DEBORAH J.I would like to see this location NOT forward inbound calls to the “Call Center†which is a unacceptable lengthy hold. I was told specifically by the rental agent that if I was going to be late returning the rental to call the number highlighted on the signed contract given to me. He told me that the call would ONLY be answered if i called after normal store business hours. This was not the case. It forced me to drive 30 miles to get to the location to extend my contract. ROY L.The staff was polite and the rental process was a breeze. While we did have a flat tire during the trip, the road service they sent out changed the tire promptly. The rental return, however, was miserable. The online system would not allow the photographs to be uploaded and the customer service agent on the phone was unable to assist. I eventually left the vehicle parked on the lot overnight, much to the consternation of the staff. I had counted on the reported ease of after hours return and it simply was anything but easy. The staff was a bit annoyed in the morning but after an explanation they quickly apologized and got us on our way.

EDWARD K.The "automated" check in process was a joke. It took me 25 minutes of waiting. It would have been quicker to go to the front desk. And when I talked to the front desk about speeding it up, they said they couldn't do it. Someone had to call a reference (my son, who was with me) and that could have been done when I set up the reservation. Frustrating that your technology slowed things down...high user friction.
