Had the arrangements made for 2 weeks with my card on file( or you wouldn't hold the truck). I got sick made arrangements the day before pickup with the lady that answers the phone, made her check make sure my card was on file and changed the person picking up(my daughter. She picks up the truck and the whatever behind the counter needs a cards for extra in case. Now I had already made sure they was a card on file twice before picking up. Now they have changed everything to her card. I know nothing will be done about. Cause it ain't the first time

This isn't specific to this location. I picked the option to call the number when I got to my destination. I received a call from some call center less than 30 minutes later telling me which drop off place to use. This happened twice. I wouldn't have picked the option in the first place if I already knew where I wanted to drop off.

I called the U-Haul number to let them know that I am running few minutes late because of an electrical problem in my car (I had to call AAA roadside assistance to jump start the car). The person on the phone told me that I would be charged an additional some $29 for changing the return time to an hour later, versus the cost of the trailer rental was only $18,95 per day) I asked her, will there be a difference in the charges for not calling to let you know that I am running late, versus just returning equipment few minutes late. She said no, the late charges will be same. I told her to not charge me and I'll deal with it when I get back. Later I received a call from the location at 5pm to inquire about my return, and I told her that I had called back earlier to let them know that I am running a few minutes behind. (apparently no communication was sent to the location folks from the customer service) I returned my rental equipment a few minutes late. The staff at the location was nice and courteous, and no drama for being few minutes late. Please note: I like U-Haul and I want to continue to use U-Haul services in the future and wanted to see your customer care improve based on comments like these. It may be a good idea for the customer service folks to NOT mention the late charges and fees when a user calling to let them know that they are being late because of a vehicle problem. Most of the U-Haul users are already stressed about the move and the last thing they wanted to hear is the additional charges. Folks who are not concerned about money & charges are not the common U-Haul customers right? They would be using a moving company and don't use U-Haul. Other than my unnecessary/courtesy call, the rental experience was smooth and fun. My order could have been ready at Lone Star Auto instead of sending me to this location that didn't have it either. I had to go get my car trailer in Oklahoma and this uhaul only had a quarter of a tank of fuel so I couldn't even make it to the other uhaul location without stopping to get gas.

They came out before I even got out of the pick up and we're ready to take the trailer

The female manager at that location was very very rude towards me and my husband. We had just got done cremating a couple of our close family members. We had unexpected things occur that was out of our control, and I tried to explain it to her and she said she flat out said she don't care and even threatening to report the U-Haul as stolen. And when we got to the location to return it we pacifically said we want to speak with a manager and do not want to speak with her. She came out by my personal vehicle and was being loud and being very rude. She finally gave us the main manager's phone number and my husband and I will call and make a formal complaint against her. And because of her and the way she treated us we will never use U-Haul again. And I have used U-Haul a dozen times before this and had no problems. We're still grieving over our last family members and she had no compassion at all. She actually has no people skills. We came in the previous day before we actually returned it and ask them if they can simply put us in another one, we even said it could be a smaller one we didn't care. There was several of them out there and she would not put us in another one. We could not go over 45 miles an hour on the highway where is 75 miles an hour because it was shaking so bad it felt like the door is about to pop open and and it felt like the truck was going to end up tipping over the whole time. And there was plenty of other vehicles out there where she could have traded and she was being very rude to us that day as well. And we was being as nice as we possibly could. And then she called me this morning and we've been very rude with me over the phone. I am a paying customer and I deserve respect. She shouldn't have never treated us that way and because of that we will never go through y'all again.

The young man that helped me was very accommodating to my needs. I had tried to rent my unit online and was not able to accomplish the task. He jumped right in and to see what I was looking at and help me to understand the difference between what I was looking at online because it was saying climate control and then indoor climate control and so it looked like it was actually two different things which he let me know that it wasn't and he got me in the unit and explained everything to me in details that I would understand. I don't remember everything you said just because I'm old but he was very helpful. I have my unit now. Ready to put my things in from Oklahoma this coming Friday. I appreciate it. His customer service. He was very patient. Very kind and very good listener and being able to answer all my questions.

The staff at the Kell location were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help, which was the opposite for the Call Field location. The trailer was dropped off in College Station, Tx and the staff there was extremely polite and helpful.

I only rented a Cargo Van for a day because my work truck needed repairs. I asked to pick it up on Thursday evening instead of Friday morning and was charged for two days without my knowledge or consent. I am very unhappy about this.

Wait time in line was long. 2nd time we have reserved a dolly and didn't get one. If somebody reserves items for use, Uhaul should make sure its available and available at the same location as truck.

Don't tell a customer that they can't rent something just because they are associated with someone that is not in good standing with you. If I'm in good standing with you, I am paying, and I am responsible for the equipment then I should be able to rent it period. I originally had my pick up location set up at "Phoenix Creations LLC" at 410 Virginia Ave, Wichita Falls, TX 76301. The transaction went smoothly and the lady working there hooked up my trailer and sent me off. Once I got on to the freeway to head back to my apartment the trailer detached from my truck. It thrashed around violently and fishtailed, smashing repeatedly in to the back of my truck. I managed to stay calm, coast, and bring the truck and trailer to a stop on the middle of the freeway while simultaneously avoiding other vehicles. This was an extremely terrifying event that could've cost mine, and others lives on the freeway. It also could have potentially destroyed my truck. My truck luckily made it out unscathed, but this was an unacceptable event that should NOT have happened. I was able to then load the trailer PROPERLY on to my truck in the middle of the freeway and return it back to the Phoenix Creations LLC. The wiring on the trailer had been destroyed and I was unable to use it and required a new one. I was then sent to the U-Haul location on Kell Blvd to get a new one. The severity of the situation that occured seemed to not register with any employee. No one took it seriously and no one made an effort to rectify the situation. I did not have time to argue or file a complaint at the time because I was in a rush to move out of my apartment that day. I find it ridiculous that I wasn't reimbursed for the vent that occurred, or at the very least been given a discount. I find it extremely irresponsible for Uhaul to have a pick up location where the staff can't even load a trailer on to a vehicle properly. I fear that this event might happen to others in the future who pick up from this location. I would like to speak to someone on the phone about this what happened and for this situation to be made right. Not only was this a dangerous situation that could've ended badly, but it was also a huge inconvenience that cost my precious time, as I was on a time crunch to leave my apartment and move to my new location. I am extremely disappointed with this experience that I've had.

I was supposed to have a 24/7 mobile rental but that didn't work. So we had to wait for them to open up @ 9. They didn't open til 9 on the dot, the guy was friendly but I would've figured that they saw the love outside and opened up. I was given a 15ft truck for a one way move, they gave me this truck almost with a 1/4 of a tank of gas knowing that I was going back to Lawton. They also didn't give me enough gas to go to my location, so I charged for 6 extra miles.

The amount of furniture pads is too excessive. There is not a need for that amount. The service in wichita falls Texas was above average. Once the boxes left and were in transit and arrival in Washington I began having issues with uhaul and its service.

Unit temperature was over 100*. AC system not working. Attendants didn't seem like it was a major issue. Hopefully next time we stop by the climate control is working.

I was easily able to access pertinent information (the code for entry, a layout of the storage areas, etc...) and had no issues moving my things into the unit. There was plenty of space that allowed me to unload without blocking other units and the complentary cart was super helpful as it reduced the number of trips I had to make between my unit and my car.

I needed a storage location for a very short period and I was very pleasantly surprised with the offerings and service at this UHaul location. I attribute the high quality of this particular UHAUL business with their manager (Mario Hernandez). Leadership like his is what makes the difference. And trust me, I probably have set some record for the number of UHAULs I have utilized in my lifetime!

The storage unit had a previous renter's lock still on the door. It took 2 days to get it removed, which required rescheduling my dropoff day and helpers to unload, which was frustrating.

Paid for the month and then moved out 10 days later. When I moved out I asked the lady if I get any of the money for the remaining 2/3 of the month. She just looked at me and said no. Nothing else. She was rude.

The Manager went above and beyond to help me when I was given the wrong storage unit at first and then I had a family emergency and couldn't come back for a couple of days then he fixed the problem and I'm truly grateful for his compassion and understanding as well as his patience with the situation.

I began my experience with UHaul in 2013. There have been several staff changes in that time and while some have been more helpful and friendly than others, all performed their jobs effectively. In event I am in need of such services again, I will specifically use UHaul.

Very professional. Very nice, courteous, prompt, and swift. Understanding of my issue with the other storage place being rude and sending me away. Helpful. Kind. The facility alone was good. Paid late so they locked me but paid 3 days later and they never unlocked me til I went there 2 weeks later

Online functions did not work. Facility would not answer phone. You took out money but would not let us setup the account. Then never answered the phone. This facility sucks.

Rude staff. Wouldn't even let me put a lock on my unit with out buying it from them. Then locked my out of my unit twice. All in only 2 weeks. Will never use them again.
