Truck needed work. They couldn't find the right truck and then couldnt find the right keys. Took an hour before we could leave uhaul store , and so that took a hour away from our rental time. This location needs customer service training. Especially the manager, Letecia.

The truck was out of alignment and it took us 5 hours from Houston to get to Dallas. It was a nightmare. I will never rent from uhaul. I was also upset they had me walking all the way in back to pick up the truck and my price went from 230 to $340. When I went to pick the molly trailer later the same day they try to charge additional $11.00 on top of the $340.

Just smile be friendly and hear out the customer. Be patient and verify information like phone number. My number was incorrect so my information was going else where. Also for 4200 Denmark have a personnel available that is cable of release rentals from reservation. This made my entire move inconvenience. I had to find new movers my 12noon move ended up Starting after 5 pm til 538 am with myself +1. I used 42 extra miles just for picking up and dropping off moving truck. I always use uhaul and recommend use this was my worst experience. Thank you

This location was great! The location I drove from was not. I called in advance, used my credit card to hold a trailer to use for two consecutive days. I arrived 1.5 hours after I told them I would be there and my trailer was unavailable. The attendant informed me that I didn't show up on time. I asked her if they bothered to call in the event an emergency came up she said no it' not company policy. So I had to drive 30 minutes away which put my day farther behind when I specifically told the lady I wanted to reserve the trailer for two days. I will never use that location again.

I call to make my reservation and the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. When I got to U haul to pick up my dolly the cashier was very nice and accommodating. When I returned the dolly the gentleman was very nice and accommodating. So the team at the 2720 FM 1960 E location offered me a GREAT experience with Uhaul. Thank you!

This Saturday i went in and it smelt like spit inside. I didn't feel comfortable that the rep could not use his "work cell phone" to take a picture of my ID and he ask an employee to use his personal cell phone. Then when i was given the key for the van rental, there were 3 vans parked next to each other. I ask which one of the vans the key was for (it was pouring rain) he said he didn't know to try them all. Of course, it had to be the last one I tried. I just moved to Woodcreek and was happy there was a UHaul so close, but I will not use them again.

Worst uhaul store not pleasant at all.i rented a trailer to pull my car the trailor tore the bottom frame from my car and a plastic piece from under the bottom.the uhaul truck was shaking bad from Houston to Louisiana. Had to call roadside assistance to be on stand by.i have never ever had a problem before.but bringing damage to my car from a car trailer is not good

The fact that they do not tell you about their hidden fees is ridiculous, and then they have the audacity to charge you twice AND blame me for not being aware is beyond me. Will definitely not recommend. Save yourself money and a headache with moving on your own or with another company.

Make sure your hours are posted correctly on web site. This location was listed as opening at 9:00 am on Sunday morning, but when I got there for a 10:00 am reservation a few minutes after 10:00, there were several customers waiting outside for someone to open up. Otherwise, reps were friendly and efficient!

When I arrived the towing trailer excepted pick up time was 6:00pm and not 1:30pm as requested. They did work on getting me one sooner. However, Brandon Rojo refused and made no attempt to research the value of the trailer so that I could properly insure it. I was upset that the trailer was not ready and then he could care less on finding information on the value of the trailer. He then demanded I leave and refused to finalize the rental of the trailer. He claimed he had the right to refuse me service. I asked for the manager ad she finished processing the transaction. All of these problems could have been resolved. First the representative that made my reservation could have explained the trailer was not available at the location chosen. The staff at the location could have been proactive and called me. Last, U-haul can make the information available at all locations regarding the value of the trailers and trucks. This way the client can properly insure it. The cost of the insurance was not an issue. I just didn’t want to under insure or over insure it. I called U-haul customer service but received the same information. No one knows the value of the trailers or trucks. They claimed some one would be emailing me.

This U-Haul location was wonderful. very professional. very nice. My comments are not a reflection on them. I selected a U-Haul location on Glenmont. This was 5 miles from my location. Instead, I was then given a location 17 miles away (in Houston traffic). Unacceptable. I called and asked for a closer location. I was given a location on 1501 W Little York Rd. The truck assigned to me had a cracked windshield, the oil service message was lit, and the truck had not been cleaned and had trash in it. The UHaul rep told me that it had been out of service for oil; but it then came up as rented to me. The UHaul location looked like a junk yard with multiple engines lying around the yard. I was given zero paperwork/contract and the cracked windshield was not noted before I took the truck. I was under a time restraint for my movers. But I returned the truck and requested a corporate location. It was wonderful. I was very disappointed in my run-around with UHaul.
