Your 9' cargo vans come in 2 different models. It would be nice if when making a reservation online we could put in a preference for which one we would like to have based on availability. First consideration should be given to those who made their reservations first. NOT who picks up at an earlier time.

Scott BTake better care of the equipment. The truck I was given was rusted, tires were awful, mirrors were dry rotting and headlights were junk. Truck needed an alignment. It got the job done but what is frustrating to me is the fact I paid the truck rental, mileage, filled the truck with gas and that is the quality of vehicle I receive. Not only that but the employee has the audacity to tell me I did not have the proper amount of fuel when it was returned, which I clearly did. Forced me to take the truck and get MORE fuel otherwise I was going to be hit with an additional $60 charge. I spent over $340 on the rental for a subpar truck and poor customer service. I have used uhaul many times in the past, but certainly will not be in the future as my business will go elsewhere.

Dave CYou could explain the part where if you just let the gas fill up the tank it will put in way more than you actually need to put in because of the overflow or something like that because that was not explained to me and I was told to fill it up whenever I brought it back because it was on for now so that's what I did I only went 7 miles and ended up paying $29 and some cents for gas... I spoke with them at the location about this and they said that it was my fault for not reading the paperwork and I just think it's wrong that they didn't explain it when people are coming to get a U-Haul they usually have a whole bunch of stuff going on hey man sorry to sit down and read every word on the papers and whether it says that on the papers or not I don't even know but I think that should definitely be explained
Desiree P1. There was a loud ear piercing squeal that seemed to happen only when the A/C fan was on 2. The brake pedal pulsated and the whole truck vibrated when the brakes were applied

John DNow that I've been through the process of taking all of the pictures and knowing how to do it, as well as not knowing specifically where to park the truck (after hours) on the return, it will be easier and less frustrating next time. The attendant could have asked, if I had rented from them before and if I was familiar with the checkin and return process with my phone. (60 seconds would have helped). Also, I should have asked but in 5 seconds she could have told me where the somewhat obvious place to return it was. Other than that a very positive experience.
Rick CThe steering wheel on the uhaul was badly aligned. It was sitting almost sideways for me to stay straight on the road. 15" uhual needs alignment bad!

Gregory KA/C in the truck was not working. We did not use it on day one so I didn’t notice day three I turned it on and noticed it was blowing warmer.

Brenda HHow does 7 miles equal to 2 gallons of gas. Thats crazy ridiculous. Getting charged for 2 gallons of gas for a 7 mile trip is not even possible. I will never rent from uhaul again.

Shaun BAgain very professional location in terms of cleanliness and overall attitude. With it being towards the end of the shift or seemingly to us with how tired we were. You’d never really know it from the staff the gentleman that helped us get the truck turned in was great.
Wesley CYes the U-Haul app was not working and had to customer service help. Also the lock box’s at the location have all the numbers are rubbed off. That made it hard to get the keys out they pad locks need replaced.

Aimee BI didn’t appreciate the girl vaping right infront of me while she was doing the post rental inspection and unhooking the trailer from my truck. Seriously, she could wait 5 minutes till I was gone to take a puff. Other than that it would of been 5 stars. The guy that did my rental and hooked it to my truck was great.
Matthew YIt was expensive. $19.95 plus the $1.ish per mile. Only used it 32 miles. With all the fees it came out to almost $100. Only had it for 3ish hours not even the 6 I needed it for.

Robert DThe app was not user friendly at all. I needed to drop off after hours and had issues signing in. It took a lot longer than necessary for returning. In addition to that, an employee showed up and told me not to bother doing any signing out on the app but to just let employees do it in the morning. It was all rather confusing.

Mark SFor trailers maybe you can provide tire chocks for when it is needed to remove the trailer for any length of time. I had to place a brick under the tires and set the trailer on a log so it didnt touch the ground. Was a little weird but it worked.
