Your site directed me to an old U-Haul location that is no longer affiliated with you. While the people at the Tilton location were fantastic, and there were no issues with the trailer, it was a stressful and ridiculous mess to get there. We had to drive an extra 3 hours round trip because of the location change, which we weren't even alerted to. It wasn't until we pulled up to the other location that the people there informed us they hadn't been partnered with U-Haul for months.Victor L.

I was charged an extra 27 $for gas. I have been renting here on a regular basis for several years and know the drill. I even returned filling just a little more gas than I left with. The attendant insisted I left with a full tank, yet that was not on the receipt that I left with. When I suggested she confused the two returned trucks that were outside at the time she began to get testy and I could no longer talk to her. Moreover, I asked that the manager call me back which she never did. This is a real disappointment as I consider myself a regular customer and have always had a cordial professional experience here previously. All other times I left with a printed receipt, yet this time the attendant shooed me out immediately saying a final receipt would come later by email. I need to rent again in three weeks, but this time the attendant and I will check the gas tank together both coming and going.Jack D.
The folks running this location were friendly and very efficient. Thanks, will use that location again. Have to note that the trailer used could not handle modern tiedown methods, only thin rope would work. needs an upgrade. But this is not the fault of that location's mgt.Ken S.
When I make a reservation nearly two weeks in advance for a certain location and type of truck I do not expect to get a call less than one day before chaining my location. My pick up was in wolfebroro NH and last minute you change me to Tilton NH! My ride to pick up went from less than 15 minutes to well over an hour away. If you can't get equipment to a designated location then don't make the reservation! Last minute oit plans were majorly impacted by UHaul's lack of planning and/or concern for the customer. I will reconsider before I use UHaul ever again. That was wrong on so many levels and plain inconsiderate.Nicholas R.

Customer service was great! The box truck was clean on the inside. However the truck it self when driving it the front end felt loose and hard to steer. The front seemed to float and would not respond very well regarding the steering. I would recommend this location for their service but not truck rentalrichard W.

When I returned the trailer I guess my left tail light, brake light and blinker were not working. It was working when I checked in and picked up trailer. Please make sure lights work properly as malfunctioning lights can be very dangerous.Matthew G.

When I picked up the trailer the lights didn't work. After taking the time to convince (show) the Uhaul person that it wasn't my car's problem, but the wiring on the trailer, they agreed to change to another. After waiting for them to take care of two more customers before attending to me, I got another trailer that worked fine. If you only have one person working at the site, you should take care of the customer you are dealing with FIRST, then move on to the next. It wasn't my problem that you had a defective trailer.....so why make me 45 minutes late to getting to my scheduled appointment? The trailer with Florida plates worked well and met my needs.....but not the one that was apparently owned by the location.Derek T.
There was no lock inside as the email indicated, and the latch assembly is in need of replacement. The gentleman in the office was extremely helpful, friendly, and although very busy with other customers at the time, he was great. I booked my rental online. The scheduled pick up location, which is close to my home, has been closed for a very long time. I was notified the day before pick up that I would have to travel 12 miles out of my way to Tilton. It's very aggravating and you should clean up the online aspect of your business. My experience at the Tilton location was perfect. The staff was courteous and very efficient. Because I had to return to my home to load the trailer, your inaccurate website cost me an hour plus fuel for 24 miles travel to pick up the trailer.Jay S.
