Not please with my experience
Angela BJen or Jenna (blond hair)whatever her name is I am value & loyal customer rent an return the trucks with no issues. She treats me as if I am some kind of person that does illegal things with the trucks she talked to me in a way like I've done something to her I had a nice couple behind me defend me an The manger Christian sucks he did nothing to defuse the situation not even step in he took her side without even her what was the issue the couple behind me once again had to jump in an defend. I don't want to bring up a race issue but I definitely felt like I was profiled by her. An yes the couple was white so if they defended me you know there was a issue.Me running my own business customer service is a big thing to me as I tell all my employees.

Chandra GI came to check my unit one day and noticed my locks had been changed by the facility manager. When I went to the office and asked what happened they told me the unit was found without a lock on it so they put a new lock on it. However, I noticed that the complete lock assembly had been switched out, and I had never been notified.

Shalonda HOverall I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that I received from U-Haul. I was sent to 3 sites and had to leave without a truck. I reserved a dolly to move large, heavy bins from my home to the truck and to storage. Yet all of the dollys were rented out at each location even though I prepaid $98! It was beyond stressful. ABEL MI moved out on 2/24 only to find rat pee stain on my couch and pillows along with torn furniture. The manager was aware and never called me back as a follow-up! I had to get a new sectional. I paid for insurance and they told me I didn't have any! This was the worst experience!

The only two thing I would have liked added to the truck would be cruse control (but I think I understand why y'all might not want to have that) and a cd player built in to the radio ( like listening to books on cd while driving). Scott G | Premières impressionsLance the GM allows ppl to go into your storage. He cut the lock off of my unit after him and I both changed it so that a certain person wouldn't be allowed in. He still allow that person to obtain a way in to my storage and take all of my belongings. Then when I came to pay my storage the following month my lock was changed AGAIN without my consent due to the fact he allowed ppl to go in my unit. He then lied when I told him my key didn't work and he said that he couldn't do anything until 1pm it was 11:30 then he's a horrible person and a liar. For him being the GM he is very unprofessional.

The only thing I would add to the truck would be a sticker above the gas tank indicating Gasoline or Diesel. I thought gasoline but called the store store to be sure. Some people wouldn't bother to confirm and put in what they thought was correct. Lastly, the staff on duty was I returned the vehicle were nice, helpful and friendly. Thanks

Maurice P*The boxes arrived with blankets inside, unfolded in piles and I was told in order to not get charged extra I needed to make sure they were filled upon pick up. *When I scheduled the pick up, they were to come two days later. When they didn't show, I called to find out why. The same clerk said that they tried to call me. I said that is not true. She admitted it wasn't. Fork lift driver Jocelyn was the BEST part of the company experience. She was on time, great customer service, and did her job very well in placement, and pickup. The boxes are okay but not in great condition. I will say that the shipment was faster than expected! Very fast! Most of the staff was friendly with one exception. I felt that the problem could have been that they overbooked and the delivery and pick drivers aren't given enough time to follow the schedule. My suggestion would be for the company to talk and listen to the drivers and accommodate them to serve the customer better.

Elizabeth SMy U-Haul has pretty quiet and paper cups the alignment was way off literally had to grip it really hard we're both hands in order for it not to drift into the other lanes I literally thought I wasn't going to make it where I was going I can tell the U-Haul had been wrecked and like boy friend no maintenance have been done on it
Angie JThe outbound process and location were great. Using my contracted movers in Houston was a plus. Using Uhaul movers on the receiving in was not a good choice as they were handlers and not professional movers, arriving with no equipment. This was noted when delivery date but made no sense when unloading two containers of 50-plus boxes and some furniture.

The staff are genuinely helpful and polite, and this UHaul location is fully stocked with available units and moving transportation options. I rate this UHaul location EXCELLENT. 5 stars!

SHERAMIE V | Expérience généraleUnit was clean. I began moving in at night. I came back to finish and was attacked by Bees. I was stung in my chest, behind my ear, my hand and leg. My helper was stung in the back of his head. I had to drive to the office. The manager was great, he offered to move me to another unit. But this is was 75 % filled with my property. He gave the ability to buy spray. This added miles to my uhaul truck rental. The local store bug spray was not effective. We were still getting stung. I had to make other arrangements and store the rest of my belongings. That also added unnecessary miles to my truck rental. Cut into my truck rental time and time management for my helper. I had to pay him extra for all the inconveniences!

When we were unloading the truck at my new house, there was one in the truck that came out of my things. There was debris on one of my couches where they had been in the couch and shredded some of the stuffing from the couch. I pray that it was the only 1 in my stuff as I moved into a brand new house.

A few times when I was at the units late I felt at ease. Overall it was clean and there were carts and dollys to use. I had climate controlled units and I felt that it was worth it.

Upon return I had 2 large boxes and agent on his own came over to help. It was nice I felt secure going in and out. Close of business agent came to check on me which was perfect timing because I didn't know how to put the lock on. Both agents were exceptional. Thanks it's well appreciated.

I had a card that said 2306 and on 12/2 put in the door and it said Keysha. When I told hm the 10×7 was my unit, he gave me a smaller unit 2603. I questioned him and he became angry and lied saying he hadn't the larger unit since Oct. I rented mine on 11/17. I returned the smaller unit immediately. Never will I set foot in that facility or recommend it to anyone. I prefer the 2920 UHaul facility.

Fortunately, they have been nice enough to work with me and reverse the fee the one time I was late. I greatly appreciate it and their customer service!

I stayed that he was wrong in his assumption and asked why would I do that. His response was, they do it all of the time. At thAt point I lost it! The nerve of him to accuse me of something that I hadn't done. When I got a break from my work, I drove back over to your facility to explain to him that he shouldn't ever accuse someone of wrongdoing if you don't have the backing of solid evidence. I told lock with me to show him that it hadn't been cut off. I don't appreciate him saying that an told him that my phone records every conversation that I have because it's my work phone. He defamed my character and I don't appreciate it!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable..I also like the fact that this facility has an alarm on each individual unit. Thank you U-haul for a wonderful experience

It would have been nice to have a motorized cart for the elderly. Seniors should be offered priority on easy acsess units..... Other than that, excellent service.
Johnny F | Premières impressionsI stored my things from 2016-2020 the increase every few months for "pest control" was ridiculous especially when I cleaned out my initial unit 219 and saw several dead mice. Some had eaten through some of my belongings. Then I moved to a smaller unit 226 because I only had a few things to store and after only being in that unit a month you charge an increase for "pest control" . Thank fully I no longer need your services because you definitely price gauge and don't deliver. My initial unit 219 was also broken into in 2017 but I was being upcharged for "security" and maintenance of the lighting and pest. What a joke

When I called to see what what was going on still not clear. Walked in and another lock was on the storage that wasn't mine I apparently got charged for. Had to talk to someone again. And 17 days later finally clear.
