Young guy who helped me was a little rude. I wanted some visible damage noted so I would not be held responsible. I finally asked him to call his boss who is the owner. Problem solved. The pickup location is not inviting at all.

The manager lied to me said I would not be double charged next thing you know I was charged 962 $twice And put my bank account in the negative. I called and they told me there's nothing they can do even though they messed up. Idiots working there.

Got a 26'. With service lights on. Gas and milage were off from the contract. Every bump i went over the driver side door opened, even when locked. I did not feel comfortable in it at all especially with service lights on

According to the website, the truck I rented was supposed to be 15' long for the inside dimensions. It wasn't even 12'!! I specifically chose this truck because I was moving 12' sections of fencing. I ended up having to make 2 trips. I spoke to the manager and he said “I don't know what to tell ya”. I just wanted 1/2 off my mileage because I had to make 2 trips but he couldn't even be bothered to get off his personal phone to listen to me.

I had originally requested a truck but when UHAUL called to confirm there were no trucks available so I went to cancel the order and was offered a van. Unfortunately the van time of 4 hours was not sufficient enough time to move my things. Mist unfortunate, probably wont rent with Uhaul next time.

This place was great! I person that helped me was awesome hooked up the trailer even made a modification to my hitch so that it wasn't too low to the ground. Very helpful and the place was great inside and out. Very pleased with this location…thank you

I travelled out of my way by 40 miles because I had to have a cargo van for the busiest move day of the year. It was well worth it they had everything I needed, the buildings was clean and staff helpful. The bathrooms were spotless, with covid safe supplies and the cleanest I have ever seen in any commercial building. Having had less favorable experiences at UHaul it is worth extra miles for the ease of service.

Only 2 of 6 lights in the rear of the trailer were functional and no running lights. I was told by the person checking me out of the Taunton location that I was good to go, but when I needed to have the lights repaired in Pennsylvania before our return trip, the roadside assistance man said the lights weren't even wired to work and that I traveled all the way from Ma to Pa without directional or bottom brake lights. I believe my wife and I were put into a very dangerous situation due to poor equipment.

The only comment I have is to add the address to the front of the building. There are three UHaul rental locations in that vicinity and I attempted to drop off the truck at the wrong location.

I scheduled my hitch upgrade for 10:30, but when I got there I was told it was scheduled for 7Am. The person that did the upgrade was very kind to take it in and do it, but got greese and / or oil all over my drivers seat and door handle. I had to put plastic on the seat to get home without getting greese on my clothes. I have pictures if you want them.

Work on computer system. I was in store for roughly an hour because your computers kept crashing. How my 35 $trailer rental turned to 70 $I'll never know. Plus I had to buy special chains because your strange hooks don't work on my brand new truck. Terrible customer service, all around awful experience. I'd rather buy a trailer of my own than rent from uhaul again

I had an excellent experience with my truck rental,I highly recommend this service...I had a tough time moving things,and even though I had no appointments set, U-Haul as per usual was there every step of the way.Also this is why I only do business with them since 2003.

Uhaul did not follow through on a reservation made and made changes for a smaller truck to my reservation 24hrs before pickup…to try and accommodate the Taunton facility added days and miles to a one way trip that now needed to be a back and fourth due to the size of the truck being smaller. When returning the extra days that uhaul had given is gone on the other end but can see they were given and now uhaul wants to be paid for their mess up

Retrieving my ubox from storage was a time consuming ordeal that cost me unnecessary financial loss due to the failure to have my ubox ready for pick up at 9am as requested. I had hired men to unload my unit which we had to pick up in Taunton MA instead of East Providence where for 10 months I thought it was being stored. As a result I had to pay for more mileage and additional cost for the men hired to unload because the box arrived after 11am losing two hours of manpower. Administrative contract errors were made resulting in time and money lost by me. There is much need for improvement.

The facility was clean and bright. The staff was extremely helpful in advising me of the available options. I was personally escorted to my assigned space to identify the easiest access and shown how to operate the lock and make the unit secure. As a female who is not familiar with the logistics of such an undertaking, I was pleased to be treated with such respect, patience and kindness.

When I returned the truck I explained to the manager that the truck did not have a half a tank of fuel as it said on my contract, it had approximately 3/8 of a tank. I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I leased it. I was charged an additional 17 $dollars for fuel. I went a total of 38 miles and I put in between 6 and 7 gallon of fuel. I am very dissatisfied with this.

I was charged 20 $for a cup I missed when cleaning back of truck rental. I am good customer and I have spent fortune at Uhaul since March 2021. I will book reservation elsewhere. It is inappropriate to tell a good customer that the reason he/she was charged 20 $for clear McDonald's cup, is bc they aren't detailing company. Yet it's ok truck stinks like stale cigarettes and hold your breath, praying for best when applying brakes. Not cool at all crappy customer service. I was called and it was demanded of me I return to store to pay cash balance. Again, inappropriate when dealing w good customer.

The 26 foot truck rented needs to be taken out of service. Customer complaint file lists all issues. Manager called upon complaint after dropping off and did his best to rectify situation (rebated some costs). Rebate was good, but truck could have proved hazardous/dangerous to less experienced drivers and been a major liability to U-Haul.

The man who set up my storage was excellent. I was feeling a little moody and he remained calm, & polite. I was a little put off by being asked for people's address and full name and phone number. That is why I was moody. I had never been asked for anyone's address before for a storage unit so I was wondering if he was being discriminatory & I felt it was intrusive. I didn't want to give someone's address etc. I wanted to say I really appreciated his ability to still help me as he probably would anyone else. I did apologize to him directly before I left.

The evening that I tried to move in the doors were locked and with in the hours listed as accessible The following day I returned there was a corporate walk through with Probably more than 20 people And only 2 or 3 Uhaul employees wearing protective masks They told me and my 14 yr old niece to pass through but I didn't feel safe in this situation I asked them to put masks on and a few people for what ever reason did not! The sole reason I'm putting my possessions in storage is a result of the virus. I've now become the main caretaker of my 80 yr old mother These employees put my whole households health at risk. I lost more enough people here in Taunton and in my former home of Miami! This blatant disregard for the pandemic is for lack of a better word DISGUSTING
