I feel like I was way overcharged. It said 19,99 a day for a rental. I used a 1/4 of a tank for gas and rented. Can for two days. Then I was somehow charge 255$ and it was not explained to me. I won't be renting a U-haul again.

It was so easy! I needed to rent a van for a few hours. I made the reservation on line, I went into the office to check-in and everything was completed in just a few minutes. The van was clean, in very good condition, and again, the process was so simple and fast.

the facility was nice, the only issue we had was the door to enter the facility needed to be pried open due to it did not have a stop to it. It would have also been nice to be able to open a garage door instead of a small house type door to get stuff in and out. Was great for what we needed for.

Please understand, your trucks are a welcome target for Mischief. People whom expect to win a "*Settlement for injury", target these vehicles. Also, at parking areas, Drivers are approached, by Numerous "Persons", who always need a RIDE & Money. Missing & Exploited, Volunteer Personell, might need PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE, to hire better LAWYERS than Morgan & Morgan. The Demolition Derby of Orlando is now present in BREVARD, Voluscha, &;Polk counties.

The actual reserving of the truck was disappointing. I reserved a truck in my hometown. The night before pickup I was rerouted to the Garden Street location. That added on an extra 13 miles both ways . Approximately an extra 25 dollars.

The location didn't have the equipment available that I reserved. I had to drive to another location to rent the equipment. The attendant didn't have any options, so she took off the equipment from my reservation. This is a bigger issue with uhaul as a whole. They shouldn't allow reservations without knowing the inventory is available.

The staff should be trained to reflect professionalism and respect towards all customers. The management team should set the example for all staff. It is especially true that the staff should always treat every individual customer with respect through equality whether or not the customer has a Spanish last name. People work for their money and some of them live under a fixed income. Never accuse a customer of stealing spare tires without having any evidence and never should staff deduct money out of a customer's card without prior notice. For me, this will be the last time I visit this place. This negative review was due to one innapropriate staff member and because money was unjustly stolen out of my account!

I was greeted immediately, directed to drop off spot, quick & easy drop off, done in minutes. Great & convenient location. The entire experience from online reservation, pickup & drop-off was smooth & trouble free, with immediate/no waiting service. Couldn't expect any better service.

Please improve drainage in parking lot. Bad enough standing in the rain but shouldn't have to stand in deep puddles too. We didn't have issues on our trip thankfully. But I noticed the wheel lugs on the trailer wheels were seriously rusted. I would not have been able to remove them if necessary. Note about the trailer we had - really wish there some shock dampening especially in Louisiana - worst interstate highways ever.

This location is ideal for drop off!! Drive up under awning to the line you don't even have to get out of the vehicle. He unhooked the trailer and was processing as soon as he stepped out the door very kind and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our computer reservation was not accessible by the rental rep. We were able to conduct our rental anyway and the process was easy and quick. The young lady was very cordial and proficient. Next day turn in was even easier and we were helped by the same young woman. She is a company asset and worthy of corporate recognition.

When I went to drop off my trailer in Titusville Florida, they had no reservations for me and I called twice to make sure they had my reservation and they had no reservation for my free storage either. It was very annoying. Thank goodness they only had one left on ground floor and I was able to get that. I am very disappointed. I have rented it from you before and I've never had this problem right now I don't think I would recommend Titusville Storage. After a very long ride from New York to Florida I was in no mind to fight the people in Titusville. Very disappointing. It probably was customer service who screwed up my reservations, but I don't care who it is I was paying and I expected to get service or at least have a reservation.

My move was unexpected and at the last minute. Everyone that I had an encounter with at U Haul whether it was personal or on the 1-800 phone line was nothing short of a pleasant encounter especially during a extremely stressful time for me & my family. I honestly appreciate the customer service I received from your Employees.

Most of the employees were responsive and helpful. However, there was a black lady that seemed nice when around others in the office. When we interacted outside it was very different. She was rude, mean spirited and made us very uncomfortable. When we ask her a question she responded with "You talkin' to me?!" Instead of answering our question she said "We are closing soon." Then she turned her back on us and walked away. Note: This was not on our move out day.

Brittany did an excellent job even under difficult circumstances of handling all the duties needed by herself. She was informative, helpful and handled everything smoothly. Only feedback item .... the Vanbody storage unit (retired truck beds) had a musty / moldy aroma and the rat poison trap in the unit wasn't very welcoming and gives a poor message about contents being damaged by rats and whatever might gain entrance. Finally, I applaud the one month free storage incentive and appreciate that for the one way rental. Thank you. Wayne White and Linda Henshaw

However, I have two comments. 1). Do not allow online booking override local booking/reservations. 2). This has the move in date as 2/14/22 and should be 2/22/22.

Because the electronic pads to get in were down for previous week & still were when I left so I had to chase down the one worker you had to let me in so very inconvenient & I could get any help carrying the Harvey stuff because I couldn't get in the late evenings. Now I am 62 & dealing with back & neck issues from lifting my stuff & getting it into a car. The staff was nice & I felt sorry for them.

I had three different experiences in the same day. Truck rental was good. The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me. You have some good attitudes there and some need work. Overall my needs were taken care of and I am a satisfied customer

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month started

They did the best job they could as they were clearly understaffed and overworked. It was hard to watch them have to manage so much, but they really tried their best. Shawn was outstanding At trying to fix things after the people on the phone gave us a different unit than expected. I really appreciated it.

The main issue I had was that my due date would be on the 28th of the month and whenever I would try calling in, I'd be placed on hold for upwards of about 40-50 minutes and eventually I would have to give up. I had to wait for a representative to call me to remind me that it was past due and then ended up paying a late fee because I couldn't get through to call in. Other than that, that's the only issue I had.

Overall I don't have any complaints with the storage facility at all. There are some bugs here and there. The property could be cleaned up better (trash, broken glass, etc). They could pay their employees better (one time while I was there seeking assistance, there was only 2 employees. One of them walked out on the job due to understaffing stresses & not paid enough to do everything with just 2 people). Oh! And not to mention, the reason why I left this place. They kept going up on rent multiple times. One time I rent went up 2 times in about 3 months timeframe! It got stupid expensive super quick. There are much more affordable options literally everywhere else.

Most of my furniture was contaminated with mold and mildew. When I addressed this with the folks at the facility, they could not offer me any explanations.

I recommend uhaul to every one I had a uhaul for 5 days it ended up taking me nine days and they did me very fair more then fair I will use them always
