This was the third location given to us. Drop off location for truck share was not appropriate. When too many miles out of our way to drop off the truck. There was a full service uhaul across the street from us but told we couldn't drop there. Will never use uhaul again..
Richard N.I rented a pickup truck on sat 25th. Reservation was 2:30pm i started the process at the desk at 2:53pm I returned the truck at 2:41pm on Sunday. I have been charged 2 days rental(19,95) and 2 days CDW (22) I did not have the truck for 24 hrs, and even if you go by the reservation time, I was 11 min late. On a Sunday. The person checking the cars in did not get to the truck until 2:57pm and so I was charged. Can you explain this please. I feel is should be refunded for 1 days rent and CDW. I have no problem with the fuel I owed for.

Went to WH Blvd for them to call this location and they were not open!!! Corporate customer service then sent me completely across town to the Grove Rd location! All this after I had made reservation almost 2 weeks before move date, and went by the WH Blvd twice!!! A very trying start

However, he did seem surprised that the facility in Virginia gave me a vehicle with a "check engine" light illuminated. I would be curious if the poor gas mileage was due to the check engine light, or the light was due the poor mileage.

I know in person I dealt with the male store manager and over the phone I dealt with a female. I also know in person I interacted with a African American woman and a Caucasian woman ALL were unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to this particular location. I've been a customer with Uhaul for many years and I've used them when I moved from the west coast to the east coast as well as north to south vice versa. I give permission to uhaul to look up my account and see how much I've used there company and never have I ever experienced anything like this location.

I told the lady on the phone when I made the reservations for my truck, & storage I didn't want anything on the second floor, and she booked it anyway. The people who work in the actual store were really helpful, and cool, it is not their fault.

Orvia G. | Premières impressionsMy experience, unbenongst to me started the day I rented. I was not informed that the storage unit was not at the same place the drop off unit was. The staff at the Uhaul on Grove Rd did not inform me either. There were weird vibes so before leaving the 4x8 cargo rental where the cust serv rep told me to leave it, I called the general customer service line. they worked everything out and informed me of everything. I was not to be charged for anything else other than the rental and free month storage. So, now that all my stuff is in this storage unit on Grove...the key card they give me NEVER WORKS. from the very first time. I cant get in or out. I had to visit my storage unit several times and each time the reps were slow and unwilling to assist in getting me in or out of the gate. A cust serv rep ended up giving me a code *2425#...one of the cust serv reps came up to me and insisted I inform him who gave me the number so he could find the breach in the system. Luckily the last time I went to gather all my things, the gate was open. I packed all my things and took them to Public Storage. This was such a bad experience.

My only other complaint is that I have a key card for the gate that I was given when I rented my original unit 100 which no longer works since I closed the second unit 123.
