When I went to drop off the truck they “key drop box” was not by the front door. I could not find it. I did not want to just leave the key and it get stolen so I took it home with me for the night. I was told to drop the truck off by 9. I had dropped off the night before because I was finished. I came before 9 to drop the key off and the employee was so rude to me. He snatched the keys out of my hand. And when I told him that I couldn't find the dropbox he very aggressively ran to the garage door and put the garage door down and started yelling and pointing at the key slot saying it's right there it's right there. I didn't even have to have the truck back until nine and I have the truck and keys there by 8:50. No paying customer should ever be treated like that. And I work in the customer service industry.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I booked at a specific location and was not contacted to confirm that the location was switched. I was sent to another location and told that they were open and they were not. I couldn't get in touch with anyone so I went back to the first location and they were so kind to help me get in touch with someone and was finally sent to a location that had the truck available.

I was double charged, we had to return the original closed in trailer as it was vibrating us all over the place, upon return found out that it was a one way. The wrong return time was on the receipt, the lady said that she would fix it i the system, I trusted her that she would and she did not. We picked up at 10ish, we told her 12 hours , she had return time of 8ish, when we dropped and checked out on line the fee was doubled. We did not finish the online check in. I had to take time out of my schedule to return and explain the situation. My credit card had already been processed for 2 transactions. We did not receive new paperwork on the second trailer but was charged for 2 trailers. I work from home during this pandemic and had to take away from my schedule to go up to the place to get it resolved

The first two times when I came in to purchase boxes, tape, equipment and to book my truck and services the young ladies at the desk were amazing. Very friendly and helpful with positive attitudes. The 3rd time on my moving day neither me or my family members had a good experience. Monica Durbin made the experience awkward. When we walked in she stared at my nephew whom is very tall and and black male. He is only 19 and that made him and I both very uncomfortable. He came into the location with me because he was helping me move. Don't know why she felt the need to stare at him like he didn't belong but it was odd. I think maybe this company should do a bias training for their employees. Also I originally arranged for 2 dollys. Her and the other gentlemen there @ 10:50 am on Friday 2/26 informed me that they didn't have any dolly's even though I reserved 2. I thought that was very inconsiderate of this location not to take reservations seriously because obviously that would be a major inconvenience to me, to have my movers move heavy boxes with their hands, which would ultimately delay my total move. Those 2 employees were very unfazed and unapologetic about the mishap. They just kept repeating they are all gone. Of anything the man was condescending and told me I hadn't paid for anything just reserved it. He then told me he'd check for another truck that had to go to the shop and was able to find me one out of 2. I had to go to another location to rent a dolly just because of the lack of organization at this location. When I told them this location ran out of them they thought it was strange and unprofessional. I've used this location when I moved 3 years ago without a problem but I most certainly won't be back.

Received the truck almost on Empty. Returned the truck the same day I rented it, when It was due Sunday which was 2 days later . I've rented 5 or 6 trucks in the past. Charged 29 dollars when I returned it at the same fuel level I received it at. No one could find out exactly why, charged my card 59 dollars for a late fee. I will never rent a truck from uhaul again.

I have had a storage unit at this location for years and they have always been super professional and provided exceptional service . it shows as I was seeing how they were training their new team member. I will be closing my storage as I am moving to a new house, but if I ever need one again, this is where I'll go

I called and told the office staff I was moving out and they told me I would not be charged and I was the day I moved out and they would not give me my money back. I don't appreciate it and it's poor communication and customer service. I would like my money back because it's not fair that uhaul had poor communication!!!!!!!!

Check tire pressures, 20psi in 1 and another was low as well. Trailer handled poorly, even after filling tires to correct pressure. Trailer was loaded properly, have never had an issue, many years of experience loading..

I was greeted like I was an old friend. I had to extend the U-Haul rental everyday due to the movers changing plans at last moment. I received my free storage and the staff was exceptional and very courteous to me. The female that answers the phone at this location is very professional and had the paperwork ready for me when we arrived. Thank you for making moving almost a pleasant experience.

I could not have asked for a more helpful and professional staff with my motorcycle trailer rental. Having been my first time pulling a trailer, they were patient and meticulous in explaining to me how to properly load and drive the trailer with my bike in tow. Great prices, excellent equipment and a helpful staff will bring me back for all my trailer rental needs from now on.

Make sure there is a strong enough battery that doesn't die on the renter twice. The roadside assistance takes 2 hours to respond.

I've always seen this facility and have rented trucks from them in the past so when I went to get a storage unit originally reserved with a different facility I went there by mistake but it was a good mistake as I feel I got a better deal.. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable..I also like the fact that this facility has an alarm on each individual unit. Thank you U-haul for a wonderful experience

The employees were friendly and courteous. It was such a long walk to my storage unit that I pulled a muscle in one of my legs. It would have been nice to have a motorized cart for the elderly. Seniors should be offered priority on easy acsess units..... Other than that, excellent service.

I stored my things from 2016-2020 the increase every few months for "pest control" was ridiculous especially when I cleaned out my initial unit 219 and saw several dead mice. Some had eaten through some of my belongings. Then I moved to a smaller unit 226 because I only had a few things to store and after only being in that unit a month you charge an increase for "pest control" . Thank fully I no longer need your services because you definitely price gauge and don't deliver. My initial unit 219 was also broken into in 2017 but I was being upcharged for "security" and maintenance of the lighting and pest. What a joke

Review and rethink your rental policies! As a hardworking PROFESSIONAL looking to rent a van for a few hours I shouldn't have to call my boss and interrupt their family time on the weekend. That's a very ghetto policy. I work with high level professionals and their personal time AWAY from work on weekends is valuable. Furthermore the self-checkout policy to avoid this problem was inoperable over the weekend forcing me to deal with a clerk that overcharged me for the rental. Based on this experience alone I'll do everything possible to avoid renting from Uhaul if this is what I have to deal with.

Very rude and hateful. Trucks everywhere and you could not even pull in safely. Lady in office was terrible! Had me walk around entire yard looking for her “little guy” to give the keys to. I would appreciate a call from corporate to discuss. This place is unbelievably bad.

The staff on 10/17 did not assist me efficiently as I would hope. I walked around searching for this elusive qr location code for more than half an hour. I kept coming back explaining that I did not see it, and that I needed to be somewhere soon.

This was the worst experience of our life. First the reservation wasn't what I put in so I had to pay more than expected. Then once we had the truck loaded it wouldn't start. I went to your website to get roadside assistance. That was useless. Finally I got someone on the phone at roadside assistance who helped us. Was told it would be 90 minutes. Turns out we had to wait 6 hours. Then when I went to turn the truck in they wanted to double charge me because we didn't bring it back the same day when we were told we wouldn't. I really doubt I will ever use UHaul again. The local people were no help. Horrible customer service.

Move out request was on 08-10-20. Was charged for 08-13-20 thru 09-13-20 when in fact my request for move out was before this. Got emails for late notice. When I called to see what what was going on still not clear. Walked in and another lock was on the storage that wasn't mine I apparently got charged for. Had to talk to someone again. And 17 days later finally clear.

Yall need a gate for the amount of rent people pay to store their belongings here. Your units are way overpriced. I got 2 storage rooms somewhere else for less than half of the one 1 had here.

The 10x14 unit we reserved online was no longer available when we arrived on schedule to sign the contract. We had to rent a 10x10 and will now need 2 units to fit our needs. Bad business practice!

The only suggestion I have is to include an upright dolly for customer use along with your flat dolly's. Some items too heavy to lift up from the floor when you have no upper-body strength.
