks if we are here about our truck. He explains that “the girl who worked earlier couldn't park the 26 foot truck� The enployee was nice enough to take $25 off our rental, but for all the hassle, I felt like it should've been taken care of completely. Poor communication.

I am leaving comments for the CURRENT staff at the facility. The prior staff told me I could leave a ladder that would not fit on the 2nd floor in their unit, and they took it when they left.

The late fee charges is ridiculous .The facility closes a little bit too early,and opens too late especially on weekends.
