We have been doing buisness with this location for the past two years and this is the first time we have had a issue. I received a damage charge in my cc. I know for a fact we did not cause the damage. I will be going to talk to the location today since no one called me yesterday concerning the damage or charge.

The online check in was very difficult and not user friendly. After reserving a truck, the location for pick up changed and we were unable to do any of the online check in. We finished the “express check in” on the way, but was unable to pick up the truck. Thankfully, this particular location opens early and there was someone inside.

Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a lot of people checking in and out. If you have that info in advance, it would be fitting to have additional staff. Otherwise, this was a great experience!

Put new tie down rails in the trailer I rented. Because of a broken board and poorly designed rails i had a difficult time tieing down my load. This caused me to break a plantation shutter and glass in several pictures.

The mileage is to expensive. I ask them not to debit my card until I return the van bk butbthey debit my card anyway for $100.00 dollars.

I made an appointment at 1 pm. The installer started his shift at 1pm also. By the time he came in and was able to get started it was 1:45. Why make an appointment. The installer was very nice but maybe have them come in earlier to be prepared for the day.

An employee came out to my car when I pulled in and checked the cargo trailer in and disconnected it for me. I never had to leave my car. He was very friendly and polite.

Truck we ordered not available,truck we were given was filthy (cab dirty and paint supplies under pass.seat), 1 1/2 qts low on oil and we had to make 2 extra trips to get them to correct oil problem. We needed 15 ft truck not 26 as were going to DC-I spoke to dealer day before to confirm, told we were ready and was not told they did not have 15 ft (we could have gotten one from another dealer).. Truck A/C quit working after we were stuck for 2.5 hrs on I-295 with broken radiator hose. Windshield wipers poor.Would never recommend U-Haul or this dealer again.U-Haul should have paid US to drive this truck for advertising . Only positive was the gentleman that fixed our hose from Rawlings(sp?) truck exit 8 I-95 in Va. My opinion is that we were given a truck that was not safe to drive.-- note, I am not a mechanic, just my opinion.

Only one employee in the building at the time of my arrival. She spent more time in "chit chat" with a customer at the counter instead of recognizing myself and other customers in line. Supposedly there was a 2nd employee on duty but that person never showed themselves while I was on the premises.

Horrible service, crappy equipment. My trailer looked like it had gone through a demolition derby. When I returned my trailer at 6:30. I was told to go inside (where I waited 45min and still was not helped) while my trailer was disconnected. I finally had to leave my contract with the only person I could find. I went to my truck and trailer was still connected. I still have NoT received my receipt. HORRIBLE!

Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Did get stuck inside the gate for the longest time (prior storm). No way to reach the front desk, so I almost had to jump the fence. Intercom not working.

Both manager and assistant manager have a very nasty attitude. No one ever answers the phone. I even called while in the store and it was completely empty and still no answer.UNFRIENDLY SERVICE!!!

When they physically moved units around, ours was facing away from the main area, & it took weeks for a fence to be installed. Then a low fence with no top wires and no cameras installed. NOT SECURE.
