DAVID H.On Check out, ask if customer will be connecting their Sun Pass to the vehicle. On Check in ask them to ensure they remove license plate of U-Haul from their Sun Pass. I rented a van (AL08910 L.Plate) and was unable to add to my Sun Pass account. AL08910 was still connected to a different Sun Pass. You are able to check ‘Rental Vehicle' , marking time and date that you'll be using your Sun Pass transponder on the rental.

jennifer G.After the issue i had with getting here. i show up to this location sat instead of the sunday i had till. when arriving the young black male went to check my uhaul numbers to something on his phone..and asked me if i was coming from someother location. i explained to him that i was coming from north carolina and as i was explaining the rest he barely was even listening with his single earpiece in lostening to music and swaying as he like the song. he went inside without saying anything and returned about 3 min later with what looked like the manager. she climbed in the vehicle and started what looked to be checking the vehicle in and let me know her phone just died..and to follow here inside so we can now check in on the pc inside. this goes on for a few minutes. 40 min later i just ask if i can print the reciept online and she says yes. i leave mad and have spent more time at uhaul then necessary again. to have to type more stuff up and spending more of my time then needed. no i wont be back here or to uhaul and will let all my friends know to use another company for their moving needs

steve U.The exit from the building is also where the storage units are located....a couple had a huge truck parked and had their storage items out in the lot....we could not get out the exit...had to go out the In side.....just poor placement...IF they moved the driveway to exit...this would not be an issue..

George D.I completed the online reservation process and assumed that it would only be a matter of signing some additional forms when we got to the counter. What ended up happening was I had to complete most of the registration process a second time, including the payment and license info I had already entered. It took well over 20 minutes to get the forms done. So even though my rental started at 2:30 we didn't leave the lot until closer to 3. The internet was agonizingly slow (something I was told was a constant issue) and there was only one woman running the show which slowed things down exponentially.

Even though it was given that way I put some gas but did not fill up the tank but I return the truck with more gas then it was given to us. I spoke to the girl at the front desk today 3/28/2022 and she was arguing with me very unprofessional. She even said I drove more then 32 miles and I know I did not I prove. And she refuse to give me the credit I deserve. Very very unprofessional and lack of customer service.

Eric F.I reserved a truck for four hours. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment time and the checkin process took 40 minutes. That 40 minutes was nearly an hour of the short time I had the truck rented for. The employee checking me in told me I should have known it would take a half hour. I showed her my reservation email and text from UHaul and neither mentioned that. She told me she would adjust my time to reflect the half hour but when I received my link to verify the truck's condition, the original time was still on the reservation. So, I was forced to rush to make the time up. I will not recommend this location or company to anyone. The entire process was ridiculous and disorganized.

THOMAS M.I was given an old pick up address (Pricella Tires) this caused me to be beyond late for my actual pick up and beyond late to meet the hired help I arranged. I also received the truck on EMPTY during all of this which only delayed me more!!!! I will use Jaguar Movers in the future but NEVER UHAUL AGAIN!!!!! I was told I would get a $60 credit if I returned the truck back on 1/4 tank. I did that. I spent $85 to do this so I only lost money to save “Uhaul†never again!!!!!!!

Only feedback item .... the Vanbody storage unit (retired truck beds) had a musty / moldy aroma and the rat poison trap in the unit wasn't very welcoming and gives a poor message about contents being damaged by rats and whatever might gain entrance. Finally, I applaud the one month free storage incentive and appreciate that for the one way rental. Thank you. Wayne White and Linda Henshaw

Now I am 62 & dealing with back & neck issues from lifting my stuff & getting it into a car. The staff was nice & I felt sorry for them.

The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me. You have some good attitudes there and some need work. Overall my needs were taken care of and I am a satisfied customer
dewayne b. | Premières impressionsThe only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month started

Shawn was outstanding At trying to fix things after the people on the phone gave us a different unit than expected. I really appreciated it.

Colleen H. | Expérience généraleThe main issue I had was that my due date would be on the 28th of the month and whenever I would try calling in, I'd be placed on hold for upwards of about 40-50 minutes and eventually I would have to give up. I had to wait for a representative to call me to remind me that it was past due and then ended up paying a late fee because I couldn't get through to call in. Other than that, that's the only issue I had.

The property could be cleaned up better (trash, broken glass, etc). They could pay their employees better (one time while I was there seeking assistance, there was only 2 employees. One of them walked out on the job due to understaffing stresses & not paid enough to do everything with just 2 people). Oh! And not to mention, the reason why I left this place. They kept going up on rent multiple times. One time I rent went up 2 times in about 3 months timeframe! It got stupid expensive super quick. There are much more affordable options literally everywhere else.

Stacie S. | Expérience généralewhen I rented my u-box , the operator at the 1-800 number very miss leading. You can not take the u-box off the trailer!!!!! So the u-box is approx. $80 a month, but the trailer is $5 A DAY!!!!!
