My stay at uhaul was good until I decided to relocate for a cheaper storage. I had some things stolen from my unit. When I asked for help. I was told by tge general manager that he had to turn my complaint over to corporate. I have yet to hear from them. I had an antique cabinet taken from my unit.and would like to be compensated. It was a gift from my decreased mother in law. Which ment tge world to me. Can I please get a call back from corporate on this matter?

But since you asked, one guy ran across the street to find the truck that wasn't there for me to mobile pickup (I appreciated his attempt to go above and beyond). The guy inside made it right by giving me a truck. The gas was on E (please reach out regarding this) and engine light was on. when I got back to check in truck, my phone died so I went inside and the guy squeezed my arm to feel my muscles, which was inappropriate. The tech was giving issues so there was a bit of a delay so I had to hang around the guy even longer. Since I didn't have to wait much, I'd recommend this location with a warning for the weird guy.

Meyonda G | Premières impressions(Using the mobile app pick up)First I accidentally drove to the location from which they moved from it made me drive to the new location then back to the old location to pick up my truck when I finally drove back to get my truck my truck was blocked in so I had to drive back to the old location where they made me drive back to the new location to provide them the numbers that was in front of my truck (she also gave me the phone number to the new U-Haul center since it wasn’t updated on google) someone came out and moved the truck in front of mine but when I got in my truck the wipers were stuck from ice being all I them I had to scrape with my hands in order to see once I finished that I started to do the inspection to find out that they forgot the dolly that I paid for so I had to call back in which they told me they were all out this is all stuff that should have been completed before my arrival and or told to me while I was asking them to move a truck from my way.

AUDRA MFront tires on our truck were absolutely dangerously bald, with the drivers side having metal visible all the way around and passenger side having zero tread. I'd always assumed I'd not be rented a potentially deadly vehicle so didn't check prior to leaving Uhaul and when I noticed it after a very rough, bouncy, bumpy drive, it was time to turn it back in. We did notify the drop off location. Also, counter service was extremely rude, they didn't have the dolly we'd rented and when we asked for a solution he said "ain't my problem, cuz. I don't know what to tell you." We eventually found one at the U-Haul location we'd originally reserved at, before Uhaul randomly changed the pickup location. I'll never rent anything from this location ever again. Those tires are terrifying and when one goes, it'll flip that truck and kill someone. Absolute reckless endangerment.
JOEL DRental location stated they had just changed a tire and this was why the low tire alert and the tire monitoring system were alerted. 1100 mile trip and this never cleared off.

jerry sFirst, this was not the location I had requested to rent the trailer from. It was 20 minutes further away than the one near my house. Picking up the trailer was effortless and everyone was helpful (up until testing the lights). The employee checked the lights and said I was all set. I drove home before someone told me my brake lights weren't working on the trailer. Upon further investigation, I realized left blinker didn't work, left brake light didn't work, right taillight didn't work, when I applied the brake, the left taillight went dark and the right brake light was the only one that came on. I am certain the tow vehicle worked perfectly as I tow a camping trailer often. This made me concerned for my safety as I was driving on the expressway, and that I may get a ticket if a police officer were to notice. Overall, the location was fine and employees were friendly but the trailer was not well maintained.
Brian WAt this location they sent a one way truck that had issues. The truck shook and vibrated in the steering at 60 and up. It sucked gas like it was water. 14 gallons of gas to drive 130 miles. My trucks was 15 feet with only clothing and kitchen cookware all laying on the floor only. No furniture, no heavy items. I was not happy.

Which is great for someone like me who easily misplace things. The actual U-haul store is well stocked with boxes (and they have free ones!!!), tape and locks with codes which again is great for someone like me who misplace things or forget things like tape or boxes or what not. The staff… They are all amazing! I have yet to come in there and not be greeted with a pleasant reception. They are all very helpful and explain things nicely. I've been in there when a customer was rude. The issue was clearly the customers fault, but the customer didn't care and was fussing and the staff calmly explained and still assisted the customer so well that I commended the staff once the customer transaction was over. Oh yeah and the restrooms… first of all they have them!!! But most importantly they are always clean and stocked! Thanks

When my family and I went to load the storage units, I noticed that the units, as well as the main hallway, located in the c building was wet, and small puddles were in the units themselves. I went back to the main building to see if anymore units were available. There were Nono of the same size. The staff found me a bigger one down the street. While I figured it would be free because it was bigger, I felt that it should've at least been given to me at a discounted price. It was not my fault that the storage units were wet and not usable. I was not prepared to spend $150 and had to borrow the funds from my daughter because I really didn't have a choice. I've used you guys a few times to rent vehicles but when my rental is over I won't use your location again. I asked the staff if I would we receive a discounted price of the replacement unit was not going to be free and was told no.
