I was charged for an additional day's rent even though I returned it before the fourth day. I called and they credited the additional charge.

The only thing I can say is the lady that helped me at the time of picking up the trailer said I'm sending you a text but didn't tell me how to use it or what it was for. So when I got home I opened it and it was to take pictures of the trailers condition. I just wish that was explained as of a more important thing.

Originally set up pickup at Quaker lane NK. Was not told when renting that this would be a “by phone” rental. Got to the site to find no one on site. After figuring out what to do I went back to site. With the combination of poor wireless and your cumbersome procedure, I was there for over an hour. After numerous, attempts to upload items and getting approval, I finally got my code to the key box. Yup, more torture as the lockbox was jammed and did not open. All this time, now over an hour, I was online chatting with one of your customer service people. Smother delays between her responses wasted more of my time. After I told her thekey box would not open I heard nothing from her. I finally went home with no truck. At home I called the number next to the “ I cannot get my key”. The customer service rep was excellent and switched me over to west Greenwich. The live body on-site was excellent and had my truck waiting. Final synopsis: I am tech savvy and your system absolutely tortured me and wasted 1/12 of my time not to mention the travel to west Greenwich. I can imagine some poor bastard who has limited knowledge of phone expertise completing this procedure via phone rental.

Curtis and Ozzie were great. Made multiple trips to the location for packing supplies as I prepared for the move. Everytime they were kind and helpful. They made the daunting task of moving much less intimidating.

Associate Curtis was extremely polite, friendly and genuine. He greeted me as soon as I entered the facility even though the front door was several yards away from where he was sitting. I would strongly recommend this location. Best u-haul experience to-date.

I had never been to this new location and I was greatly impressed! The building and space was beautiful, clean and well lit. Plenty of parking and easy to find location. The 2 staff members that I worked with were SUPER NICE, welcoming, polite, full of tips and helpful information. I would never go back to the local gas station again. This headquarters is just STUNNING and the staff exceptional! Thank you, Christine Ryan

The elevator set up is poorly designed. Storage is on the second floor however the elevators are extremely small. They close way too quickly especially for moving large items. These elevators should be larger than a regular elevator to move people considering its for moving larger items in and out of a storage unit. Freight style elevators would be much better for a storage facility

staff is the best.. Facility is ridiculously BAD, Elevators and stairs? tripled our in / out time. the free month was good though...Kaitlyn was just outstanding helping us figure out problems, she deserves a higher pay and position...

A hidden gem. I knew the facility housed a U-Haul corporate office but had no idea it was also a brand new, full service U-Haul rental and storage center! General Manager Curtis provided excellent customer service. Just one recommendation: Paint the building orange and letter it up like your other locations!

Although it was not a big deal, I did have to clean the windows on my rental. I'm surprised this wasn't noticed because the windshield was very dorty.

you are asking the wrong questions. None of the problems I was experience was due to the location. The problem was the manner in which my request was processed, the misleading ads to sneak extra fees on your bill, and the difficulty in reaching customer service (cutting 45 mins into my allocated time with the vehicle). The user interface on the Uhaul site is very diffiuclt to navigate and was confusing.

Corporate needs to communicate with the scheduling departments better to know when the locations actually have delivery availability rather than letting the customer know 2 days prior when both sending and receiving the uboxs that the day you schedule is unavailable through delivery

Instead of working with me on the point of contact person who - these days is obviously not going to answer right away due to the fact there are many spam calls- the verification rep names Victor just closed out of my chat and progress- there was no explanation, no working with me, and not enough info on how this whole process was supposed to work in the first place. After panicking and calling - I once again didn't get straight forward information. Was told I needed to start over again and again even though all I had to do was just go back to the reservation. No one attempted to understand or help more than what I'm sure their job title deemed necessary. Will not be working with uhaul again after this

The transition of pick up and delivery of our 15-ft truck rental was extremely easy and went smoothly. Received perfect instructions on the expectations and the truck was very clean. We also received exceptional and friendly service from Ozzie Caldeira.

Loging into my account was fine but it couldn't find my location in that area. I had to call the 800 number I was on hold for over 20 min. Then when dropping off rental it asked for my location again. It couldn't find my location to drop off rental. I had to call 800 number again and it took over 10 to get through. I won't do no contact pickup again. I would rather go to a location with a representative to help me.

The truck was not cleaned and had cat fur all over the floor and passenger seat. I am allergic to it and had to clean and drive with windows open on a cold day. There should be compensation for this. I have pictures. Also, thank goodness for the customer service rep I had to call as the booking agent did not explain the effort it takes to finish the process. Over 35 minutes. Tom. 401 440 5101.
