Michellelorraine P.When you say “reservation guaranteeâ€, most of the time that means your reservation is guaranteed. Apparently to you, that means “we give you $50 if you don't get your truckâ€. You fucked me over, like really bad. I verified multiple times the days leading up to getting the truck, and when I went to pick up the truck, you didn't have it. In fact, nobody in the area had a truck for me. When I arrived to get the truck, the facility called the woman who had it who said “I'll be dropping it off in a half hourâ€. Since I was dropped off at the uhaul to get the truck, I waited for the truck to arrive. 1,5 hours later, she was called again and she said “it's going to be several more hoursâ€. So I basically just stared at a wall for 1,5 hours for absolutely nothing. I am never doing business with uhaul again. You fucked me so hard by lying about my reservation. I had a lot of things lined up, that all ended up being thrown out money because you didn't hold up your end of the deal. The compensation you offered was a slap in the face. Clearly you don't give a shit about your customers.

Archie D.I was given a different total after I arrived. I wasn't given a combo price for my truck and tow like it was stated online and when I mentioned it I was told they couldn't do that. When I came back at 5 to have my tow hooked on to my truck the worker was very rude, had poor communication and tried to make me pay again insisting that it wasn't already paid for and when she realized it wasn't she didn't even apologize.

Terry L.Weren't ready for my pickup at the specified time. Had to re-do the entire reservation process including credit card, drivers license, date range of reservation, etc since this location did not have it properly recorded in their system -- despite fact that I did this all online. Customer at the counter next to us was treated rudely by the U-Haul staff and an argument broke out in front of us, including the customer pulling out their phone and videoing the U-Haul site manager.

Then say to leave the key in the vehicle and it's okay for the customer to leave if you are going to inspect the vehicle late then charge a $30 fee for an extra day. I ask for the camera to be check but I'm being told the person I have to speak with isn't in this is the 2nd day.

Once I came to return the truck it was 30 minutes after the store closed so I needed to use the 24/7 return service offered online. I was unable to do this because it kept telling me that I had nothing to return. Even when I looked up the order number it told me it did not exist. I am assuming this is because of the incident with the first truck rented to me. I will be calling customer service if I am charged any type of fee for it needing to be checked back in by the employees.

Joan F.Pam is great and very efficient. However, she is often the only employee that handles reservations and check-ins. She needs an assistant or someone else to help her at the desk. That location often has long lines and people waiting to be serviced. And she has to handle everyone in every issue alone and by herself.

When my family and I went to load the storage units, I noticed that the units, as well as the main hallway, located in the c building was wet, and small puddles were in the units themselves. I went back to the main building to see if anymore units were available. There were Nono of the same size. The staff found me a bigger one down the street. While I figured it would be free because it was bigger, I felt that it should've at least been given to me at a discounted price. It was not my fault that the storage units were wet and not usable. I was not prepared to spend $150 and had to borrow the funds from my daughter because I really didn't have a choice. I've used you guys a few times to rent vehicles but when my rental is over I won't use your location again. I asked the staff if I would we receive a discounted price of the replacement unit was not going to be free and was told no.
