I returned the truck in good condition and explained to the gentleman that I didn’t use the utility dolly and to be sure he took it off of my bill before he totaled it out. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t I showed him where the lock tie was not broken and I shouldn’t be charged. He told me he couldn’t take it off. I asked him to call the manager and he told me he didn’t know how to get in touch with the manager. I then asked him to call corporate and he said he didn’t have the number. I will not use this location again, he was rude and walked out of the store and left me standing inside without saying anything. I called customer service and a very nice lady took care of the issue.

We made an online reservation. We were sent a confirmation to a different location. I called and changed the reservation to a closer location. We went to the location at the specified time and it was closed. Since there were key lockers outside the location but we did not have a combination to them, we called customer service. After 5 minutes I was disconnected so we called back on my husband’s phone. Although we were told the location we were at should have been open, customer service coukd bot get in contact with anyone and we had to go to another location. The satellite locations that do not have enough inventory and are not open when expected inconveniences customers and negatively affects the uhaul brand.

We reserved a 5x8 trailer (because for some reason the website wouldn’t allow us to rent a 4x6 trailer- which is what we really wanted). We were given a 6x12 trailer because there were no 5x8s available- even though we had reserved one. The 6x12 was significantly larger than what we needed and was more difficult to drive. Kinda frustrating- especially for $300 on way (ouch).

The manager and the employee were both there, and they handled the paperwork quickly, and expeditiously had me out the door to do my tasks. I rented a pick up and trailer and was done in under two hours. I will definitely use their services in the future! Thanks U-Haul!!!

When I returned the vehicle there was a problem, in that the clerk found damage to the vehicle and attempted to assess the damage to me. Later that week I talked to a supervisor and he cleared up the matter and I was not charged, Good outcome!

Upon arrival I was refuse the keys . And then heckled by other customers . It wasn’t until I called roadside assistance that the employee acknowledged me and finally gave me my keys and let me leave . This was extremely frustrating because I had the confirmation number on the app and the instructions to collect the keys from the employee .

I was told 4x7 trailer was not available. When I got there it was so the agent charged me fir the 4x7 but insisted I take the slightly larger one. When I returned the trailer I was charged the higher price and the origi slightly guy wasn't very friendly! I've renting almost every weekend for the last 5 weeks. His word should have been kept/honored by him.

Potential customer using stolen email. This rental could be a fraudulent transaction. U-Haul advised of contract re email. I received a copy of the contract that was not in my name but used my email address. U-Haul should investigate to determine real identity/real email of renter.

TRUCKS BRAKES WERE HORRIBLE AND I PERSONALLY THOUGHT THE GAS SHOULD HAVE BEEN FILLED BEFORE I RECEIVED IT. I ASKED WHAT SIZE TRUCK OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR AN ITEM I WAS PICKING UP AND THEY CHOOSE THIS MONSTER TRUCK WHEN I COULD HAVE EASILY RENTED SOMETHING WAY MUCH SMALLER. I didn’t get his name but the employee who helped me check in and then return the vehicle after my move was awesome! He was experiencing some computer trouble which delayed my sign-in, but remained professional throughout. He was down to earth, apologetic, and helped me get checked in as quickly as possible. Moves are frustrating and these hiccups can make them more difficult, but this employee was awesome in keeping things cool and collected. Thank you!!

It took management and employees three hours to install the toll dolly. When I returned the tow dolly the manager wasn't there and the employee in charge was very disrespectful to us, he yelled and left the place without giving us the reimbursement. The manager didn't pick up his phone and I had to wait two days for a reimbursement, and the manager blamed me for the time spent in their location.

The windows both inside and out were so dirty that it was nearly impossible to see out of them, I had to clean them myself. Also No one showed me any of the features of this truck, I had to figure out for myself where the lights were, how to turn on the wipers or the heaters.

My reservation for a 5 X 8 trailer was for pick up on Sunday, 9/15/19 at 5 PM. I arrived late, at 5:45 but had called ahead and let the employee working there know that I was on my way. (The location closes at 6 PM.) When I arrived, there were two employees that I later learned from one of them, that they both have only worked there for two weeks. One of them was helping another customer and the other tried to check me in but was having problems with the computer. He sated that the other computer was also "down". The credit card "swiping" terminal was not progressing to the point of asking me to swipe or insert my card. (This seems unnecessary anyway, as my complete information is already in my reservation.) After several attempts by both employees, the time was a few minutes past closing time and one of the employees was on the phone with the General Manager, Ryan Nedd, who told him "The store is closed". They had him on speaker phone. I pleaded with him to let them finish with my pick up and he just kept repeating, "The store is closed."! Very rude and unprofessional. Choose another location.I use U-Haul from time to time, but not this location. I will never use this location again and maybe not U-Haul at all if I can find an alternate.
