Nothing comes to mind. Tyler at the U Haul facility was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and completed his work in a timely manner.

The staff were very helpful there but not too knowledgeable in Corporate Accts. I had reserved a truck online through our Corporate Acct. as I've done on multiple occasions. For some reason the truck was not in the system when I went to log in and complete the online check in through my phone. When I went to try and log into my corporate acct. and rent a truck it wasn't giving me the correct rates. We are supposed to have a flat rate, 75 miles included and then a mileage rate of a.59 cents for any additional miles. Sunday I was charged 88,06 for mileage that should be covered. This has been an ongoing issue and I'd like to get refunded for that amount.

I book a truck and a car hauler once or twice annually to carry a track car to distant race tracks. This past weekend, it was Rhode Island to Ohio trip, or about 12 hours of travel time each way. The UHaul team did a great job with everything lined-up. All I had to do was load the car and go. Same on the way back. And everyone was smiling. A truly pleasant experience!

Felt bad for worker he was only one there after 2 people were no shows and was running entire location, lucky to have him and u should give him a raise does an excellent job for you. Hope your company values it work might want consider better pay so people stick around

Originally wanted to rent a trailer w/ramp but I had wiring issues on my factory 4 way connector. He was very patient while I attempted cleaning the connector and unplugging and refitting. Although I was getting agitated with my vehicle, he remained calm and poised which helped me clear out my frustration. Then he went inside and brought out a 7way to 4 way adaptor which unfortunately did not work due to it constantly falling out. After several minutes with that we gave up and I left, thinking to find a garage that could take a look at my vehicle, only to turn around after a few blocks. Went inside and talked with the associate and he was able to get me into a 15' truck w/ramp that worked out perfect! I couldn't have been happier. The relax and calming attitude from the associate enabled this day to work out perfectly.

I had been with a different storage company about 2 years ago and their quality was very poor. When I started renting my unit at U-Haul I was pleasantly surprised by how safe and clean everything was. I will forever be recommending U-Haul storage to my friends and family, thank you for the great experience!

Yes the guy's were great! They placed all the furniture where it needed to go & made sure it was put back together properly I'm pleased.

when arriving to pick up a trailer, the tire was flat. I had to call the roadside assistant to have them fix this as there were no other trailers in my area. The roadside assistant was great and had a service tech out within 45 minutes.

The technician was very efficient and the installation went well. The staff is friendly. The installation was on time and in fact it took less time than estimated.

People were great, truck was newer and had a few creature comforts in cab. Everything worked to plan, the truck cargo area could have been better swept out, some rocks and metal pieces from last load were still present, and we did not recognize this until it was too late - and it damage the bottom of some boxes during out move. Otherwise, all good.

The return keys box shouldn't show on the app to return keys specifically. Not easy to navigate I didn't see no return key on the app

The unit kept shutting off on the highway. It shut off 4 times going 55mph. The truck, 08 F , needs to be checked. When the truck shut off, it was extremely hard to pump the brakes to spot with a loaded 26 foot truck. Unacceptable!!! U-Haul should reimburse me for my delays and safety. I've been renting since those truck were the GMC manuals. I'm pissed and disappointed with the equipment this time. Penske might be a safer option.

I have had 2 hitches installed here now. The installers are always professional and helpful. All questions are answered and they do an amazing job. Will be back for all future hitch needs.

Non-working air conditioner in 98 degree heat for 4,5 hour drive. It was literally and physically nauseating. They gave a measly $50 credit. They should be embarrassed.

Though when I dropped the trailer off, it was not checked in and I was called the next day asking where the trailer was, however after mentioning it had been returned the day before, the staff located the trailer on site and did not charge me for the extra day.

Easy location with very informative signs detailing the return location. I arrive 15 minutes before they opened but they took care of me. Very simple return. Great staff. Had the return receipt in my in-box before I got home. U-Haul app is great too.

Staff was awesome. Charlie McCormick was very helpful when my key got stuck in my lock . The storage facility was immaculate! Smelled clean as well . We have only ever used one other facility but the difference was like night and day . My daughter even commented how clean it smelled and how clean and shiny the storage building was . The staff was amazing the 3/4 times I had questions or needed assistance. Would highly recommend

The staff here are absolutely the best at what they do. What's more, they are quick with information about things I may be looking for as far as merchant's in the area. In my work I use storage units in different areas of New England all year. These people go above and beyond their jobs for the customer.

Only one thing I could complain about would be the prices.there is some places offering the same storage for a lot cheaper.$205 for a 10/10 is a lot I found other 10/10 climate controled for 125$ so if u haul lowered the price it would be a 5 star storage place.

Tom Sullivan Is one of the best Managers I have seen. He was very helpful in supporting me to reach my storage needs. He answered everything I needed. Provided Etiquette After hours help and was just Overly Professional. I recommend all come to UHAUL they provide the best service. I have had poor experiences with other company's. 5 stars in my book

I don't know the mans name who checked me in. He is amazing, you do not see customer service like that anymore. Hekindly shwed me the storage options, I am so glad he did. I would not have been happy with the first storage unit. Then I came back and needed to back out of a tough spot. He offered to direct me so Icould get out. He made this experience for me amazing. I went on Sunday at 5pm and the sliding doors would not open so it was a little unclear when that is accessible. Also made it difficult to be able to bring bins in one at a time with only the single door access. Thank you so much for having the lock ready for me inside the unit!

I rented a trailer on Florida, drove it to Warwick, and got a free storage unit for a month. Everything was excellent.

Large access door was locked at 7 pm, well before 10 pm end of general access time, meaning large items could not be moved through only other access point - a standard doorway. Never told about this limitation at start of rental. Huge inconvenience. Price of rental was a bit steep for size, but facility was very clean, convenient loading docks for truck or car, unit always kept at a cool room temperature, and video security. Would be 5 stars except for restricted access through large door.

Professional, clean, secure environment. Set it all up online, showed up and it was ready. Recently went in to remove my items and eventually close my storage unit on a weekend. Nothing wrong just found a spot to live with more storage. The next Monday they called asking me if I cleaned out my unit and would like to close my account, before I had an opportunity to go online myself. Couldn't have been an easier and more pleasant experience. It was also comforting to hear the staff are checking the units frequently too and checking in. 10/10

Still have two other units at the same facility, one of them for almost 20 years. Although the employees and managers have changed over time, I've always been impressed with both the facility and the help I've received.

Over the 7 years we had our units, here are my comments: --Four rate increases in last three years (50 percent) - too much to pay for storage. This was the main reason we left. --Change debit cards twice, and both times the transition was bungled despite prior notification. --Closed out unit in the middle of the month and there was no pro-rated refund. Staff was helpful during close out despite elevator problems.

I was charged a late fee when I did call the store and tell them the bank cancelled my debit card because there was a fraudulent charge on my card. It was not my fault that it takes 7-10 days to get a new card. I called Uhaul as soon as I received the new card.

The office personnel who checked me in were very helpful. When I returned to empty the storage, however, one the office persons was closing the door when I arrived and asked if there was a restroom I could use. He informed me that the storage building had no restrooms and that they were closed. I would have delayed them 2-3 minutes at the most. It took me much longer to find a restroom nearby before I accessed my unit. Basic kindness goes a long way.

Your younger staff is rude and obnoxious. Very cocky when answering questions. I own 3 businesses and I would not have anyone in my office that acted or commented the way they do. Spent a lot of money in your facility. Service was horrible
