My stay at uhaul was good until I decided to relocate for a cheaper storage. I had some things stolen from my unit. When I asked for help. I was told by tge general manager that he had to turn my complaint over to corporate. I have yet to hear from them. I had an antique cabinet taken from my unit.and would like to be compensated. It was a gift from my decreased mother in law. Which ment tge world to me. Can I please get a call back from corporate on this matter?

I return my U-Haul truck I entered the building and the guy told me that the guy the check out the U-Haul truck was outside to go back outside I went outside and the guy outside was busy clean a U-Haul truck that was previously brought back by another customer and told me he did not have time to check me out and to go back in and get the guy in the office that wasn't doing anything to check me out I found it frustrating that I was forced to go back outside the rain just to go back inside and get the attendant to check me out kind of unprofessional and frustrated.

Jackie (counter clerk) was excellent in making sure we resolved the issue of trailer lights not working. She was able to get me into a truck, at a discounted rate, and was a pleasure to deal with. REALLY appreciate the service and flexibility!

Overall I'm satisfied. But since you asked, one guy ran across the street to find the truck that wasn't there for me to mobile pickup (I appreciated his attempt to go above and beyond). The guy inside made it right by giving me a truck. The gas was on E (please reach out regarding this) and engine light was on. when I got back to check in truck, my phone died so I went inside and the guy squeezed my arm to feel my muscles, which was inappropriate. The tech was giving issues so there was a bit of a delay so I had to hang around the guy even longer. Since I didn't have to wait much, I'd recommend this location with a warning for the weird guy.

(Using the mobile app pick up)First I accidentally drove to the location from which they moved from it made me drive to the new location then back to the old location to pick up my truck when I finally drove back to get my truck my truck was blocked in so I had to drive back to the old location where they made me drive back to the new location to provide them the numbers that was in front of my truck (she also gave me the phone number to the new U-Haul center since it wasn’t updated on google) someone came out and moved the truck in front of mine but when I got in my truck the wipers were stuck from ice being all I them I had to scrape with my hands in order to see once I finished that I started to do the inspection to find out that they forgot the dolly that I paid for so I had to call back in which they told me they were all out this is all stuff that should have been completed before my arrival and or told to me while I was asking them to move a truck from my way.

Miss Jackie and Mr Keith Love was so helpful and so patient with my needs and concerns!! They are always there to assist anyone that comes in.. My storage was nice and clean when I moved in and I received a lock and keys that was so nice of uhall to provide them..I cleaned it when I moved out! I recommend this location to anyone who wants to have a good customer experience!

Rude employees. Closed 10 minutes early.. maybe earlier. Watched them walkout while I was doing an online return.. rude attitude. Uhaul was covered in snow. Will just use a different location if I ever need a uhaul. Rather not support a location that hires people with no form of customer service. Terrible

The U-haul app was horrible it always has an error or glitch when I use it to pick up a truck. I also hit my head on something sharp protruding from the truck in the back.

Front tires on our truck were absolutely dangerously bald, with the drivers side having metal visible all the way around and passenger side having zero tread. I'd always assumed I'd not be rented a potentially deadly vehicle so didn't check prior to leaving Uhaul and when I noticed it after a very rough, bouncy, bumpy drive, it was time to turn it back in. We did notify the drop off location. Also, counter service was extremely rude, they didn't have the dolly we'd rented and when we asked for a solution he said "ain't my problem, cuz. I don't know what to tell you." We eventually found one at the U-Haul location we'd originally reserved at, before Uhaul randomly changed the pickup location. I'll never rent anything from this location ever again. Those tires are terrifying and when one goes, it'll flip that truck and kill someone. Absolute reckless endangerment.

Rental location stated they had just changed a tire and this was why the low tire alert and the tire monitoring system were alerted. 1100 mile trip and this never cleared off.

Both the counter person and the gentleman that loaded up my rental were both very helpful and accommodating. I screwed up and reserved a trailer from another location, when I got there they fixed my screw up and said don't worry we'll handle it. They got me a trailer and I was out of there in 20 min. No excuses, no sorry we can't help. Just let us handle it. Thanks so much!

The fees constantly went up. Checking in your all days. Checking out, nothing is prorated. I came in a few time and each the customer service was not acceptable. They are prepared to snap and give you the business.

I am upset because when I tried accessing the gate the monitor kept saying to seek attendant then it took 15 minutes to get help getting in as only one rep on site. The rep also lied to me and said I'd be okay to drop the truck I had rented here. I am very upset as I trusted him and he lied to me causing me to pay an additional 160. That employee should be reprimanded and the fee waived

Agreed to $15 safe travel insurance and was charged $30. Had it 1 extra hour then predicted and ended up costing an extra $40

First, this was not the location I had requested to rent the trailer from. It was 20 minutes further away than the one near my house. Picking up the trailer was effortless and everyone was helpful (up until testing the lights). The employee checked the lights and said I was all set. I drove home before someone told me my brake lights weren't working on the trailer. Upon further investigation, I realized left blinker didn't work, left brake light didn't work, right taillight didn't work, when I applied the brake, the left taillight went dark and the right brake light was the only one that came on. I am certain the tow vehicle worked perfectly as I tow a camping trailer often. This made me concerned for my safety as I was driving on the expressway, and that I may get a ticket if a police officer were to notice. Overall, the location was fine and employees were friendly but the trailer was not well maintained.

At this location they sent a one way truck that had issues. The truck shook and vibrated in the steering at 60 and up. It sucked gas like it was water. 14 gallons of gas to drive 130 miles. My trucks was 15 feet with only clothing and kitchen cookware all laying on the floor only. No furniture, no heavy items. I was not happy.

This U-haul storage facility it great! It's well lit , clean, drive upable, gated and has 24 hour access with a keycard or code. Which is great for someone like me who easily misplace things. The actual U-haul store is well stocked with boxes (and they have free ones!!!), tape and locks with codes which again is great for someone like me who misplace things or forget things like tape or boxes or what not. The staff… They are all amazing! I have yet to come in there and not be greeted with a pleasant reception. They are all very helpful and explain things nicely. I've been in there when a customer was rude. The issue was clearly the customers fault, but the customer didn't care and was fussing and the staff calmly explained and still assisted the customer so well that I commended the staff once the customer transaction was over. Oh yeah and the restrooms… first of all they have them!!! But most importantly they are always clean and stocked! Thanks

This uhaul clerk held us hostage by refusing to tell us how to open the gate or opening it for us. The video will show me, a 55 year old women crawling under the gate to ask repeatedly to be let out. Luckily, I'm a Christian or I would sue the pants off of you and file criminal charges for holding me against my will. My grandchildren. Ans daughter will testify to that as well as the video. When ever I go to this uhaul facility they are all very respectful an patient with me an my family. We had a extra charger on are credit card right then an there of course we were like not calm!! But not rude or ignorant either we called Uhaul an spoke to Mrs Tam the manger an she helped us understand the charges an how the company not her facility made a mistake. She told us what to do an 3 day later the money was put back on our card!! Thank you Mrs Tam an your staff for always being kind an helpful! I have becoming to Uhaul for years! Miss Tam as a manger has always had patience when dealing with a lot of customers she can be so overwhelmed at time but she never let it interrupt her professionalism at all!! Every time I went in there it was always a lot of people an she tries to takes her time with every single person an that's hard if she the only one in there. She has the young ladies an the young gentlemen an the other guy who help to get the trucks the tarp an etc. If I could give her 5 stars she would get an extra one as an manger she does a terrific job.

I had two 5 x 10 storage units reserved for 6/26/21. They were free for the first month. When my family and I went to load the storage units, I noticed that the units, as well as the main hallway, located in the c building was wet, and small puddles were in the units themselves. I went back to the main building to see if anymore units were available. There were Nono of the same size. The staff found me a bigger one down the street. While I figured it would be free because it was bigger, I felt that it should've at least been given to me at a discounted price. It was not my fault that the storage units were wet and not usable. I was not prepared to spend $150 and had to borrow the funds from my daughter because I really didn't have a choice. I've used you guys a few times to rent vehicles but when my rental is over I won't use your location again. I asked the staff if I would we receive a discounted price of the replacement unit was not going to be free and was told no.

Y’all charged my card the NEXT DAY after I retired the truck in for a extra day saying that I just returned it today this morning at 6:53 am and that’s not true and now my bank account is overdraft because you charged me for something I never should have been charged for and I’m very unhappy
