The attendant who helped me barely knew how to use the computer system for checkout and goofed up the order quite a few times. They additionally added features that I had not selected and increased the cost of my rental. The manager was not working, so neither employee was able to correct the problem at the time. I was promised the manager would call to rectify this the following morning, but they never did (almost a week elapsed then I called support myself). I will advise friends and family not to use this location, and potentially try a different service if I experience behavior like this in the future. I had to later contact support who issued a refund for the overages (which was very helpful via chat).

On checking they said the truck was returned with < quarter tank which caused a $29,75 fuel charge. The truck had > than quarter tank confirmed by general manager. Fuel charge was refunded but fuel credit was not processed because the truck was not properly filled at pickup. The general manager said she would fix this on Saturday but it was not done. On Sunday I texted her without a response. Also, the $18,38 fuel credit does not cover the 8 gallons at $4 each I had to provide myself because the truck was not correctly serviced at pick up. So besides not getting the $18,38 fuel credit, this is not the $32 dollars of fuel I had to provide my self so I do not get charged $29,75 for not bringing the truck back with a quarter tank.

The motorcycle trailer performed well but the wheels were very rusty and looked bad. They should be replaced or repaired.

The initial fuel level was inaccurately recorded in the bill. Although, I was compensated for it after I informed them about the inaccuracy, this has happened on previous occasions as well.

The lot manager, Ken was amazing. He helped us with equipment, made sure we had fresh fluids for our long mountain trip, told us about racket straps and tie downs, and gave us suggestions on packing. Can't say enough good about him and the facility. The rental was great, the truck handled well - all was easy thanks to the prep that Ken helped with. Not a single item broke or was damaged thanks to the advice received.

The location and customer service was great. But I reserved a 10' truck a month ago and then was switched to a 15'. Though the rate did not change, I wanted the 10' truck. Next time try to have the vehicle available especially given the lead time of my reservation. Thanks

The services by humans at the site were very good. Unfortunately the uhaul computer system is a complete disaster and the IT group needs to be helped by adding better personnel. In addition, the movers I got off you site did not show up to unload as scheduled. They didn't show up, when I called the lady said she would check what happened but didn't return a call. The net effect was that around 11:00 in the heat of the day I had to unload with my wife, son and grandson. Your computer system defaulted to a return to Ballwin even though I know the agent left it open. Fortunately, Magic Dragon has experience correcting computer foul ups and cleared up the problem

The guys were great even though there were several people in the store. The truck was clean inside, out and in the back. I am a Service Director at a Nissan and Hyundai store. So I have an eye for this. Very Nice!!

i rented a 6x12 trailer and they gave me a 5x9 trailer which i did not realize until i was loading. i went to turn it in on Sunday between 9 and 5 and they were closed and locked up. i tried the on-line check in and it kept saying session expired.

I'm not sure where the disconnect was but I was overcharged $41 for 1 furniture dolly, 24 furniture pads and 2 utility dolly's. Clearly that wasn't on the order I placed online when making the reservation and I certainly wouldn't need all of that for a 6x12 trailer. As soon as I saw that I called and they took care of it ASAP and refunded me the money so I was pleased with how it was corrected.

When someone parks and they tell you they are on the upper lot, and then another person pops his head in the van to tell you to move your car. Very unprofessional, also be lucky a knife was not pulled on said person getting into the van that was employed there. Never returning and definitely going to be telling others about said experience and NEVER go there. Also when someone expects to pay $10 for coverage and then you charge them $20 as well as a $20 fee to drop off after hours is absolutely absurd.

The u haul representative that checked me in was rude . Before giving me a receipt he decided to blow out the vehicle and clean the windows. When I asked for a receipt he stormed into the building, handed me the paper and slam the door without a word. The gentleman that checked me in was just the opposite. Very kind ,very patient , and attentive .

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate how they let me turn in the transport first-so I could then easily unload my van. They were very willing to help me and i'd recommend them to anyone.

The staff were rude to me and my wife on separate occasions. I rented two trucks during this last move. One truck needed brakes as they were weak and both needed alignment very badly. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

It would have been better to have two people working. It was too much for one person to keep up with. I got there early and there was one in front of me almost done but it still took about 35 minutes to get me processed and driving away. There were four more in line after me. I bet they were there for over 90 minutes or more.
