I was scheduled to pick the truck up at 7am. The woman who opened the store showed up around 7:10, and told me to wait outside while she opened the store. She then proceeded to check me in and give me the keys to my truck. When I asked her where the truck was located, she pointed out at the front parking lot and told me it was out front. After looking around for a few minutes, I found the truck parked off by itself down near the exit of the parking lot. The truck was clean and served my needs well. However, the service I received from the employee who showed up ten minutes late was disappointing. As a small business owner, I understand that poor service effects the bottom line. As a long time user of Uhaul, I feel obligated to provide honest feedback. Please use my comment to improve your service at this location.

They young lady in there is great but I don’t know if he is the mgr or not but he is very slow and don’t have customer service .

I was initially sent to the wrong place. Run down and dirty and they were very rude. The second place I went to was much better and it is the one I reviewed here. Staff on phone was very helpful in helping with my problem. Also, I was supposed to have express check in but it did not work. Also, pads were not already in the truck.

Returned the 6x12 trailer Sunday Dec 29 at 1655 hours during a pouring rain. Did not know U-HAUL would be open on a Sunday and closing time was 1700 hours. John was there and beginning to lock up as I pulled in. With a smile and a handshake he logged me in, sent e-mail confirmation and unhooked the trailer and I was on my way. All done in the rain. After a three hour drive to Tupelo, I wasn’t looking forward to getting wet and then an hour drive home. THANK YOU JOHN!

Maybe service the trucks a little better, get the headlights brightened, and new wiper blades. The truck drives really rough, couldn't see very well. It was raining very hard, the lights were very dim, and the wiper blades did not work well. Other than that the service was superb upon picking up & dropping off the truck.

We made our reservation several weeks in advance. We were informed by email that the truck we requested was not available at the convenient location we hoped for. Instead we were booked for a truck 1 1/2 hrs out of our way. Thanks to Danielle she was able to get us a truck much closer. It would have a perfect trip if we could have gotten the size truck and location. But sadly that was not to be. Even so things worked out thanks to Danielle in scheduling. Well done Danielle.

We tried to reserve over the phone and were told the item we wanted wasn't available. We then went on line and reserved the same item. WHY?

Check-In the associate assisting was great. Very pleasant. When I returned the truck, the associate barely spoke just took my key and asked if I put gas back in the truck. I realized later that I left my notebook in the truck and went back. He did not help at all. Told me the wrong truck to look in. Then told me I could look in all of them. Never found the notebook.

Employee during pickup was extremely unprofessional. Kept watching movie on phone during process. Would have loved to use a closer location but nothing was available. Drove 30 miles total doing move, 24 of them were transporting uhaul to and from store.

The woman that checked us in was very rude and temperamental. The man who checked us out was very nice and helpful. I really wish there weren’t so many hidden and add on fees. This makes truck rental very uninviting.

I made a reservation for Saturday but I needed to change it to Monday November 25. I called back that Friday and spoke with a Richard and he was supposed to change my reservation. He was very, very rude and not helpful. I called back Sunday night just to confirm my reservation but he didn’t even change it he CANCELED IT! The truck that I actually needed was already gone. So I had to get a truck that was more expensive and the mileage was more. This was the word experience I’ve had.

Next time you can have the rental I reserved at the pick up station I reserved it at. After Customer service seen that one was there and available for pick up right then the GM WAS VERY rude to her on the telephone saying he had already called someone to pick it up (someone who didn’t have a reservation) and that we would have to wait til hours later.

I was over charged for my mileage. Made a $100 deposi on a $29.99 vehicle, $14 for insurance, drove 12 miles(.99 cent per mile) in total miles, and when I returned the agent said I needed to refuel the truck which was another $10. The total amount due was $75. Now do the math. And when I asked for a military discount, they don’t offer it. Total rip off

1- never got a call the day before about scheduling confirmation so when i checked before i drove over that morning for a 9:30 am pickup it listed my pickup location as pontotoc. I called and found out there was no trailer like I had scheduled at the Tupelo location till 1:30 so i had to change my reservation and wait till 1:30. 2. when i got there we waited about 20 minutes to be waited on because there was only one agent- once he got to us we found out the trailer we wanted still was not there, so we tried to swap to another one but the trailer lights were not working- meanwhile the other trailer showed up, so we swapped trailers and finally left- took over an hour to do that plus the morning wait for the equipment to arrive

Our uhaul leaked during the rain and all our items including clothing and shoes got wet. We had to rewash and dry three large suitcases full of clothes. Items for my personal business were damaged in other cartons as well.

Location was fine. The truck was fine. What’s not fine is Uhual not fulfilling its agreement that I was going to have a rental ready the day before I got this one. After hours on the phone the contract gets canceled because U-Haul doesn’t fulfill their end of an agreement. This messed up my whole weeks schedule. Then after that I have to wait an hour and a half the next day because your app is terrible and I have to go through the exact same process for getting a rental that I had previous completed online and in the app. What is the point of doing all the precheck stuff that’s already be done by the customer if the customer has to do it all over again upon arrival? I’m pretty sure I should have refused payment after getting home but what’s the point? UHual will continue to let down customers and continue to not be held accountable.

The car trailer was amazing! I only have an issue with why a car dolly was not acceptable for a 3300 lb car? I was forced to pay extra because the rules are ridiculous. Other than that, I had an excellent experience.

I got my storage on Nov.4 2018 I paid all my dues and received a letter November 28 2018 saying I owed 200 dollars in late fees when I had only got the storage 2 weeks prior. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!
