The car trailer was amazing! I only have an issue with why a car dolly was not acceptable for a 3300 lb car? I was forced to pay extra because the rules are ridiculous. Other than that, I had an excellent experience.

When I brought the truck back - John was very rude and told me there was not enough gas .. i went back and out THREE MORE $ in the tank. He also said rudely “clean the trash”!!! There was a water bottle under the drivers seat that was there when I picked it up. I threw it away !! He obviously doesn’t like his job very much. Will use another location next time for sure

I had to deal with the worst general manager at uhaul. I have never been treated so poorly. He constantly was rude and very inappropriate as the general manager. I was not waited on for 20 minutes when I came, he was rude then walked off to go and spend at least 10 minutes with another customer. I always use this location for my rentals and everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. This GM names micheal I believe provided the worst customer experience that any person could provide. Very unhappy.

I had a reservation at 8:15, and I arrived on time. It was 9:00 before an employee appeared to a room full of customers waiting. The phone also rang several times with no answer. He should not have been the only worker there.

Just compared to the drop off location lowered the rating. ***Please also the weekend phone people were next to helpless. Gail in ATL traffic was the only person that would make me come back. 8 phone calls to get a trailer returned covering the span of two days.. Not very good customer service and you might want to add that section to your reviews for future feedback.

The gentleman that checked me in was professional and very courteous! Unlike the woman at CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT TALKED TO ME LIKE A DOG!!!! She should be FIRED!!!!! And yes, I yelled back to her as she was being rude, short, impatient, and just down ride RUDE!!!!

Had to drive 50 miles the wrong way to rent a car hauler, as none were available close by. I was not able to return on 2nd day. Expected to pay for third day. Was not able to drop off before location closed on 3rd day, but did drop it off before midnight. Was charged for a 4th day. I use uhaul quite often but will have to explore alternatives after this rental. The rental prior to this one, was also a headache. Again my local dealer did not have what i needed. He did locate one for me at the Country Store. This location was having internet issues. It took an hour to complete rental agreement. Then I had to hook up trailer myself. Then when I checked the lights, they wete not working on this unit. Went back in the store, it took another 20 minutes to transfer rental agreement to a different trailer. Then I had to go outside, and by myself, unhook the trailer with non functioning lights and hook up to another trailer.

Technical issues made me have to wait an hour just to pick up the UHaul. The attendant was very helpful and seemed to handle himself under the pressure of 5 people in line and a computer system that wouldn’t work. You would think a company as large as UHaul would be able to adequately supply decent IT equipment and service. Not the first time I have experienced IT issues.

This truck and your servers needs maintenance. It took about an hour to get the truck, even though it was reserved a couple weeks in advance. Twice we tried to finish the process and it wouldn't proceed. So we had to cancel that order and start over. Once we got that settled I was able to hit the road. But as soon as I rounded the corner: no AC, the ABS warning was showing, and it said the parking break was engaged but it wasn't. I was already late so I didn't have time to turn around and go through that process again since at the time the main issue it presented was no AC. We get loaded up and hit the road and before I get 30 miles out, the cab starts filling with smoke. I pull over and open the hood to find a spout that's missing it's cap and it was just plugged with a rag. I assume it was the oil cap but didn't have time to double check it. So I assumed some splashed out and just burnt so I closed everything up and started back out. Shortly after that, it happened again. I looked down and noticed the over drive got bumped. I turned it back off and that seemed to clear it up. I think the AC's compressors work, just not the fans. I could feel cold air venting when I got up to speed, but he fans never would engage. Regardless, this truck has some electrical issues. Also, please make sure the dolly is re attached after each rental. We didn't use it, it was more in the way than anything, and we were charged for it. We will be looking into Penske for future equipment hauling.

I really like the new automated pick-up and return system via smartphone. I am 68 years old and followed the directions easily. It helped us avoid the long line that was there at the location.

Improve your customer service. First it takes 15 to 20 min to get someone on the phone once you rent. However to rent it for only take 2-3 min. What does that tell you on where your priorities are? Then once you get customer service on the phone it’s a game of tag as you get transferred several times only to be told problem resolved when it’s not. Check my customer file and my history of calls. Took over 30 days to correct a bill for Uboxes I never had. Never again, worse customer service I have ever ran across in my life.

I couldnt use it, Storage was too small. I think all the storage unit need to be mopped and clean out in climate control. The associate Dewey was very helpful, he took his time to help us.

I got my storage on Nov.4 2018 I paid all my dues and received a letter November 28 2018 saying I owed 200 dollars in late fees when I had only got the storage 2 weeks prior. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!

The storage room had holes from previous clients damage that were not fixed. Had to ask the salesperson numerous times to help me with the check out procedure and a copy where I was paid in full.

IT RAINED IN MY STORAGE AND I WAS POORLY COMPENSATED. My clothes was wet and smelled, my mattress was wet and mildewed, my table is destroyed and important papers was destroyed, the insurance is a lie

An employee of UHAUL took a heavy dresser from my storage locker and would not return or pay for it. This was the fourth locker I had rented. I was moving to a new locker because of leaking roof.
