Store managed very well.
Trucks mirrors were filthy and I had to pull over to clean just to see. Only 1 worker wore a mask while it clearly stated on the door that masks were required in the building

This location always provides excellent customer service. We would never consider using a different store. They are professional, prompt, helpful and always have the right equipment that we have reserved.

I used after hour drop off, it was very convenient.
Easy and smooth to get in and out. I felt like I was there for 5-10 minutes tops. Only issue was a staff member helping me not wearing a mask.

I went on-line to try and find the designated location to verify when they would be open and it was not listed. So, I found the nearest location that showed being open and took the trailer there. Then when I drop the trailer off I am told that everything was taken care of. Then I get a wrong destination drop off expense charged to my account. Completed unacceptable. I want this charge reversed immediately.
Easy check in, van was ready. Extremely clean. Everything worked perfectly...radio, doors, engine. Highly recommended.
I had a headlight out on truck I rented. I did mention upon returning. The staff was very nice about it but it was still worrisome while I was driving.

When I got into the truck it definitely wasn't clean and had a crack going across almost the entire length of the windshield. It wasn't terrible but you could just tell it hadn't been cleaned. Even the back of the pick up truck was dirty and had some mud. then when I was leaving the parking lot I realized the truck had a little less than a fourth of a tank of gas. I have rented from U-Haul several times and never pulled out of the parking lot with such little gas. Then I felt as if it was driving a little weird and got out and realized the front driver's side tire was very low. So then before I could even start what I needed to do I had to go to the gas station and get gas and then also put air in the tire because it was very flat. This is not how you want to start off your experience. Anyway, like I said I have rented from here several times but this experience was below average for sure.
Service was great! Kenny gave me his recommendation on which truck would work for our self-move, and had it waiting for me when I arrived at 7 am. Returning was easy, and staff jumped to make sure everything was perfect for my me before I returned the truck. Would definitely rent from them again! Our total rental of a 15' truck was $29 + mileage was $78 in total. Super easy and Cost Effective!

My truck made a loud humming noise on braking. I notices this an pulled back in the lot. When I asked the front desk rep to instead rent out one of the other five same -sized trucks in the lot which were sitting, He rudely refused. He said all the trucks were safety inspected and safe and said I could only have the one he gave me or go without. I was moving between houses and could not afford to not rent it or lose time, so I had to take it. But I was absolutely taken aback by the absolute rudeness and non co-operation and that to when there were 5 other spare trucks just sitting in the lot. Worst experience ever. Please look at the video recording if there is one at the store and fire this rude person, before he pushes your business to other stores.

I'm a reseller of antiques and move furniture and related on a regular basis. I prefer to rent trailers because it's easier to match the trailer to accommodate what I'm going to pick up or haul. Plus is chance of rain or bad weather I can get an enclosed. Seth at the Ballwin office is excellent.

I did not think I ordered pads or a dolly since I clicked no on all screens. However, it was on my order and I did not realize it until I saw my receipt. Should opt in instead of out of accessories.

The hook was broken off on the tailgate driver side. Therefore there was no way to latch that side of the tailgate.
We were promised one rate, and ended up paying a lot more than we anticipated. We were promised a bigger truck but when we came to pick up the truck, both were out of commission. So we got a smaller truck and ended up paying a lot more in the end.
The online checkin process was a complete and utter failure. Oh my gosh, the user interface was glitchy, required too many steps, needed to take a photo, required location services - this was very, very poorly done and not conducive to a contactless pickup. After fiddling with it for a long time, we finally just went in and were kicking ourselves for not doing that from the beginning. Additionally, the past few times I've been in to rent, personal cell phones have been used to take photos of my license. I highly recommend your privacy policy be updated - why can't it be Uhaul equipment that takes the photo instead of personal cell phones? Liability nightmare if any disgruntled employees decide to do damage.

Your contactless pick up system is worthless if you have to go inside and have agent come out to the truck with you. Not sure what the thinking is here but you should just drop it until you can do actual contactless.

The Driver and Passenger Doors had to be Slammed to Close Properly.
To return our U-Haul, we were immediately met in the parking lot by a friendly staff member who checked the vehicle, mileage, and sent us on our way in under 3 minutes. Wow!
