Very pleased thus far. Truck rental has been okay but truck rented this week really needs new shock absorbers. Also, the middle seat in the cab for a third person was non-existent. Forced him to sit on the floor. The unit I am now renting is a replacement for a very poorly kept Public Storage facility at 11700 S W Freeway that keeps going up in cost and gives less and less quality service.

Change gasoline policy. Once you overfill the tank you can't get your money back. The trucks do not give accurate measurements until you turn it on and drive away from the gas station. Unreal makes you want to look for other options.

They didn't have the dolly I requested over a week before actually picked it up then I had to pay extra for the type of dolly they did have which was a complete inconvenience, the cashier acted as if he really didn't care at all ! I wouldn't rent anything else from this place at all

They should check the mileage to see if it matches the contract they are giving you before they give you the truck. The mileage of the truck they give me in the contract was way off for more than 129 miles over the contract is good that you make customers take pictures, but just keep that in mind when you go to the location as I just use it like for 13 miles imagine paying $200 plus more dollars. Don't leave the store without checking the gas and the mileage.

It took two days and two divverent cargo vans and it still wasn't right because when I drove 500 feet the low fuel indicator light came on and I had to immediately stop and get gas. The first van on the first day did not have a liscense plate and a police officer pulled me over but he was nice and didn't give me a ticket. When I tried to get back in the van I could not becaus the door was locked and the lock was broken out of the drivers side door so this old man had to go to the other side to get in and climb over the seat to get to the drivers seat which was not easy due to my age. It was a horrible experience and I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!! Also the store management got very loud with me because I registered a complaint and they were not at all interested in recieving it!! A horrible experience. Don't go here!

Only inconvenience is sometimes the storage would reflect that it was open online. But upon arrival, the storage would be closed, which was very frustrating and inconvenient when you're trying to access your belongings. But other than that, the staff were Amazing!! And Mrs. Mymica was very professional and kind.

I walked in the store in the worst mood; I had the worst day. The store manager Nika turned it around. She listened to me complain about my day and helped me turn my attitude around with great customer service. That small interaction made my day! Thanks to Nika!

They have to notify that the car has faults and check the engine because a car like that can leave you stranded on the road and create a problem.

When we first used the storage unit we were moving out of state we're on a deadline and the front office staff closed/locked storage buildings an hour early because they wanted to go home. We had no where to keep our belongings and had to throw away family heirlooms because this poor excuse of a facility. Only kept it because like I said we were moving out of state. So glad to finally be rid of this place!

The truck was dirty on the outside and only had half a tank of gas left in it when I got the vehicles. This was not my original preferred location but I was moved to this spot because my original location was not able to fulfill my order. This location was also farther away from me and in a more dangerous part of town.

Too many vagrants on property or near by trying to flag me down and my fiancé unwarranted. The staff that working inside were very friendly and helpful though. I was supposed to have a van originally but it was not available at my original pick up location, and was informed 30mins before pickup which made my move a nightmare as I could not park in my parking garage to unload and had to carry my stuff up a flight of stairs. I booked my original reservation 2 weeks before pick up and the fact that I was informed 30 mins before pickup limited my options and I was stuck. Had I know this I would have just hired movers.

When I got there the keys weren't in the truck but I was already charged $100.00. Customer Service said they were going to have to refund me and I would have to go to another location and pay again to get a truck. eventually I saw someone in the office and knocked on the door and she came out and handed me the key and said nothing and then shut the door and locked it, not sure what was really going on. I feel I should get a full refund due to the unprofessionalism. I won't be using these services again. Moving is already stressful and this made it 10x worse.

Just about every time I paid the rent it was some kind of hidden fee that I had to dispute ( not late fees). My unit C-16 was broken in twice in two years. The staff was not helpful nor management. Both times my unit was robbed either the cameras didn't work or not pointed in the right direction. The insurance refused to pay my the value of my property and I was forced to settle for $1000. I began to house my tools at home and rarely stored anything in the unit. My experience was less than ideal and I have more cons than pros when it comes to Uhaul and would not recommend to anyone.

Locks were placed on our Uhauls at this location, but keys were not sent to the destination or given to us, causing a delay in being able to unload our boxes. The keys should have been sent/given to us or the requirement for locks made MUCH more clear. I never heard of this before when ordering or reviewing my order.

The staff actually went out of their way to be unhelpful and rude. I never had an experience with the staff that wasn't dismissive. They were rude to the movers I hired to move the stuff out of my unit, the manager refused to talk to me over the phone and I had to call corporate to get in contact with her, and they rarely ever answer the phone on site. One of the other staff members tried to extort me out of $50 to cut the lock on my unit which he did not have the authority or the tools to even do. Cannot emphasize enough how poor the experience was.

The male manager was rude upon arrival and initiation by telling me I was "rude" for walking past him and not saying thank you as he blocked the entrance to talk to a staff member. When moving things into storage, there was a guy in a trench coat that parked behind my movers and I. He got out of his car and decided to badly walk toward us and our storage to view our belongings. We asked him if there was a problem but he ignored us and decided to walk back to his car after taking a photo of us. The first and couple times after we arrived, there was always alot(20 males) of Hispanics waving us down in the parking lot asking for work. It made unpacking uncomfortable as they starred us down and continously asked. Recently we had no problems and finally closed out our storage. Merci

Upon arrival before reviewing our information, staff didnt believe we were suppose to get the free month off after a one way from Mn. There is over 60 hispanic immigrants surrounding the uhaul facility and nearby store waving down customers for the opportunity to unload they're storage trucks. One guy stalked my husband from right outside the restroom, inside the employee gate next to the door to beg my husband to "help" us. They don't take "no' for an answer. While unloading, The immigrants and employees constantly stalked us to see what were unloading and to watch us. 2 employees, a hispanic young lady and man, and also a black guy in a trench coat, (also employee) and another chubby white guy in a black car. The blk guy walked by to nosy and to get the truck info while the white/hispanic guy looked around. They didn't leave until we did,(2hrs later) that is after they saw us back up. Very weird staff! The day before, the older blk, tall,manager blocked the door,as I was walking in to assist my husband. I said "excuse me" and walked by him. He decided to call me out by saying "that's rude" then proceeded to have a stare off with me to try to intimidate me. The other blk staff guy at counter obviously felt awkward. He was the one who didnt want to give my husband the 1 month off until the manager gave it to us. The manager eventually walked away and then later came in to tell his Hispanic lady staffer to "please stay inside and watch out" and left again with an attitude. The Hispanic guy checking out next to us was about to cut some locks on a storage or something but I'm guessing he was there to intimidate us too bc he knew the manager well. My husband initially didn't want insurance e on storage but after noticing the area closely, we decided to put some liability on our storage. The blk staffer was frustrated bc he didn't know how and asked the Hispanic girl to help. He made it verbally known that in the facility that 'at first we didn't want it but now we do'. Yes! We do bc I don't trust the staff or our belongings to be safe without it. Sometime this week, I will get the full liability and pay extra monthly for it. This place needs a uhaul in management and staff asap!!

The management and staff are very helpful, courteous and prompt. Being that the facility is open 24/7 365 days a year is a good thing for the customers. The main problem with that is there is no security after hours other than an outdated video system. We moved out mainly due to several thousands of dollars of equipment being stolen from our unit on 12/31/22. In my case there was no cameras facing the door for a better view. The existing cameras are way to distorted to even make out clear video of people, vehicles and tag numbers which does nobody any good including the police. There is no chance to recover any of our hard-earned losses. In my opinion the theft will not stop until U-Haul Steps Up to Provide the Correct Security Systems Including an Afterhours Patrolling Security Guard.

My storage unit was on the 2nd floor. When I arrived to remove my items, there was a note that the elevator was broken and to use the stairs. A staff person told me the elevator had been broken for TWO MONTHS. When I went to use the stairs, the door to the stairwell was locked. After a 20-minute wait, a staff unlocked the door. There is a big sign on the inside of the door that read: "Keep unlocked during business hours". This is the 2nd time I've experienced that door being locked during business hours.

I loved there customer service and very convenient for me and my husband, but there was one thing that I really didn’t know and one thing that was not mentioned what that if I pay a month and leave before my month ends I don’t get a reimbursement of what I don’t use, but other than that everything is as good.. It would be good to mention to the customers that if they leave before months ends they don’t get what they don’t use.

My travel trailer was stolen there Saturday, May 8th. I received zero help from the staff. I was told that a supervisor was "on the way". I waited an hour, she never showed up. They have cameras, but we could not see the videos, no cooperation whatsoever. Pitiful! The saddest excuse for a business. A joke. You lost a good client.

The only negative, and this is really not the facility, but the yard crew using the unit across from me blocked the entire driveway with several vehicles and they refused to move their truck from in front of my unit until I begged sufficiently. I let the foreman play his game because I did not have time for the fistfight.

Jonathan and Natasha where the very best managers I have ever come in contact with. And the rest of the staff is just as good. They are kind considerate patient and they all go the extra mile. This is what it takes to run a good business and have good relationships with customers. They have continuously helped me when I needed their help and they were very kind they treated me like family. And I have to say some customers were very rude but I seen these people present themselves in difficult situations and we're still nice and kind with difficult customers. I give this star this business 10 Stars.

I placed an order online as mentioned which stated office hours 9 am to 7 pm Access hours 9 am to 10 pm and considered one of the 24 hour access location. However, apparently there office and access hours are the same. They said I wouldnt get in pass 7pm. Strike one- I also reserved a 10' truck and unit along with a dolley. The truck was available however I had issues with the storage unit. I couldnt bring my belongings back after 6:45 pm , in which online only reservation available at multiple location for a truck was 7pm but Im not allowed to access the storage facility after 6:45 pm 樂 Why? The young lady had to contact her manager /supervisor to approve access after hours!! Strike two- The storage unit that I reserved for available which was a 5×5×10 however its was ok but I decided on something bigger therefore I changed to a 7×5 ×5 perfect for now. I go back to bring my belongings the door was open to access the inside unit however apparently you can only access units on the outside after business hours but not inside ok. So Im inside with belongings in hand and the unit I reserved for has a lock on it, wow!!!! i just spoke with the two employees on duty at the time and this happens so no unit and belongings with me. I reserved for 7pm to 11pm they withdrew the entire amount already from my account, paid in full no unit. Strike three- I get back to return the truck was unable to return online for whatever reason it gave me a message of not finding the location in which my location settings were turned on , so I came in the morning when they opened at 9 am which the young lady said I could return and it was on the reservation at 9 am. The line to return was long, social distance is out the window. There was only one person working and Im at this point over uhaul. My experience for the first time has been a nightmare, Is it Covid-19 or what

Everyone at this premier location is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. A fantastic experience. Well managed and CLEAN. Convenient front and rear gates, offering 24hour access. The manager, Jonathan Moreno, is excellent. Have always wanted to rent at this locations, finally did! 

The young guy working the Frin had passion marks all over his neck about 50 of them and he was very rude put his hand in my face and refused to speak to me but spoke to other customers!

Tell people in advance to bring home owner insurance policy number. Check in slow. To many references. The door to get into hallway for unit was locked. I was told at checkin they would unlock it.
