I'm giving an average the interior smelled like urine so bad it was uncomfortable in the cab. The truck I had needs to be totally redo as he CsR said they had cleaned it 6 or 7 times and they felt bad renting it to me.

ANTOUN HWe were very pleased with the service we received from everyone on staff that we encountered. Our needs were a bit unusual but all were understanding and did their best to accommodate us throughout the reservation, check in and check out processes. The equipment was clean and up to expectations. Very positive experience and we would highly recommend U-Haul in general and this location in particular.
DONALD SAmanda m was great she helped me through the whole process and was very easy and she also was right there to help to make the return of the trailer easy . Wish all u-haul places had some as good at her jobs as Amanda m. Was. She was very friendly and helpful

ROBERT SMade a reservation for a U-Haul truck 8.13.24 for 9.1.24 @8am. 8.30.24 @ 4:38pm right before they closed, I had received an email telling me that they tried to reach out to me 2 days prior and got an answer from someone that wasnt me that they had the wrong number, so two days later they decided to send me an email before they left for the night, and changed my reservation without my knowledge. I woke up 9.1.24, checked my email and that's when I saw the email, and noticed my reservation was changed. U-Haul had changed my point of pickup from 5mins away, to an hour away. I had to drive an hour away to pick up my Uhaul, drive it an hour backwards to where I was, where I needed to load it. Then I had to drive 1,5hours to my destination, and then another hour back to the uhaul facility. U-Haul added over 150miles to my trip without my knowledge or consent, and had eliminated all the free miles it had given me during sign up, the day before my reservation. Despite having to drive an hour angrily that morning, and having to drive 3x the amount I initially was going to, Ramona of Tilton U-Haul was able to help us get mileage compensation for the change, so that was a positive. The U-Haul however, could've used some love. The rubber window seals were coming detached from the U-Haul, the 12v outlet was falling out of the socket, underneath the glovebox the plastic covering underneath that was popped out.

Shannon SHad nothing but issues with our rental. We ordered the truck and storage unit to move and Uhaul chaged the pick up site to 30 miles away from my house instead of the 2 miles we had agreed on. We corrected that and then Uhaul tried to have me rent 2 storage units, caught that and corrected. Then we arrived at our destination and realized we would need the truck a few extra days. We found a residence and didn't want to unload into the storage unit just re-rent the truck to load it back up. They told me it would be 40 dollars a day after spending 3 700 for the move. We agreed because they are a business and nothing is for free. One specialist told us on the 800 line that we could drop the safemove we had gotten for the move since it was just sitting in my daughters driveway. When we tried we were told no way this was going to happen and Uhaul proceeded to charge us 15 dollars a day for that. I was on the phone with them 6 times to take care of all of this I have spoke of. I started a formal complaint with them and have never heard anything from the company. A representive did give us a 50 dollar voucher as a kind jester to be used the next time we decide to rent from them. Then when we returned the truck U haul tried to charge us an extra day, go figure, I cleared that up right away in my 6th call. We canceled our shed which we never even opened and was told that the insurance they MADE me get would not be refunded. It was only 8,99 but it's the principle of it. This company is horrible and greedy, I have rented with them at least 10 times in the past 50 years. They should be ashamed of themselves treating people like this without taking any responsibility. OH by the way I helped them out with a truck/load share program with hauling 2 yes 2 Upods on the back of the 15' truck 1600 miles. I was told it wouldn't effect our gas consumption. They told us the truck would get 10 miles to the gallon, they offered to pay us 750 toward our 3700 dollar payment and it would be a drop that was on the way to our destination. Well it was another 40 miles one way south of our destination. I ended up paying 835 in gas for the whole trip at 7,5 miles to the gallon. I say again SHAME on you Uhaul. People do not participate in their truck/load share program it is in their favor not yours.

ALLYSON OThe trailer had a flat tire. Luckily it happened at a Gas/food plaza on the Massachusetts Turnpike. I called U Haul roadside service and they put a new tire on within 1 hour and I was back on the road.

Melissa C | Premières impressionsOur 10 x 10 unit was one of several in a row with poor drainage outside the door which resulted in standing water with slippery silt under it. When accessing the unit, i could not avoid my shoes and socks getting soaked and I nearly slipped and fell from the silt. All the other units in the facility are graded properly for drainage but these several around 1623 are a problem. Should be easy to fix.

Since the current managers took control this facility has been consistently well maintained and constantly improving. They are good people, hard working, and a pleasure to work with.

The gentleman in the office was extremely helpful, friendly, and although very busy with other customers at the time, he was great. This guy was super - can't say it enough, wish I could tell you his name, but it was Wednesday late morning.
