Because it had been freshly mopped the back inside of the uhaul was very wet and slippery. I had to try and dry it the best I could so that my furniture wouldn't get wet. Other than that it was a great experience!

The 800 number made my reservation for a location that was closed on Sunday and I was not aware good thing I called that day before I picked up truck so they sent me to the Wayne Rd location instead the guy working there was excellent tho

Computer generated availability of location with the right equipment is the worst experience from my 4 experiences with Uhaul. All attempts to reason that it is not logical for me to drive East 23 miles to Uhaul station while I was moving West when there was fully equipped station within 10 miles from my home. I had two drive extra 4x 23 miles. Once with my loaded car, second with empty truck and third time with the loaded truck and fourth time with the loaded truck with my car in tow on auto transporter. How you can make it better, DO NOT FORCE people to do what computer generated system is asking. Give chance to customers to come or call the station and getting set up all schedule by communicating and discussing details with Uhaul representative.

Keep enough stock of all items. Had to go to 2 different locations for my rental and still got charged mileage even though it was not fault. A little unfair.

Location is easily accessible, supplies were stocked. The truck was near the end of its life, but my scores are higher due to Ashley Long. I got a truck on a busy Saturday, after 2 reservations failed (1 budget, 1 uhaul) - I'm grateful- but really, her professionalism was outstanding. Bad weather, line of customers, slow computer systems, she was apologetic, sympathetic, courteous, but still business. In my opinion, you have an outstanding employee.

We ended up trying the UHual on Tel-Nine and were not impressed with the service at all. They were very disorganized and seemed to want to do anything but help customers. They were generally rude and I would never recommend that one. However, the UHual in Westland was the complete opposite and was a very pleasant experience. Even with them being understaffed, the young lady they helped us was a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to take care of our needs. I would recommend the Westland location to ANYONE!

Worst experience with uhaul ever. I hope I never have to use it again because it was absolutely horrible and I was inconvenienced. Horrible customer service and reservation process. I will be sure to tell others not to use uhaul because of this experience.

You charged for the “one tenth” of a mile I went over the limit. Possibly “grace” a mile for good business especially since I brought truck back with more fuel than started??

i always rent here, customer service is excellent . the only BIG problem i had yesterday was since this is a new location recently built they left a steel rod sticking out of a yellow stopper for the car parking lot and i hit it with my tire and it punctured the sidewall so bad, now i gotta spend 120 dlls to replace the tire.

This was the worst experience ever. The staff is rude and completely disrespectful. They processed my card for $105.58. Then have the nerve to tell me they don't see the transaction. When speaking to Corp. They tell me they they can see the transaction, but they didn't take it. I paid cash for my van rental. Yet here it is over a week later and I still don't have my money back. Plus was asked to give them 48 hrs to look into the matter. Its been 4 days and still haven't heard anything. We will never use Uhaul again after they way we have been treated and the fact is they stole money out of my account and refuse to put it back. We have used Uhaul for over 20 years and never again.
